Je suis à l’appartement où je constate quelques dégâts Le support du robinet du lavabo de la salle de bain cassé la chasse d’eau du wc également et la porte du meuble à chaussures arrachée et disparue et je ne parle pas des autres objets assiettes ciseaux et autres qui ont également disparus Le plus désagréable est que ces dégradations ne sont jamais signalées par manque de courage et de civilités des locataires Étant donné qu’il est trop tard pour retenur la caution je signal le cas à Abritel pour que les prochains propriétaires n’aient pas à subir les mêmes incivilités

Lovely Apartment close to beach and pool

This apartment has everything you need, everything in working order and nice and spacious. We had an infant so being able to use the washing machine and dishwasher helped us a lot. Close to the pool, beach and 10 min walk to a supermarket. Owner is responsive along with property manager, will stay again 100%

Very pleasant

The location is well known to us so we were very pleased to find such a pleasant apartment to stay in. The complex is excellent with a first class pool bar with good food. The apartment is well stocked with all that you need, especially the kitchen and the main bathroom has a large spacious shower. From a family perspective we prefer ground floor apartments with a garden and this was ideal for that. The only downside was the sofa bed is uncomfortable to sleep on but the overall experience was first rate.

Great Stay

Lovely apartment with everything you need, with beautiful garden not far from the pool area. Management Team organised taxi to collect us from the airport and the driver had the keys to the apartment so no need to go to their offices to collect. Good location with bars, restaurants & supermarket nearby. Short walk to the beach and boardwalk and bus stops. Very close to the main road but you switch off to the noise after a day or so. Could do with extractor fans in the bathrooms or able to open the window.

Mijas Costa Apartment

We chose this apartment as it was on the same part of the Miraflores development as we stayed on last year. The apartment was exactly as described and was excellently equipped and furnished. With it being a ground floor apartment, the use of the garden is a bonus and provides a relaxing area away from the pool should you require it. The apartment is next to the pool area and, despite it being peak season, the pool was never overly busy and there was always space to put your sun lounger down, regardless of the time of day. Mo's bar was always open for food and drink, which is great if you're relaxing by the pool. Yves provided good communication throughout the booking process and prior to arrival. Then, just prior to arrival, Aurora from Interhouse, the property management company, got in touch to provide all the relevant check in and key collection information. She was also in touch during the stay to ensure everything was going smoothly and to confirm departure details. Anyone looking for an excellent apartment based in the centre of the Costa Del Sol with easy access to everything look no further. I would highly recommend this apartment.

Apartment was as in pictures and in an excellent area!But what let score down was contact with the host - we had to contact her re entry into property - as we had not been sent anything - she had not informed the management company of our arrival which meant that they were unable to meet us to allow us entry! And had only time to do a basic clean of property.We had to re-arrange our transfers and go and collect keys from Calahonda from a locked box at the management company office. No instructions as to what key was what (which wouid have been helpful) as it was dark when we arrived at property -00.30.We were given wrong instructions for alarm - this resulted in an alarm activation and security arriving at the property! We were scrambling around trying to put lights on - none were in plugged The management company were also given the wring exit dateWe have stayed at various properties on the complex and this is the first time we have had any issues!

We have just come home after staying for 8 weeks at this lovely property. It was a very relaxing holiday. The garden off the property is large and access to the main pool was excellent. The kitchen is superbly fitted and has every utensil you could wish to use. The bedrooms have large, comfortable queen size beds and the air conditioning was an added plus once the weather got a little warmer. Plus there was lots of wardrobe space. Access to the beach was literally a five minute walk - and then you were on the boardwalk and could choose which one to go to. The walk into the local pubs and restaurants at Rivera was about 10 minutes and we had so much fun, going to quiz nights and had some lovely meals. The agency that met us and gave us access to the property were excellent and so very helpful. We would definitely stay there again. Thank you Yves for a wonderful holiday.

The welcome pack was not worth the money and no toilet rolls in property, dirt under the furniture .

Nice apartment, good location, the pool bar staff very good, recommend the leg of lamb. Two supermarkets about 500mtrs from the apartment. Bus service within 100mtrs of apartment. DON'T bother with the welcome pack it's a rip-off. I would defiantly stay again.

We had a wonderfull vacation!

