"Minerva" est à seulement 400 mètres du Ponte Vecchio: il est dans une position élégante et belle sur la Piazza Sauro n. 2, juste à côté du pont Carraia sur Arno. Un salon lumineux, deux chambres à coucher sur un côté calme malgré beaucoup de vie dans la rue; la salle de bain a une très grande douche et la cuisine est vraiment entièrement équipée.
L'appartement a été récemment restauré et meublé avec goût.

This is a charming little apartment. We really enjoyed our stay. It was a short walk to restaurants, and the train station, which makes everything easily accessible. Check-in was quick and easy. I will say, the one thing we were not prepared for was the climb up two flights of stairs to get to the apartment. After a long day/night of traveling, it was an unpleasant surprise to have to carry our bags up so many stairs. I don’t see that mentioned in the explanation of the property. This fact was just a small blemish in what was otherwise a very enjoyable trip.

The apartment was very comfortable and in a great location. We had all we needed to have a pleasant stay in Florence. The host was very gracious and promptly responded to all questions.

Great location in Beautiful Florence

My daughter and I stayed here for a long weekend. Gianni is very attentive and helpful and the location of the apartment was a 5 minute walk to Florence city centre. We love Florence and would definitely stay here again.

So close to everything!

Our two night stay was great. The property was exactly as shown. Very clean and well appointed. Location-wise, we couldn’t ask for better. Easy walks to excellent restaurants and sight-seeing.

A fine place to stay.

This apartment was just as advertised. We had no issues communicating with the ownership during the booking and check in process, and detailed instructions were provided up front. It's a great location as it is close enough to walk to all of Florence's main attractions yet is quiet and not on the main tourist routes. I would highly recommend it.

The right side and the bright side of the river.

Perfectly placed across the river from the main sites of Florence, this apartment exceeded all expectations. Hosts were prompt and friendly, accommodations were clean, bright, and cozy. The best part was wandering the streets after dark finding piazzas and posteriors around every corner. Good boutique and vintage shopping for those not looking for big brands. The whole family enjoyed our time.

Nice neighborhood but unit is small and without elevator

Host was helpful and responsive. Apartment was clean and in a nice location. Our only negative was that the unit was pretty small. The bath room in particular was quite small. Overall we had a good stay but wish there was more room in the unit as the three of us felt cramped in the space. Lastly and importantly, there are 4 flights of stairs to get to the unit and no elevator. I don’t recommend for anyone with heavy luggage or any type of walking issues

Perfect spot!

My co-worker and I extended after a business trip to Naples. The weather was so incredibly hot in Italy we were thrilled to have wonderful air conditioning. There were units in each bedroom and the living area. Everything was furnished with the exception of a small frying pan to cook eggs but we used another pan and made due. The washer worked well and there is a large drying rack provided. The apartment is very quiet and in a fantastic location. Gianni was very responsive anytime we needed something and provided thorough information prior to arrival. Note there are 3 small flights of stairs you will have to haul your luggage but it wasn't too bad because the stairway is wider. We very much enjoyed our stay and would absolutely stay here again.

Clean, comfortable and calm with a great Gelato shop next door!

The owners of the property were not only gracious and attentive, but had also thought of everything I could possibly need for a comfortable stay. Although the walls were white, the added details of nicely framed art, books, plants and personal touches including colorful dishware, made the apartment feel very homelike. The location was brilliant, and although close to a busy road running alongside the Arno, the apartment was quiet as it backed onto a small courtyard. From the second bedroom, I had a glimpse of the river, which was nice. A gentle breeze also made the temperature in the apartment very comfortable even in the July heat. Everywhere I wanted to go in Florence was minutes away by foot. There was a convenient grocery store about 2 and 1/2 blocks away. The area abounded with bars, cafes and restaurants. I can especially recommend the cafe that is about a 2-minute walk from the apartment on the road bordering the river. It had great food and reasonable prices. The gelato shop mentioned in the title was maybe a minute's walk away. The main train station of Santa Maria Novella was a 20-minute walk from the apartment, which meant that I could easily access it for day trips, such as the one I took to Lucca, and on the day of my departure, I could return to Rome without having to call a taxi. I can highly recommend staying in this very comfortable apartment with its attentive owners, who were both respectful and kind.

Very comfortable apartment near the Arno

We had a base to stay within walking distance of all we wished to visit, and could return home to rest or drop off what we had without undue inconvenience. The neighbourhood was filled with places of high quality for eating out morning, noon and night.

Zentral, ruhig gelegene Ferienwohnung

Wir verbrachten fünf angenehme Ferientage in Florenz. Die Wohnung ist sauber und liebevoll eingerichtet. Trotz der zentralen Lage ist es in der Wohnung ruhig. Gianni empfing uns herzlich und wäre wenn notwendig mit weiteren Infos zur Verfügung gestanden. Im Quartier kann man am Abend in verschiedenen Lokalen genussvoll essen.

Gianni was very welcoming when we arrived. The apartment was located in a perfect location. Within walking distance to restaurants, gelato shops and grocery stores. The best part is that the Oltrarno gives you the real life everyday Italian feel. Will be renting this “gem” again very soon!

Great apartment in a perfect location

My family and I were very comfortable in this apartment which was very well located to everything in Florence. The street noise can get a bit loud in the evening from traffic but it was nice to be on the old town part of the city away from the hustle and bustle of the tourists. I would definitely recommend for a family!

Clean modern and bright. In s perfect location easily accessed from airport or station. Only 10 to 15 minutes walk to all the major sites and in an area that is not excessively touristy. An ideal location for an early morning or evening stroll into the centre or back streets for cultural experience and food
