Thank you for the 5 star review! We are absolutely thrilled that you enjoyed the home and all it has to offer. Your suggestion on more coasters is a great one. The home does have coasters, but perhaps providing more couldn't hurt. ;) When reservations are confirmed, our Guests receive an email with a link to our website that helps with planning your trip. We provide suggestions to Guest on what they might want to bring with them, as well as the amenities that will be waiting for them when they arrive. We sincerely thank you for your recommendation of our home and would be so happy to host your next Lake Geneva getaway. Hope to see you soon!

So glad you all enjoyed the home and all of its amenities. We know now more than ever, that a break from the hustle and bustle of everyday life helps to recharge and reset. We're so pleased you had the time to do that. We hope to have the pleasure of hosting you again, the next time you're in the Lake Geneva area.

Thanks Mike! We're so very glad you and your family enjoyed the home. It has a lot to offer and we're glad you were all able to spend some quality time together. Yes- unfortunately, because of this home's rural location - WIFI isn't currently a cost-effective option. As soon as it is, we will absolutely add it. :)

Thanks for the 5 stars Marissa! We're so happy you enjoyed the home and all of the guest amenities we provide. We think your note to future guests is spot on- thank you! The home is stocked with everything indicated in our listing and our website. Since we are a fully licensed vacation home, we are prohibited from leaving open consumables from guest to guest for safety purposes- which is one of our top priorities. ;) We hope to have the pleasure of hosting you and your family again soon! Thanks again.

Thank you so much for your feedback! We’re so disappointed to hear that you weren’t completely satisfied with your stay at our home. As you can imagine, during the Spring and Summer months, the windows and screens, as well as the door knobs of the home take quite a beating. We actually have them scheduled for replacement. Unfortunately, the replacement was scheduled after your visit with us. It’s our practice to meet our guests upon check in, to not only get them familiar with the home but to address any initial issues they find. We also make it a point to leave our cell phone numbers in the event we can be of service- for any reason. With that being said, we would’ve jumped at the opportunity to address the ants you found and lack of trash bags and towels. Our housekeeping team is fantastic- but at times, can't help but overlook some things. We’re saddened that you didn’t reach out to us to fix these details for you. We strive to have all of our guests enjoy the house at the fullest. The master shower is actually standard size, but yes on closer inspection it can use refreshing. We will be sure to get that on the calendar. As for your feedback on a fire pit. You must have our home mistaken with another. We do not have a fire pit at this home, therefore don’t have any literature that includes one. We completely understand how you could be mistaken and how disappointed you were to not find one. Thank you for your compliment about our pool. It’s always a challenge to keep an outdoor pool surrounded by nature, well maintained and clean for the guests. As a result, we very much appreciate your positive comment on it! We know you have many lodging options for lodging in Lake Geneva and are so happy you chose to stay with us. We hope to have a future opportunity to make your vacation nothing but memorable! Cheers!

Thanks Janice! We hope to have the opportunity to host you again the next time you're in the Lake Geneva area.

Thanks for the 5 stars Jeffrey! We're glad you enjoyed our home and its location to the courses. We hope to have the opportunity to host you and your geoup the next time you're out this way for your next golf outting.

Thank you, Karla! We're over the moon to hear you enjoyed your stay and are pleased with your experience. We're grateful for your kind words and hope to have the opportunity to host you again soon!
