Maison ensoleillée avec piscine et vues fantastiques sur les montagnes à Sóller

Can Bernadet est une charmante maison de campagne typique de Sóller, entourée d'orangers, de citronniers et d'un jardin méditerranéen luxuriant. Située sur le Camí de Son Sales, un endroit pittoresque, calme et à l'écart du centre animé, mais en même temps très bien desservie et proche de tous les services et lieux d'intérêt. Idéale pour profiter d'un cadre ensoleillé, tranquille et d'un emplacement incomparable.

L'accès à la maison se fait par un chemin privé. Au rez-de-chaussée, un hall d'entrée accueillant vous mène à un vaste salon, une cuisine entièrement équipée et un salle à manger meublée avec goût. La maison dispose de 4 chambres et 2 salles de bains, réparties entre le rez-de-chaussée et le premier étage.

À l'extérieur, l'espace invite à la détente et aux loisirs. La piscine d'eau salée est parfaite pour se rafraîchir lors des journées chaudes, tandis que la terrasse et le porche offrent le lieu idéal pour savourer des repas en plein air, notamment dans la grande zone de barbecue équipée de ventilateurs de plafond.

Il convient de mentionner qu'il peut parfois y avoir une légère odeur dans l'air en raison de la présence d'une station de traitement de l'eau à proximité, bien que cela ne se produise que lors de pics de charge ponctuels.

The house is great! The outside space in particular is amazing. We had a fabulous time - it’s v close to soller so walked in and drove. Very very peaceful, would definitely recommend. As they mention in their description there is definitely a smell but it’s not there all the time and passes pretty quickly.

The house is exactly what is needed for a relaxing stay. The pool and surrounding grass lawn, garden and orange groves are well kept and is a haven for wildlife. We saw red kites, weasels, geckos and hummingbird moths. The local sewage plant makes a constant low level sound but it becomes white noise, isn’t bother us.We didn’t have a car and found it easy to walk to Sóller and to the local Agromart for groceries. The host were attentive and easy to communicate with them Would definitely stay again

We have stayed 07. Days in the beautiful house and had a great time. Atmosphere, pool and the pricing of the house 100% beat the very little circumstances that are described in the description.

This was our 8th trip to Soller and it couldn't have been more disappointing. We arrived in the June heatwave, we usually don't need aircon, but this house is not built to take anything more than I'd 30C. The top two bedrooms where not inhabitable, my daughter and husband ended up sleeping on the living room floor. There were no mosquito devices when we arrived either. The bedrooms where full of mosquitos due to the heat and having the leave all of the windows open, which brings me to the next issue. The sewage plant next door made us wake up in the middle of the night retching, there is no way that small is acceptable with the windows open and is constantly there during the evening/night.Most items in the kitchen cupboard were filthy dirty and when getting in touch with the agency, Victoria was incredibly unhelpful regarding any of the above issues.I understand its out of everyone's control if there is a heatwave, but we couldn't use 2 out of the 3 bedrooms due to the poor built of the house, and there was no help or care given by the host. It's sometimes just showing a bit of kindness and caring that make a situation more bearable, none of this was provided from their end. And with temperatures only going to get hotter, it would have been nice to even just receive another fan or anything to try and keep cooler.All in all a very disappointing experience, we will definitely go back to our usual accommodation, and stay well clear of this one.

Incredible villa

Honestly amazing. Location was awesome, beach was great. Nice having the Agromart close by. The view from the yard over the pool was stunning!The smell mentioned was there, but only really late in evenings, so if you’re a group thinking of staying up late on the patio this may be more of an issue, but for a young family with tired kids and long days in the sun, we retired relatively early and could totally live with it, the location and price makes up for it. The sound from the sewage place seemed a bigger bother to some in our group, but it’s a very consistent hum, a bit like a loud air conditioner next door, I personally tuned it out immediately, didn’t bother me at all.If you can live with those two caveats, which we absolutely could, I cannot recommend it highly enough!

Overall, this house has some wonderful aspects, that come with trade-offs. The outdoor space is excellent -- not just the big pool, but the surrounding garden, the beautiful views, and the large, covered, shady outdoor space with both a large dinner table and a large lounge area with an outdoor sofa. We stayed in early September, when it was hot at night and no AC meant keeping the shutters closed all the time, which made the house quite dark. The effect of the nearby water treatment plant is real -- there's a constant low-level drone of noise that you eventually tune out and periodic and brief, infrequent moments when the smell is bad. Not ideal, but not terrible either.The location is gorgeous and you can hike to Port de Sóller or Deia directly from the house. The town of Sóller is a 20-30 minute walk depending on where you go.The property managers are excellent -- friendly, responsive and helpful.