This is a fantastic appartment! The community has a great pool, which the children used every day! The bar at the pool is a nice plus. You can go there for a drink and snack, or for a complete meal! The atmosphere is very friendly. All you might need is available in the appartment.. a nice extra was the stock of spices, tea, soap etc... (we also left our leftovers in the appartment for next tennants :-)) Internet connection is great (especially for what we are used to in Spain). The kids thankfully used the lawn for playing soccer. Also the shortcut from the lawn to the pool is great with kids! At first we thought the sound of the road would be to loud, but we did not even hear it any more after a day or 2. The beach is a bit rocky, so we advice watershoes, but it is cosy and not to busy. A trip to Mijas Pueblo, just up the mountain is very much worth your while. In short... Definitely a good place for your vacation.

Outstanding apartment in excellent location

We stayed here for two weeks in August and had a fantastic time. The apartment is decorated and equipped to a high standard and everything we could have possibly needed was available. All the kitchen appliances are brand new. The location of the apartment was superb with the beach, shops, bars and restaurants all within a ten minute walk. The pool and pool bar are metres away and the apartment opens out onto a lovely communal garden which we used a lot. The letting agents were very helpful too. Would definitely stay here again and I have already recommended it to friends.

Ein Urlaubsparadies für Groß und Klein!

Wir, zwei Erwachsene und ein Kind im Alter von drei Jahren, haben viele Ferienhäuser, Ferienwohnungen und Apartments bewohnt. Das hier inserierte Objekt stellt jedoch alles Bisherige in den Schatten und zwar in jeder Hinsicht. Die Wohnung ist hochwertig und mit viel Liebe zum Detail ausgestattet. Sie bietet vier Personen mehr als ausreichend Wohnraum und ein Ambiente, das selbst höchsten Ansprüchen genügt. Vor allem die Küche besticht durch Funktionalität und Eleganz. Sie ist komplett ausgestattet und übertrifft die übliche Standardausstattung bei Weitem. Geschirr, Besteck und Gläser sind im Überfluss vorhanden, es fehlte an nichts. Wir haben die Wohnung in einem Zustand vorgefunden, der im Hinblick auf Ordnung und Sauberkeit Maßstäbe setzt. Dies ist dem Umstand geschuldet sein, dass der Eigentümer ein ortsansässiges Unternehmen mit der Betreuung der Wohnung beauftragt hat, dessen Belegschaft den Gästen bei Rückfragen und Problemen jedweder Art unverzüglich und hilfsbereit zur Seite steht. Die Mitarbeiterinnen haben uns im Vorfeld der Reise mit allen notwendigen Informationen per Email versorgt. Auch die Anmietung der Wohnung, die über FeWo-direkt in unmittelbarem Benehmen mit dem Eigentümer erfolgte, verlief ausgesprochen unkompliziert, freundlich und verlässlich. Die Lage der Wohnung ist perfekt: der Strand ist fußläufig in fünf Minuten zu erreichen, gute Restaurants befinden sich in unmittelbarer Nähe. Auch der örtliche Supermarkt ist zu Fuß zu erreichen, wobei sich für größere Einkäufe die Anmietung eines Leihwagens empfiehlt. Dadurch werden dann auch die herrlichen Strände in der Umgebung erreichbar. Unser Tipp für Familien mit Kindern: El Bombo. Das absolute Highlight ist allerdings der zur Anlage gehörende Pool. Er ist sicher, sauber und wird von einem ausgebildeten Rettungsschwimmer überwacht. Dazu gehört auch ein Kinderschwimmbecken mit einer Wasserhöhe von ca. 30 cm. Beide Pools sind von allen Liegeflächen und der Poolbar einzusehen, was uns als Eltern natürlich sehr entgegen kam. Noch ein Wort zur Poolbar: es handelt sich um eine „Universalgastronomie“, dessen überaus freundlicher Betreiber für seine Gäste nahezu alles möglich macht. Neben den Gerichten auf der Karte werden auch individuelle Speisewünsche erfüllt. An dieser Stelle herzlichen Dank dafür! Wer also einen entspannten, ruhigen Baderurlaub mit Schönwettergarantie in den Monaten Juni, Juli, August und September verbringen will, ist hier goldrichtig. Besser geht es nicht!
