L'escapade parfaite Ă  Kauai!

Hale Maluhia est une grande copropriété / studio entiÚrement équipée donnant sur le parcours de golf de Prince (actuellement non utilisée, elle ressemble donc à une immense cour arriÚre) et un chemin piétonnier menant à Anini Beach. Il dispose d'une grande kitchenette bien équipée, d'un lit queen-size, d'une connexion Wi-Fi, d'une télévision haute définition, d'une salle de bain complÚte, de serviettes de plage, de chaises de plage, d'un parasol et d'une glaciÚre portable (pas de laverie). La véranda est parfaite pour observer les étoiles ou tout simplement pour profiter d'une lecture tranquille en plein air. Il y a un parking réservé, une superbe piscine avec un barbecue commun, des boutiques et des restaurants à quelques minutes. Le Princeville at Hanalei est idéalement situé à proximité de Kilauea, Hanalei et du reste des nombreuses plages et caractéristiques de la cÎte nord de Kauai. Vu sa taille, son emplacement et ses commodités, Hale Maluhia est de loin la meilleure affaire à Princeville. E komo mai.

Parfait pour nos besoins !

We were 2 friends travelling together and the stay was perfect for our needs ! Super clean, and perfectly equipped with everything you need to our stay. Communication with the owner was easy, quick and clear. The spot is awesomely located, we would definitely rent here again ! Mahalo :)

The kitchen was well stocked with appliances and a spacious fridge! We were close to the pool and parking was super easy. The bed was super comfortable, shower was great and the bathroom had more than enough. Rick left all the beach supplies you’d need, including snorkeling gear! Wish I sat out on the terrace more so we will definitely try to book this place again. The trail to the smaller private beach was fun but definitely wear good hiking shoes especially if it rained! Definitely would suggest booking here if you have a rental car since you’re pretty close to Hanalei Bay and Anini beach! Easy and beautiful drive to other remote further beaches as well. Overall a great stay!

Great location, nice condo, only issue no a/c, nights were a warm with just the fans. (But there were 4 of them!) Really great having beach chairs, umbrella ( which was broken, the screw in bottom portion stripped out so couldn’t drill it into the sand), snorkeling gear for 2. Nice it had a toaster oven for cooking and a big fridge and freezer.

Overall we were very pleased with the location, amenities and how comfortable the apartment was. Although the apartment is compact, the space felt open and offered a large private patio with a lush tropical view, in addition to a community pool. The bed and pillows were very comfortable. The check-in and check-out instructions, property and parking access, use of electronic devices in the apartment were very clear and easy to follow. However, the modem was tempermental and we could not access or log-into our streaming apps. The amenities were beyond awesome - beach chairs, beach umbrella and towels were provided for two, along with a cooler and ample shampoos, conditioners and toiletries. The kitchenette offered a microwave, toaster and toaster oven. We highly suggest that a hot plate be included for boiling water for cooking food, along with a metal tea kettle. The plastic water kettle created bad-tasting water and we did not feel that we could cook pasta or rice with it. For the price and location, we give 5 stars!

*The property was cute, having perfect space for a solo traveler. My suggestion would be to incorporate a hot plate or an electric stove/ skillet to be able to cook.*The breaker would pop if I left the toaster oven on too long.*The tv could be more user friendly. It kept saying it couldn’t find a connection to connect. Otherwise the owners intrusions to using the tv were great. The pool hours stated in the owners FYI booklet were incorrect. (I didn’t have a pencil to leave him a note :( 
 besides the cooking stuff, great time and great place.

Beautiful condo and perfect location

My wife and I stayed for a week. Location was perfect for all the activities we had planned. The drive to the other side of the island wasnt very long (about an hour) so on days we ventured to the southern part of the island it was no problem. Check in process was easy and the condo was well stocked. Would highly recommend this property.

Wonderful stay in Princeville!

Everything was great about this vacation rental experience. Rick, the owner was incredibly helpful as we set things up, and while we were there, genuine aloha... There were no big issues, but he was immediately responsive & helpful. The unit was exactly as described, extremely clean and comfortable, perfectly set up for 2 guests in a lovely easy to find spot. (We also appreciated good quality fans, and enough of them during a very hot weekend.) Rick also provides extremely helpful info in the unit with a great map, about what to see and do, exactly how to find places-so we wasted no time figuring things out. We already know the area very well, but imagine to a first timer this info would be priceless. He even suggested a few things/places were unaware of-mahalo! It was an excellent experience. We'd love to come again and stay longer...

Great getaway

It was a great location. Close to many beaches, including one real secluded beach just down the street. Close to grocery stores and amazing restaurants. Response time from owner was very quick. Great experience.

Our stay here was great. The property was beautiful, in a great location and easy to access. Rick communicated with us very well, he responded quickly and was very professional. This property was wonderful for my wife and I on our honeymoon stay, however there is no A/C so it does get hot.

I traveled much of the world and found myself on Kauai in 1979. I knew the minute I arrived that I was home. I continued to vacation on Kauai yearly and finally decided to move to Kauai full time in 1986. I moved to the mainland in 2010 to explore the U.S., but Kauai stayed on my mind and in 2015 I came "home".

I looked at the numerous options available and decided that at this stage in my life a condo would be the best thing for me. Paniolo offers a great location and amenities such as an on-site pool, a trail down to Anini Beach and the convenience of being just minutes away from world class beaches, numerous outdoor activities, shopping, a library and park.

Voici ce qui rend cet hébergement unique

The quiet location and proximity to the North Shores numerous wonderful beaches, shopping, restaurants and outdoor activities offers something for everyone. I recently added a large kitchenette, refurbished the bathroom and added a privacy wall to separate the sleeping area from the dining and entertainment areas. I've tried hard to provide everything you'll need to have a safe and enjoyable getaway. It's the perfect getaway for either a single traveler or couple. E Komo Mai!
