Bienvenue à Maui et à notre magnifique condo de 1 chambre et 3ème étage surclassé - C307 à Kihei Alii Kai. Nous sommes dans le bâtiment supérieur du "côté calme du complexe", à proximité du parking et de l'ascenseur.

Nous possédons un très grand Lanai avec une belle vue calme car nous sommes sur une route privée avec parking hors rue et ascenseur au 3ème étage. Nous avons également une belle piscine, jacuzzi et sauna sur la propriété avec des barbecues et un court de tennis à quelques pas de notre condo. Notre magnifique plage de KAM 1 est à quelques pas de notre route avec des cafés, des restaurants, des épiceries, la location de Boss Frog et de nombreuses autres installations raffinées.

Cuisine améliorée avec toutes les commodités, lit queen avec placard et commode, ventilateur de plafond et ventilateur au sol. Le salon a des alizés merveilleux lorsque vous ouvrez la porte de la véranda, mais il y a aussi la climatisation si nécessaire. Laveuse et sécheuse sont également à l'intérieur du condo. La salle de bain a une baignoire et une douche pour votre plaisir.

Commencez votre matinée sur la véranda avec du café Maui ou une promenade à la boulangerie locale pour un rouleau de cannelle fraîche, ou l'un des nombreux cafés, puis dirigez-vous vers la magnifique plage KAM1. Il y a des chaises de plage, des nattes et des serviettes de plage pour votre usage personnel. Il y a tellement d'autres activités à Maui, il suffit de demander et je vous aiderai à planifier quoi faire. Le soir, asseyez-vous sur la grande véranda avec un cocktail hawaïen et regardez le coucher du soleil, cuisinez sur le barbecue à quelques pas de notre condo, puis dirigez-vous vers la piscine, le sauna ou le jacuzzi et rencontrez de nouveaux amis, ou dirigez-vous vers l'un de nos endroits préférés pour la musique du soir.

We enjoyed the convenient location of this condo. A block from a beautiful beach, easy to travel out of town to other island places. Clean, with everything g we needed to have a wonderful vacation. We loved the beach chairs and beach umbrella! Highly recommended.

Wonderful stay in Kihei

We love Kihei and visit at least every other year! We were very happy with our stay at Don and Elaine's place! It was perfectly located to all of our favorite places! It had all the amenities that we needed - including beach chairs and an umbrella (things we normally would need to rent). The accommodations were great, and the kitchen was spacious. We were careful not to use the air-conditioning much (since we knew it was expensive), but that made it rather warm at times. We would definitely recommend this place!

A beautiful getaway

What a lovely stay. 10/10 would return. Clean, beautifully designed interior made the stay very enjoyable. The toy box was our favorite as we got to use the boogie boards, chairs and snorkel equipment. The bed was comfortable and so was the pullout bed. Only downside is that AC takes a moment to cool the bedroom so we used the pullout bed the first night we got in. Location is a short walk to the best sunset spot on the island. Loved staying in Kihei! A great central point to everything. Elaine’s suggestions made the trip more enjoyable. Thank you for everything!

I am always happy when my guests have a really special stay at our condo and so hope you return in the future. I try to make sure the "toy chest" has some fun items in it. There is a ceiling fan in the bedroom, but I will look into a floor fan when I get over there, window fans are no longer allowed. Also good to see my suggestions helped. Maui Paradise

We loved our stay at the Kihei Alli Kai Condo complex. The condo is so clean and quiet and so convenient. It is a 5 minute walk to one of the best beaches in Kihei, Kamoale I and it is just a bit further to walk to II and III for snorkeling. There are also lots of shops and restaurants that you can walk to from the condo. The condo had a great selection of beach gear for our use-chairs, snorkel gear (we brought our own thought), umbrellas and boogie boards. Our teenage son loved using the boogie boards at the beach in the afternoon. The pool was heated and we went for a swim in the pool and jacuzzi every night. And the sofabed in the living room was very comfortable and the lanai was perfect for bird watching.

Very nice

Unit was comfortable, well equipped and close to the beach, shopping and restaurants. Parking was easy because this unit is located near the rear of the building close to the guest parking. Unfortunately, the mattress is old and sinks in the middle so we really did not sleep well. We kept rolling into each other! I also bought myself a fluffy pillow because the pillows were too flat for me. We plan to stay at Kihei Ali'i Kai again but will probably try another unit.

Great place to stay in Maui

Great affordable place to stay in Maui. The living area was large. It was nice having everything we needed in kitchen. And also having washer and dryer. We wished we would have packed half the clothes we brought and just did laundry more. Awesome location to access anywhere in island easily. Just a short walk to yummy restaurants and food trucks and the beach. It was also amazing to have beach chairs and umbrellas. We used them everyday. We thought the bed and pillows were comfortable. The apartment was clean and we felt safe there. Only downside we found was the bedroom was far from the air conditioner so it was the hottest room in condo. But it did cool off eventually. Also the community hot tub wasn’t open and we were looking forward to that (but the condo owners can’t control when the community is doing maintenance on a community aspect, just be aware if part of why you’re renting is the pool/hot tub it could be closed your stay and you won’t know until arrival). Overall would stay again and recommended others to do so also.

