Édimbourg récemment rénové, appartement traditionnel (125 ans). Très lumineux et ensoleillé dans un endroit calme mais central dans le quartier animé de Tollcross, à 10 minutes à pied de Princes Street et des délices de la vieille ville. Grands cafés, restaurants et bars à la porte. Beau jardin commun, idéal pour se détendre un après-midi d'été agréable, avec chaises longues et couverture de pique-nique. Notre objectif est de fournir tout ce dont vous pourriez avoir besoin pour une petite pause en ville: douche, shampooing, dentifrice, thé, café, lait, etc.
Il y a une chambre double avec un nouveau lit Hypnos «Premier Inn» (5 pi) et un salon spacieux avec un canapé-lit double, une cuisine, une salle de douche et un grand débarras. Il y a de la place pour manger dans le salon et le wifi gratuit est fourni. Nous pouvons faire preuve de souplesse en ce qui concerne les heures d'arrivée et de départ, à condition que personne ne reste avant ou après les invités. Si vous voyagez en voiture, nous vous invitons à garer votre voiture chez nous et nous vous conduirons à l'appartement.
Les voyageurs d'affaires sont également pris en charge. Le centre de conférences international d’Édimbourg est à 5 minutes à pied et constitue le principal quartier des services financiers. Les universités d'Édimbourg et de Napier sont toutes proches, de même que certaines de leurs résidences universitaires - idéales pour les parents en visite ou les futurs étudiants.

Beautiful place, great location!

Beautiful apartment, location was walking distance to castle, the old town, shops. Clare was very helpful and responded very quickly to messages/questions when I was booking. Highly recommend. Would stay here again. Thank you- we loved Edinburgh!

A great place to stay wirh wonderful owners

Everything about both the property and the owners was fantastic. Clare and Mike's apartment was very cosy and situated perfectly for exploring Edinburgh. Communication from booking to checkout was excellent. The apartment was spotless, very nicely decorated and very comfortable - we felt at home immediately. If you want a cosy home while you're in Edinburgh, stop looking - this is the place! Next time we visit, finding accommodation will be a no-brainer (as long as you haven't booked it first!). Comfortable, pretty flat in a convenient neighborhood

This is a great choice for guests who want to explore Edinburgh, as it's within easy walking distance of Princes Street, the Royal Mile, the University, and the beautiful park known as the Meadows. The neighborhood, Tollcross, seems to be popular with students and is nothing posh, but we always felt safe. As the flat is on the ground floor at the front of the building, we did have some street noise but found it did not affect our sleep in the very comfortable bed. There is a small kitchen that we made use of for tea and simple breakfasts. The flat's decor is pleasing, and we found everything very clean. Clare, the owner, is most welcoming and provides a number of suggestions for places to eat nearby, many of which we tried and loved during our four-day stay. Indabas, a tapas restaurant just a block away, was one we especially enjoyed, and we also recommend a leisurely breakfast across the street at Cafe Class. Bennet's is a lovely old-fashioned pub just a block away. All in all, this was one of the best decisions we made on accommodations during more than two weeks of travel in the U.K. Many thanks, Clare!

We'll be back!

Our second stay at Clare and Mike's flat felt like coming home. My husband and I loved our experience here last year and were happy to have an opportunity to stay again. This time we brought our 27-year-old daughter on the trip; she slept on the cleverly designed fold-out couch and said it was quite comfy. The place has everything you'd need or want, including some special touches (tiny, candle-shaped bedside lamps that provide great reading light; a decanter of whisky; jam and butter in the fridge). This neighborhood is so convenient to everything that you might not ever need to take a bus, but if you do you'll find them readily available and quick. Dealing with the owners is a breeze, and they seem genuinely interested in the welfare and comfort of their guests. We'd love to make a regular occurrence of our stays here.

Great stay

Clare was very helpful and friendly. Showed us how to work things besides giving us written instructions. Used a map to explain how to get places. She made a call for us when we didnt know how to contact this particular agency. Love Clare!

Great location. Very clean, comfy and cosy.

With in walking distance to all the main attractions. Restaurants, grocery stores, theatres and a great bar called Bennets in a few minutes walk. The apt is clean and tastefully decorated. The bed is very comfortable with quality linens. The best we had on our 4 week stay in the UK. Clare responded quickly and was helpful with information. She provided extra touches and cares about her place. There is some street noise but it didn’t bother us. Nice to have a separate laundry room. We liked the high ceilings and attractive light fixtures. Highly recommend staying here. Thanks Clare.

Lovely host. Very pleasant property.

