Le complexe Kihei Alii Kai est parfaitement situé dans la ville ensoleillée de Kihei, à proximité des plages, restaurants et magasins, mais assez loin pour se détendre et profiter du calme de la beauté de Maui.

Ce spacieux condo de 1 chambre à coucher est entièrement meublé, avec une cuisine joliment rénové, salle de bains, et les appareils mis à niveau. La cuisine est entièrement équipée avec tous les ustensiles et appareils électroménagers dont vous aurez besoin pour créer vos plats préférés de l'île. Salle à manger sur la véranda tout en profitant de l'île brise fraîche est un must! La chambre est équipée d'un lit confortable Cal-King, une télévision à écran plat avec le câble, et un assortiment de couvertures, oreillers, draps et serviettes.

Si nécessaire, il y a l'air conditionné dans le salon / cuisine, ainsi que dans la chambre à coucher, ou vous pouvez ouvrir les fenêtres et laisser la brise croix pour vous refroidir. Il est Wi-Fi, télévision par câble, d'un lecteur DVD, une radio et un téléphone avec appels illimités gratuits longue distance au sein de l'États-Unis et au Canada.

Prenez 2 minutes à pied de quelques-unes des plus belles plages de Kihei, célèbres pour leur sable blanc et eau cristalline. Certains des meilleurs snorkeling sur l'île est situé à Kihei, Wailea, et à proximité Makena. Pour les amateurs de tennis, il ya 2 courts de tennis du complexe qui sont gratuits pour les clients. Barbecues à gaz pleine grandeur sont idéalement situés à côté des courts de tennis et la piscine et le jacuzzi! What a great location! Super close to the fabulous beaches. The condo is great along with the pool and hot tub. However, there are A LOT of steps in the complex and so if steps are hard this is not the the place for you/

Absolutely wonderful stay

Rachel was a wonderfully communicative host and her condo was perfect for our family of four - we felt right at home and really enjoyed our stay. The kids thought the sofa bed was great, the neighbors were friendly and quiet, and the location was perfect for both beach trips and grabbing food. We would definitely stay here again!

Beautiful condo and llocation

The condo was very clean, warm and welcoming. Enjoyed having our coffee in the lanai. The kitchen was well stocked. Rachel, mgr, checked up on us to see if we needed anything. It is on the 3rd floor but we didn’t mind, it was part of our daily exercise. We had a delightful vacation.

Honeymoon getaway

Clean and comfortable with many amenities, including all the cooking gadgets you could possibly need. Will definitely try to reserve again for our next Maui getaway.

Perfect!

Absolutely great location. Steps from the sand and walking distance to so many awesome spots in Kihei. By far our favorite spot of 3 in Maui.

Condo was clean, and the complex is very quiet. Enjoyed the snacks that were provided for our arrival. Thoughtful touch. Plenty of beach towels and beach chairs provided. Definitely a plus. It is a maze of steps to get to the room, and the complex is on a slope, so be prepared to walk. Would not recommend this location if guests have mobility issues. Also, the A/C in the bedroom was noisy. This might be a problem for light sleepers.

Perfect Central Location.

We enjoyed staying at this comfortable and clean condo. It was a great place to come and relax after a full day of adventuring. The central location was perfect. Our host was very helpful. I would definitely recommend this place for ease of mind, convenience and comfort.

Short walk to the beach

The property is close to beach and great eating places. Maui bread company is next door. The island deli in the ABC store has great prime rib and is walking distance. Big pool and clean property.

Kihei Ali'i Kai, C301 is a beautiful condo, very clean, and really close to restaurants and shopping. The best part is that it's right across the street from Kamaole Beach II.

Voici ce qui rend cet hébergement unique

Quick walk across the street to the beach, private pickleball court, portable AC in the bedroom, sauna on site!

Because Kihei Ali'i Kai is a "HOTEL ZONED" condo, there is no fear of Maui County banning this condo from short-term vacation renting in the near future as many "Apartment Zoned" condos are facing.