Noisy bedroom

The bedroom headboard is next to a window that is on a walkway that many people use since this unit is close to the elevator. Their voices are very loud in the bedroom even when these people talk normally. Parents calling after their kids is worst. And of course there is little privacy. This host is terrible at communications. It took several e-mails and two phone calls on the 2 days before our arrival to finally get the lock box number. Her 4-page contract (which you have to sign) says she will send that information 2-weeks before arrival. She did not do that. She also charges the credit card fees so be sure to add that $35 to you total cost. There are many good places to stay in this area of Kihei. We will not be coming back to this place.

Bob I am sorry you did no enjoy your stay in our condo. When you informed me your wife was in a wheelchair I told you there was an elevator right from the parking lot to my condo and we do have a 10PM quiet time. When we spoke I let you know I would be taking whatever fees Homeaway charged me, for using VISA, out of your deposit., which was for you $35. This is also stated in my contract that I ask all guests to sign. I did goof and didn't send you the lockbox code 2 weeks before and apologized for that mistake. Good idea to try a different complex for your next stay. Elaine

Great place

I was a little hesitant to rent a condo since I wanted some more private place, but it turned out pretty well. I guess because of Covid there weren't many people around and the building was very quiet. I liked the apartment and lanai, everything was nice and clean except the kitchen countertop was covered with brown dust, but it's ok, no big deal, and no shampoo or body wash in the bathroom. This place has a beautiful swimming pool and hot tub, and even a sauna! Just what we needed after long hike since the hot water was kind of limited after 7 pm or just the heater was off? So we had all those just for ourselves, no one else was using a pool at this time. One more thing, when you come to Hawaii you kind of expect (or am I spoiled?) that you would be greeted with bottle of cold water and/or some local fruits? That what we got in other places we have visited. But knowing the host doesn't live on premises it is understandable. The other thing we didn't know when we came at night that building C is at the end of the road and has its own big parking lot, so we spent some time looking for the right place.

Eduard thank you for staying at our condo and you were our 1st guest since the COVID lockdown. I will check with my housekeeper about the dust on the counters, this is not acceptable. I am sure you received my directions to the condo because it has the lockbox code and just below the code were the directions to our building , the parking lot., and elevator access to our 3rd floor condo. I do like your idea about having a bottle of cold water in the refrigerator, I will see if that is something my housekeeper would do for our guests. Great place in a wonderful location

Elaine and Don were a pleasure to work with. Their condo was very nice and we feel lucky to have been able to stay there. It’s located in a great spot, with easy access to the parking lot, pool and sauna. Check in process was a breeze - Elaine sent an email that contained everything we would need to know. One of our favorite things about the apartment - no need to carry an additional key with you. There’s a door code you can use to lock and unlock the deadbolt, which we appreciated so much as we were often in our swim attire with little or no pockets for extra keys. Lots of amenities in the complex and Elaine and Dons apartment. We loved the fully stocked kitchen and found ourselves at Foodland quite often getting groceries for some of our meals. Just a short walk to Kam I or II with the beach chairs, umbrellas, snorkeling gear and sand mats provided by Elaine and Don made for easy and relaxing beach days for us. Two small things I didn’t find, and potentially overlooked; a cooler and a beach bag. Outside of that, we had everything we needed in the condo, leaving us plenty of room in our suitcases for gifts for the kiddos. We were able to pack lighter too thanks to the in-unit washer and dryer. We found ourselves using the drying rack on the lanai to air dry our towels and swimsuits after a day at the beach. Check out process was just as smooth - leave the place just as good if not better than you found it and hit the lock button on the door on your way out.

I was raised in Oregon and made my first trip to the islands in 1967. I immediately fell in love with Maui and after many more trips knew I would one day have a 'second home' on Maui, which happened on one of my trips in 1999! I got married on the beach in front of Mama's Fish House in 2005 and come over every year to enjoy and update my condo. I manage all bookings personally and love talking to my future and especially returning guests. I have made many friends over the years and they 'welcome me home' each time I arrive. This is truly my 'second family'.

I was visiting with friends in 1999 when I started looking for condos and fell in love with C-307 at Kihei Alii Kai. While boarding the airplane to come home, I received a call that the owners accepted my offer and I was going to own 'my condo in paradise'. I have traveled to many places and the people in Hawaii are by far the warmest, most friendly, loving, people I know. I make new friends on every trip.

I love sitting on the lanai, it is very large, nicely furnished and so quiet and peaceful with a lovely view. Since the BBQ is on the same level and steps from the condo, you can enjoy dinner on the Lanai even though there are many wonderful restaurants close by. KAM I beach is just a very short walk, about 150 feet from the condo and so beautiful for walking, snorkeling, swimming, and sunbathing. In the evening, we enjoy watching the Sunset and then going to the Jacuzzi and meeting new friends. There is also the Maui bus you can hop a ride on or check on the many activities that Kihei has to offer.
