Profitez de la pêche tôt le matin pour le bar et le flétan. Votre café sera toujours chaud lorsque vous y arriverez car il se trouve à 100 mètres. Ou marchez encore 4 minutes le long du sentier du lagon et surfez ou montez à bord de Boogie sur deux des pauses les plus amusantes de San Diego sur la célèbre plage de Tamarack.
Bien sûr, si vous êtes d'humeur à vous détendre à la maison, vous apprécierez de vous asseoir sur le porche en lisant un bon livre. We had several families, three generations, plenty of room and lots of fun! The pool with cave and hot tub was a big hit. Lots of games for kids of all ages.

Perfect spot to stay for our family get together! While the lagoon and Tamarack Beach were a short walk away, we were content to enjoy the open air kitchen/living room, and the pool was a delight for the kids. Lots of places to congregate or find a quiet place to lounge. Our host was very responsive and the home was super clean. Definitely will rebook if we are back in the area with family.

This home is great for multi-generational families, from babies to teenagers to adults, and our group had them all! There was truly something for everyone to enjoy. Janet is an amazing host who provides top-notch customer service and genuinely cares about her guests' experience. She was incredibly responsive and immediately addressed the few minor concerns that arose when we arrived. We had a great stay in Carlsbad! The 4th of July beach crowds made parking impossible, but the private backyard pool saved the day! Honestly, it was even better since we didn't have to lug all of our gear down to the sand. We highly recommend staying here in Carlsbad. You can't do better than Janet's hospitality for her guests!

The back yard is to die for. The hot tub, pool, bar area, and grill were all very nice. The pictures on the site do not do it justice. You have to see this place to believe it. We cant wait to get back.

Host is responsive to inquiries. House is well appointed. We were able to spread out and yet be all together. The lagoon is right down the road with benches to watch the water, fish or walk. It’s a little walk to the beach, but not bad. A cart for beach stuff you want to have with you (blanket, towels, shade, snacks, etc) is a saving grace. Much better than trying to park at beach. The outdoor area on the property is beautiful and relaxing. It’s aging a little, but truly wonderful with the pool/hot tub/bbq/patio. We spent a lot of our time there. The village is full of great places and isn’t too far and is walkable, though driving may be preferable for larger groups or those with little ones. Just know parking in town is a little iffy.

This place was wonderful. Kids enjoyed the pool, especially the shallow entry area. Everything you need-towels, laundry, games and toys for the kids. The host team was super responsive on check-in. And after a few issues popped up with the pool & hot tub, they got it fixed pronto. Hope to return soon!!

You cannot beat this backyard and location! Everything the images show and was very accessible to the beach. The hosts were very accommodating and helpful to get everything set up, they did require meeting at a time for check in which felt difficult to plan traveling in but ended up not being an issue. Communicated with the host as well that the place could have been cleaner, but they were open to addressing this. Nothing terrible, could just tell the house gets a lot of guests and could use a deep clean. Would recommend and would stay again if we were in the area.

We had a lovely time in Carlsbad. The house is in a great location, the pool and spa are so lovely, and it has great spaces to gather indoors and outdoors. Our host was responsive and friendly. Check in was very easy. There was no shampoo or bathroom products available- so make sure to pack your own! There is also no speaker for music- which may be because of neighbors. Lastly, not a huge deal at all, but there was outside landscaping and work being done 2 of the days we were there. We navigated it easily, but it would have been nice to know it was happening ahead of time.

Off the beaten path, our home is located on a quiet culdesac street located on a low lying bluff overlooking the beautiful Agua Hedionda Lagoon. A peaceful walk along the spacious lagoon trail gets you to the beach in 5 minutes. Surf, boogie board, or swim at Famous Tamarck Beach. It really is the best spot in Carlsbad!

Enjoy the perfect combination of privacy and easy beach access. Our home is located in a quiet culdesac just 2 MINUTES walking from the Agua Hedionda lagoon and beach. Enjoy some early morning fishing for Sea Bass and Halibut. Your Coffee will still be hot when you get there because its 300 feet away. Or walk another 4 minutes along the lagoon trail and surf or Boogie board two of the funnest breaks in all of San Diego at Famous Tamarack Beach. Of course if your in the mood to just relax at home you'll enjoy sitting on the front porch reading a good book. Or sit by your own private heated tropical pool with 8' waterfall. Or truly relax in your private jetted spa nestled within in a wonderful rock feature grotto. When your ready for lunch or dinner walk to Carlsbad's Vigilucci's Italian Resteraunt or drive along the coast one mile to the Village for everything from Sushi to Great Mexican Food. And I mean REAL Mexican Food. Or pick up some Steaks and Burgers and BBQ out back for Dinner by the Pool or fire pit.
