PLAGE VIVANT DANS LA CALA DE MIJAS

Propriété de 2 chambres et 2 salles de bains dans le charmant village de La Cala. À seulement 50 mètres de la plage et à quelques pas du village via la nouvelle promenade. Cela va du début de La Cala à Calahonda.
Situé à 25 minutes en voiture de l'aéroport de Malaga, à 5 minutes de Fuengirola et à 15 minutes de Marbella, il y en a pour tous les goûts à La Cala. Une fois un petit village de pêcheurs pittoresque La Cala n'a jamais perdu son charme. Ici vous trouverez des restaurants, des bars, des cafés, des magasins et des marchés qui courent deux fois par semaine.
Il plaira aux golfeurs, aux familles et aux couples à la recherche d'une escapade romantique. Il y a de nombreux centres commerciaux de golf, zoo et Mijas Aquapark à proximité. Pour les enfants, il y a un parc de jeux à 50 mètres de l'appartement.
Une voiture n'est pas nécessaire car il y a régulièrement des bus pour Fuengirola et Marbella mais il y a un parking souterrain disponible.

From initial contact with Noreen and the team until the day we were leaving the whole process was excellent, including Noreen asking a few days into our holiday how we were getting on. The location of the apartment was excellent, spacious, good balcony, clean, good air con and in a quiet gated complex, restaurants and bars close by and 10 minutes from the centre of La Cala. The beach is a 30 second walk from the pool area. The pool and pool area were very good, worth noting that the pool closes between 15:00-17:00 every day.Overall we had an excellent stay.

A Great Gettaway

We really enjoyed our stay in the apartment and would book again. It was clean and homely with everything you could possibly need.The beds and pillows were comfortable and the kitchen is very well equipped.It is excellent value for money especially considering the lovely pool and close proximity to the beach.It's in a residential area and was quiet at night.

3 nights in La Cala de Mijas

Having been to this area before I knew it was perfect for a quick break away with a friend. We enjoyed the location and apt was a great size. My main comment would be that it was very tired, which was a shame because with a bit of updating or TLC it would definitely be somewhere I would stay again.

Perfect for family holiday

Loved the location and the property. I can't fault anything really. Everything is near by and easy transport options literally outside with the option to get ubers and taxis aswell if you want to venture out more. Friendly owner, managers and others staying at the complex. Felt really relaxed and comfortable staying there especially as it was my first time traveling as a single parent with her child.Would definitely stay again

So relaxing

We really enjoyed our stay in La Cala as always. The apartment was a great place in a good location, next to beach and amenities. Thank you to Yarnee who handed of our keys etc. Only issue was the pool was not open because of the drought in Andalucía.

Great apartment in a excellent location near the beach

My friend and I stayed for a long weekend and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We were met on arrival by the property manager and showed around the property. The apartment was clean, had a well stocked kitchen and had everything I needed! I would recommend this apartment for up to 4 people. It was spacious and had a double bedroom and twin room. It also had two bathrooms which was very handy.

Siesta Beach 2

This is a very well maintained apartment and has everything required for a self-catering holiday it is close to supermarkets and a great beach. The pool and gardens are immaculate and the poolguard was on duty 11.00 - 3.00 and 5.00 - 9.00. There are lots of fantastic restaurants within walking distance and across the road El Olivo where we had a few excellent meals. Would certainly recommend this apartment for a quiet relaxing holiday. .

I had a lovely holiday in the apartment the location was brilliant seconds from the beach the pool area is imaculate it also has a lifeguard for the whole time the pool is open which means the mums can relax knowing the kids are safe the air con in the apartment has three units one in every room each with a remote control I have to say in all the places I’ve stayed it’s the best air con ever as cold as you would like as you can put the temperature to whatever you want apartment was really clean everything you need the only thing is I feel the apartment is kind of tired needs maybe a lick of paint and some new furniture but if you don’t mind that everything else is spot on

The apartment is very suitable for a family and in a very good lly and it is on a very good location

We were happy with everything apart from the pool was not open. The main picture of this apartment shows the fab pool, which was one if the main reasons we chose it as we had 3 children with us. It was v disappointing. The owner and manager did try to assist us but it definitely took from the holiday.

Excellent location

Apartment was perfect for our needs. It is located on the 1st floor. The balcony and sitting room were a decent size and the kitchen was a bit small but had all the necessary utensils including an air fryer. The bedrooms were also roomy and the beds were comfortable and solid. There is a parking spot in the underground carpark. The space is tight but as parking is at a premium during the summer in La Cala is great not having to park miles away. The only criticism that ai had was that the loungers provided had seen better days and were therefore difficult to carry down to the pool area but that can be easy fixed Apartment is located in a complex about 50m from the beach and the property itself has a large pool that is opened 12:00 to 20:00. Maintenance staff are there before the pool opens tidying both the pool and gardens. There is also a lifeguard present during pool hours. The apartment is close to one of the elevators making it easier to carry shopping or lounger. Lots of good cafes and restaurants close by

Misleading Description

The description of the unit includes a certificate of excellence from 2018. That was 6 years ago and a lot can change. My comments are based on our 2 weeks stay. Location is excellent. One block from the boardwalk and easy walking distance to La Cala The master bathroom has had a recent refit and is modern and attractive, the rest of the unit is in need of renovation. At a minimum the unit is badly in need of a professional deep clean. The furniture is old and dated from the mattresses to the sofa. The front page of the listing shows: the Pool but doesn’t mention that is closed until May; a dryer but there wasn’t one; a Hot tub but we never saw one Some of the photographs are misleading: #15 is not a fitness facility; it is 2 people paddle boarding in the sea; # 26 is not ‘property grounds, it is used again #56 correctly labelled as ‘La Cala Beach’ ; #29 the fitness facility is in La Cala; #38 is NOT the view from the condo. you cannot sea the ocean from the condo; #40; I have no idea where this was . taken. The property manager was very difficult to reach and when we did manage to reach him, he was extremely surly. We locked our keys in the unit and he charged us a call out fee to send someone to let us in. When we left we had to phone to ask what to do with the keys. (You need keys to exit the property). He told me to have my partner put their foot in the door to keep it open until I had left. A strange exit procedure! Date of arrival - March 17, 2024

Der Gastgeber und das Personal waren sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir konnten mit einem Aufpreis in Bar früher einchecken. Es war aber nicht sehr sauber. Im Kühlschrank waren noch Spuren und Krümel vom Vormieter. Das finde ich immer sehr eklig.Leider ist das Apartment auch sehr abgewohnt, vieles sehr verrostet und auch kaputt. Dadurch ist der Wohlfühlfaktor kaputt. In den Betten konnten wir gut schlafen. Im Bad war der Vorhang von der Dusche verschimmelt und ein Wirrwarr von Handtücher teilweise mit Löschern lag bereit.Der Pool ist super, leider zwischen 15:00-17:00 Uhr geschlossen. Das Meer ist keine 5 Minuten entfernt. Ich würdet trotz der Gastfreundlichkeit kein zweites Mal dorthin einchecken.

Can't fault it. We've rented apartments on Siesta II, 4 times and this was the cleanest apartment we've had !Everything worked as expected and 3 Aircon units made it very comfortable.Thanks to Paul at LetsRent for his help and Comms during our stay.