This flat is in an older building. Claire has put a lot of thought and effort into its functionality and decor. We were very comfortable there. Claire is very accommodating and communicates well. She rescued us from a mishap of our own making. We walked everywhere we wanted to go but buses seemed to be readily available. We took a taxi from Waverly station on arrival and walked back on departure. Walking was doable if reasonably fit. Great location in Edinburgh.

Warm welcome on arrival. Great having a washing machine to catch up on washing after a couple of weeks of travelling. Beautiful courtyard out the back. Lovely place close to everything in the downtown area. Perfect for walking to the Castle and seeing the Tattoo. Lots of restaurants close by. Great place all round. Thanks.

Comfortable stay

Easy bus ride to the historic district. Old building, but comfortable bed and all necessities provided. Clare very thoughtfully made sure that little extras were in the kitchen, so we didn’t have to run out and buy staple items. Would recommend this property.

We loved the location right off one of the main streets to city central. Quiet at night, felt safe. Property was super clean and we had everything we needed in the kitchen. Clare was wonderful. She left us tea, coffee, cookies and milk to start our trip. We had one light go out in the bathroom and she was immediately there to fix it. Loved our stay in Edinburgh.

Komfort in zentraler Lage

Wir hatten wundervolle Tage im sonnigen Edinburgh. Die Wohnung war gut ausgestattet, das Bett sehr bequem. Das Stadtzentrum lässt sich gut zu Fuß erreichen, aber etliche Busslinien halten gleich um die Ecke. Wir würden jedezeit wieder dort buchen. Die Wohnung liegt in einer ruhigen Seitenstraße, was die dem Alter des Hauses entsprechende geringe Schalldämmung der Fenster unerheblich werden läßt.

Absolutely lovely property and great location!

My mum and I stayed at Clare's apartment over Easter weekend. We were extremely happy with the standard and cleanliness of the property, as well as the little touches - essentials like milk, butter, jam, tea, coffee, shower gel, shampoo and condition left for us to use, as well as liquor and whiskey to try. The kitchen is very well stocked, it had everything and more we needed to cook an evening meal. The property was quite with no noise from the neighbours and little road noise. There are various local supermarkets within a short walking distance and a bus route just at the end of the road, making travelling around the city a doddle. There a restaurants, cafes and bars within walking distance too. We loved staying here and would thoroughly recommend to everyone!

The peoperty is wanderfull. Very well decorated an have all things necesary and more. There is in the flat some details that make it very cosy. The flat Is well located, 10 minutes walking Princess Stréet. Edinburgh is a city to visit walking. Clare is a nice person very helpful and kind. It is a place to stay. We will be back soon.

Fantastic city and accommodations. Enjoyed our stay.

A charming, clean and cozy flat. With all you would need to make meals and snacks. Clare was lovely to have milk and cookies at our arrival after a long day of travel, along with lovely liquors to sample. Location was great with wonderful access to bus lines and good restuarants. We loved this place called Indabas, serving spaniah and south african tappas. A wonderful menue and delicious desserts. Clare and Valerie were both helpful with travel details during our stay. Would definitely book again.

Lovely indeed.

Very pleasant flat, spacious, carefully decorated, close to the center of town. Clare is a very attentive host and is clearly attentive to the details and niceties which will make one's stay very pleasant. We were three -- my wife, my 14-year-old son and I -- and we stayed two nights, but would have loved to have stayed many more.

Great Location

The property was beautifully furnished and decorated. The kitchen was compact but had all the necessary equipment required. We were very comfortable. We had a relaxing stay. Restaurants close by, plenty of buses to get you into the centre or just locally for the pubs and restaurants. The owner was great, friendly and extremely helpful. Thoroughly recommend a stay in this property.

Our favorite place in Edinburgh

Great place with many-thoughtful extras.that really made it special. I would absolutely stay here again. It was the mist comfortable bed we slept in during two weeks in Scotland including much more expensive b&bs. Loved it!!!

I live in the beautiful city of Edinburgh with my husband Mike and 2 daughters, plus 2 step-children, mad Jack Russell terrier and 'lucky to still be alive' hamster.
Love New Zealand, Spain, Italy, New York and the Western Highlands of Scotland. We've been renting our apartment since June 2016 and so far guests seem to love our flat.

In a fabulous, central location, close to all the sights of Edinburgh. I grew up half a mile away so know the area very well.

Sunny, cosy and very comfortable. An opportunity to experience tenement living in a traditional old Edinburgh property. Lots to do, close to the city centre but 2 minutes walk to the peaceful green expanse of the Meadows and Bruntsfield Links. Our neighbours have been very welcoming and helpful to our guests - not always the case in busy cities!
