Le complexe Kihei Alii Kai est parfaitement situé dans la ville ensoleillée de Kihei, à proximité des plages, restaurants et magasins, mais assez loin pour se détendre et profiter du calme de la beauté de Maui.

Ce spacieux condo de 1 chambre à coucher est entiÚrement meublé, avec une cuisine joliment rénové, salle de bains, et les appareils mis à niveau. La cuisine est entiÚrement équipée avec tous les ustensiles et appareils électroménagers dont vous aurez besoin pour créer vos plats préférés de l'ßle. Salle à manger sur la véranda tout en profitant de l'ßle brise fraßche est un must! La chambre est équipée d'un lit confortable Cal-King, une télévision à écran plat avec le cùble, et un assortiment de couvertures, oreillers, draps et serviettes.

Condo was clean, and the complex is very quiet. Enjoyed the snacks that were provided for our arrival. Thoughtful touch. Plenty of beach towels and beach chairs provided. Definitely a plus. It is a maze of steps to get to the room, and the complex is on a slope, so be prepared to walk. Would not recommend this location if guests have mobility issues. Also, the A/C in the bedroom was noisy. This might be a problem for light sleepers.

Perfect place for a family

I will start by saying that Rachel is an amazing host. She reached out days before out check-in date to ensure that we had all the information, even offered to allow us to check-in early if the place was ready. We were there for a baseball tournament and she had a small care package on the table as we walked - so absolutely thoughtful and won over our kids immediately. It was a great welcome to our stay.Now for the actual place:Location: Just across the street from Kamaole Beach Park and not even a 5 minute walk from few shops and restaurants. Unit: The unit is updated, spacious, and is perfect for a family of 4. It had everything we needed for a 4 day stay and the bed was very comfortable.Amenities: The place provides everything you need for a day at the beach so no need to bring your own. Pool was always accessible and not too busy. I do want to point out that there is an elevator but you do have to use stairs to get to the unit. It wasn't an issue for us but may be something to consider if using the stairs may be challenging for you.Overall, it's a great option to explore Kihei and an even greater host.

Beautiful condo and llocation

The condo was very clean, warm and welcoming. Enjoyed having our coffee in the lanai. The kitchen was well stocked. Rachel, mgr, checked up on us to see if we needed anything. It is on the 3rd floor but we didn’t mind, it was part of our daily exercise. We had a delightful vacation.

Great location!

Kihei Alii Kai was a great experience overall. We love the location, that's why we picked it. The Kamaole one beach is a short walk down the street, and we love that beach.The bbq and pool are just a quick walk down the stairs and you can see right out the door if the bbq is busy and ready to use as we do a lot of cooking at home on holidays.The patio is quite large, we used it everyday for coffee, lunch and supper. It's never full on sun so it's easy to sit out there without roasting.The kitchen has everything you need for cooking, although there could be steak knives and plastic serving platters for outdoor bbqing. A few plastic wine glasses for pool area would be welcoming.We loved the bathroom shower!Thank you Rachel for your awesome hosting! We'll be back.

Great place to stay close to beautiful beach

The condo is located up the road from a beautiful beach with all equipment you need to enjoy it, e.g. beach chairs, boogie boards, sun umbrella etc. in a box on the balcony from which the ocean is partially visible. We didn't use the pool or hot tub which looked very well taken care of. We really enjoyed our 4 days and had a wonderful time. timedenjoyed the

Beautiful Kihei

First Rachel is wonderful, always responds quickly, provides little extras like a welcome basket of goodies and helpful tips for our vacation. The condo is lovely, clean and has everything you need. Good location and close to beach, local activities and restaurants. My only reason for the one 4 is that although the manager mentioned a hike from elevator to condo she didn’t mention several flights of stairs and I have a torn meniscus so that was a bit tough on a daily basis. But if you don’t have any mobility issues then this is the place for you!! After surgery and rehab I’d definitely go back. Mahalo Rachel Definitely recommend

Super Lage,tolle Unterkunft, naher schöner Strand, Umfeld klasse, aber: man muss ca. 20 Treppenstufen steigen, um ins Loft zu kommen, Betten sehr weich ( durchgelegen?), tlw. BaulÀrm in Anlage weil Privatlofts modernisiert werden.

Kehei gem

This property has it all. Extremely well appointed, fully equipped, all the amenities, pool, pickleball, shuffleboard, across from beach, easy parking plus a very comfortable bed. Add an accessible, hands on host and this becomes a 5 star plus property. Stay here and enjoy your vacation.

Sweetest host ever!!!

The condo is spacious, clean and super comfortable! It is steps away from the most gorgeous beach and steps away from lots of food options, nail shop, activities. The entire property is very well cared for from the landscape to the sparkling clean pool and hot tub. We were delighted to see there is even a sauna! The host Rachel was extremely responsive and kind and had her sweet touches on the condo like welcoming snacks. Everything you need is provided down to body wash and beach towels. Thank you so much Rachel for phenomenal service! 10 out of 10 recommend this condo!!!

Great value for this spacious unit. The living, kitchen, dining area are large and open, and the wall of Windows leading to the lanai are awesome! We enjoyed the comfy outdoor furniture too, not stiff and just to look pretty. The condo has a home like feeling, large kitchen with convenient island and all you'd need to cook, dine and even pack food out for the day. Overall clean and tidy, a bit dated but very comfy. We didn't use the amenities but the pool area was very very pretty, the other common areas were very nice as well. Quiet complex, walked to Kam I and many dining, snack and shopping complex's to choose from.

Wonderful Property and Owner

A great, well-equipped condo kn a great area. Exactly as described in the listing. Rachel was very pleasant to deal with and very accommodating. Our trip was affected by the Maui wildfires and she quickly called us to make sure we were ok and to provide us with updates. I would highly reccomend this property to anyone staying in Maui.

Kihei Ali'i Kai, C301 is a beautiful condo, very clean, and really close to restaurants and shopping. The best part is that it's right across the street from Kamaole Beach II.

Voici ce qui rend cet hébergement unique

Quick walk across the street to the beach, private pickleball court, portable AC in the bedroom, sauna on site!

Because Kihei Ali'i Kai is a "HOTEL ZONED" condo, there is no fear of Maui County banning this condo from short-term vacation renting in the near future as many "Apartment Zoned" condos are facing.