Bad location next to large sewage treatment plant

because of the sewage treatment plant, there was constant odor nuisance and engine noise. This this was very disapponting.

Spacious house tucked away in the Sóller valley

We loved our stay in Can Bernadet. We have read the few comments here about the smell of the adjacent water treatment plant. During our stay we had some short periods the smell was present, like a bad sewer. However, the smell was gone after a few minutes. For is definitely no showstopper, because the house and garden definitely made up for this small inconvenience. The pool was cold but delicious. The lemon en and orange trees were colouring the setting (and provided a nice smell too). The house has a very big porch with BBQ, excellent for dinner time (or for drinks, or just hanging out). The house itself is well maintained. Lots of space, somehate outdated equipment, but it somehow added to the the experience. Besides the smell, the water treatment plant also makes some noise, which could be annoying for light sleepers (who h we weren't), in that case: bring earplugs. So, Can Bernadet is definitely a recommendation if you can live with the small inconveniences.

Magnifique maison- environnement épouvantable

La maison correspondait à nos besoins et était vraiment très belle mais elle est voisine d'une station d'épuration (mitoyenne) et l'odeur est épouvantable le matin et le soir. Il est pratiquement impossible de profiter de la piscine (froide) et de la très belle terrasse à cause de cette odeur. De plus, pas d'eau chaude à l'arrivée et piscine non entretenue pendant le séjour. Dommage car le site est merveilleux.

Regarding the pool, it pool has a weekly maintenance (cleaning, adjustment) and the automatic salinity and ph regulators and the purification and filtering programming ensure proper operation. I'm sorry the hot water didn't work on your arrival, the pump broke, but as soon as we were notified, a plumber came to replace the pump and the problem was resolved. Regarding the water treatment plant, we are aware of it, for that reason we point it out in the description of the property, and consequently the price is lower than other similar properties in the area. The smell only appear in the heat peaks. Anyway we will talk with the technicians of the treatment plant to try to improve the service and reduce the smell. In any case, we are very sorry for the unusual things which happened and we hope you enjoyed your holidays! We hope to welcome you again in one of our properties. XC PROPERTIES TEAM.

We were blown away by our stay at this lovely property. It is much bigger than it looks in photos, immaculate and an incredibly peaceful place to stay while also being a short walk into the buzzy town of Soller. The covered terrace was a lovely and cool place to spend the days when it was very hot outside and perfect for our baby to crawl around, and the agents were incredibly attentive and responsive. We were worried about the smell and noise from the sewage plant but it honestly didn’t bother us at all. There was a smell at certain times of day but it always dissipated quickly and the noise was a barely noticeable hum. We will definitely be returning!

Wir waren zu sechst, mit 4 Teenagern in der Can Bernadet. Wir waren sehr angetan von der Größe des Hauses. Die Küche ist top ausgestattet mit Herd, Ofen, Waschmaschine, Geschirrspüler. Wer gern kocht und backt ist hier auch von der Ausstattung super aufgehoben. Die überdachte Terrasse ist der perfekte Aufenthaltsort für den Tag und auch die Abende. Abgerundet mit einem gemauerten Grill. Der Pool wurde besonders von den Kindern heiß geliebt. Das Tor der Zufahrt ist etwas eng, da ist etwas Vorsicht geboten. Der Geruch, der von der Kläranlage kommt, ist zwar da aber immer nur in den Nachtstunden und verfliegt innerhalb weniger Minuten. Wir können diese Unterkunft nur empfehlen!

Sehr schöner Aufenthalt

Die Finca, der Garten, der Pool und der überdachte Aussenbereich sind ein Traum. Die angrenzende kleine Kläranlage ist vom Grundstück wegen der tollen Bepflanzung nicht sichtbar. Es ist allerdings ganztägig ein Hintergrundgeräusch Hörbuch, das uns nicht wirklich gestört hat. Die Geruchsbelästigung war morgens und abends nur wenige Minuten wahrnehmbar und hielt sich in Grenzen.

Huset er beliggende i utroligt flotte omgivelser, for foden af bjerge og i en appelsin/citronplantage, hvilken må benyttes som man lyster. Lækker stor saltvandspool og et kæmpe overdækket udeområde. Huset er velfungerende men mangler efter vores smag aircondition. Vi havde booket til 6 voksne men 2 af sengene have ikke længde til en voksen. Der ligger et rensningsanlæg ved siden af, som til tider lugter grimt. Dette var dog kortvarigt og blev aldrig et problem.

Mange tak for din kommentar. Vi har allerede talt med ejeren, og han vil lægge længere senge i stuen med de små senge. Vi ser frem til at modtage dig igen i fremtiden.
