Notre CONDO COMPLÈTEMENT RÉODISÉ au Banyan Maui est situĂ© de maniĂšre unique au dernier Ă©tage du bĂątiment G trĂšs prisĂ© qui bĂ©nĂ©ficie du meilleur emplacement au Banyan. Il se trouve Ă  quelques minutes Ă  pied de Kamaole II Beach and Park, mais assez loin de la route principale pour attĂ©nuer le bruit routier. Notre unitĂ© est Ă©galement unique dans la mesure oĂč elle offre une vue imprenable sur l'ocĂ©an et la montagne Haleakala depuis la chambre Ă  coucher, tout en surplombant la piscine, nos jardins tropicaux verdoyants et verdoyants et la nouvelle piĂšce d'eau de Banyan. Notre condo est Ă  quelques minutes Ă  pied de restaurants, magasins, centres d'activitĂ©s et des plages supplĂ©mentaires. Notre emplacement privilĂ©giĂ© nous rend vraiment unique.

Le maßtre et le bain rénovés et redécorés se dirigent vers la véranda avec vue sur l'océan et la montagne et sont équipés d'un ventilateur, de la climatisation et d'une télévision. De nombreux invités se vantent du confort du lit de taille King Cal.
Le studio lock-off (le cas échéant) a été réaménagé et comprend un nouveau lit Cal King, un fauteuil-lit, une petite kitchenette et une salle de bains moderne récemment rénovée. Il a aussi son propre lanai, AC, ventilateur et télévision. Vous avez hùte de se réveiller chaque matin pour une vue spectaculaire. (Les 6 derniÚres images sont du studio.)
La cuisine est entiÚrement équipée avec de nouveaux appareils en acier inoxydable, y compris réfrigérateur, four, lave-vaisselle et micro-ondes. La salle à manger peut accueillir confortablement 4 personnes avec deux siÚges supplémentaires prÚs du comptoir.
Le salon est meublé pour le confort et a également son propre air conditionné, ventilateur, télévision et vue depuis la véranda. Un nouveau canapé-lit queen-size haut de gamme ajoute un espace de couchage supplémentaire, en particulier pour les enfants.

Les motifs Banyan sont magnifiquement aménagés offrant deux piscines avec bains à remous et des douches en plein air, des aires de barbecue, un court de tennis et un parking couvert. Les voies sinueuses dans les jardins sont entourés de flore tropicale luxuriante et sont juste juste pour une promenade en soirée.

Pour votre commodité un panier de bienvenue sera fourni avec quelques bases Maui qui vous permettront de démarrer sur vos vacances de détente. Comme une caractéristique supplémentaire d'un téléphone par ligne terrestre a été installé pour les appels interurbains gratuits à travers les Etats-Unis et au Canada.

There was a good view of the ocean from the unit we were in. Unit was was well supplied. From towels to kitchen utensils. Had everything a person would need to enjoy the beach. Beach chairs,umbrella boogieboards,ice chest and a wagon to get everything to the beach. Which was just across the street a short ways.

I have multiple sclerosis and am a wheelchair user that looked for ADA compliance. My wife and I were celebrating our 10th wedding anniversary, first time to Maui. We found the unit to be excellent! The unit was conducive to my needs. The parking garage was fun when we would return to the unit. Everything was beyond what we were expecting, which was already excellent!The views, the distance to local establishments, ease of check in and out, the staff, and Barb were simply amazing!We flew in on 9/9 and days before Hurricane Kiko was expected to hit the islands, which it thankfully did not, Barb was reaching out to update me and provided me info for local Maui weather! She is an excellent host!

We had the most wonderful week at this condo! It was in a prime location and we walked to the beach nearly every day we were there. The kitchen was well stocked, the lanai had gorgeous views, and the poolside grills were pristinely kept (we never used them, but saw them being scrubbed and cleaned multiple times). The unit was clean and Barb was so easy to get a hold of (though we didn't need her for anything, she still checked in with us on our first day and replied to us quickly). We would love to stay here again when we come back to Maui!

Awesome stay!

Our stay in Kihei was awesome at this property. We’ve been to the Maui banyan before and love the location. This condo was perfect for us and Barb was super attentive when we needed some more bath towels. She was also able to accommodate a late check out which saved us with having a red eye flight!

Fantastic

The unit has everything you can imagine needed for a great stay. Location is perfect directly across from a lovely beach with gentle waves. The view is exactly as advertised. Close to many good restaurants. Most appreciative of how accommodating the owner is. Highly recommended.

One of our best stays at the Maui Banyan

We've stayed at theMaui Banyan 4 times beforein a few different properties and this was one of the nicest and most well equipt rooms. The location was fantastic, close to the pool and not a long walk from the beach which was perfect for our little kids. Barbara was an amazing host and was able to be flexible and accomodating to some of our specific needs. I personally slept on the pull out couch with my child and for a couch bed it was pretty great. Chairs, beach toys, wagon snorkles, noodles were all there for us which was perfect. Thank you again Barbara for hosting us!

Amazing!

We absolutely loved our stay! Everything was comfortable and easy. There was beach chairs and boogie boards and everything you might need for a fun day. The teenagers slept on the fold out couch and said it was really comfortable. Communication with Barb was fantastic! The view from the Lanai was extraordinary and we will definitely be back! Morning coffee and sunsets on the lanai were our favorite part of the trip.

Favorite place!

This is the second time we have stayed at this condo. I was so excited when it was available for the dates of my trip for a simple reason - this place is perfect! Location - you are right across from Kam 2 beach which is the best in my opinion. Walking distance to restaurants and little shops. You are also a 5 minute drive from Wailea mall that offers plenty of shopping and dining options. Condo - clean, well equipped with everything you need for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. The ocean view is spectacular! Also you have a view of the pool area so you can get a good idea of what’s going on there before heading down. And as a big plus you get a covered parking spot! Communication- Barb is fantastic! She will take care of you and answer all your questions promptly! I can go on and on about how much we enjoyed our stay! Just book it and check it out for yourself! Great Kihei condo

We loved our stay in the Kihei condo. Well-appointed condo with lovely pool and grounds. It is a short walk to a large beach and very walkable to restaurants and stores. We booked again for next year the same day we checked out.

We are a retired school teacher and industrial engineer along with our youngest daughter and son-in-law who love Maui and the Kam beaches!!! Our oldest daughter and family live in Pukalani so we are on island frequently and want to share our lovely condo with you. We have provided extra special furnishings that we wanted in our beach home with hope that you'll enjoy them as well. We love our views of Haleakala, the inviting azure blue of the pool below our lanais, and the views of the ocean thru palm trees and tropical gardens. The most unique benefits to our condo in the G building at the Maui Banyan are its views from both bedrooms as well as its close proximity to world famous beaches. You can get the full flavor of your tropical vacation just by looking out from the lanais and walking just minutes to all Kihei has to offer. To add to views and location we have remodeled our unit from top to bottom with new floors, furniture, high-end appliances and complete bathrooms.
