'Piccolo Pepi' - Appartement de luxe au coeur de Florence!

J'ai deux appartements, indépendants l'un de l'autre mais connectés, que je loue souvent comme une grande unité pour les grands groupes et les familles:

1) 'PICCOLO PEPI' (cette annonce): 2 chambres, 2 salles de bain complètes, salon, cuisine entièrement équipée, tout le confort (AC, wifi, etc ...);

cette unité (comme l'autre) est disposée sur 2 niveaux à l'intérieur et dans chaque niveau il y a une chambre avec salle de bain à côté de;
que chacun a son intimité et c'est idéalement pour deux couples, ou pour deux célibataires qui veulent le propre lit et bain, ou pour un plus grand groupe étant donné que possible ajouter un lit supplémentaire dans une de la chambre et il y a un canapé-lit king-size Lit dans le salon (très confortable, avec un matelas semblable à un lit régulier).

2) 'GRANDE PEPI' (n ° de l'annonce: # 349077): 3 chambres, 2 salles de bain complètes, jusqu'à 9 couchages + lit bébé, salon, cuisine entièrement équipée, TOUT CONFORT (AC, wifi, etc ...).

Les appartements sont indépendants mais l'un à côté de l'autre, avec une petite entrée commune depuis les escaliers, donc ils peuvent être comme un grand appartement ouvrant leurs propres portes (voir les plans pour mieux comprendre).

Mes appartements sont au coeur de Florence (à 5 minutes à pied de la place Santa Croce et du musée de l'Académie, par exemple), dans un ancien et élégant palais.
Entièrement meublé et avec tous les conforts: air conditionné dans chaque chambre, machine à laver, sèche-linge, télévision, lecteur DVD, lave-vaisselle, micro-ondes, four, réfrigérateur / congélateur, cuisinière, internet, wifi, etc.
Les draps et les serviettes sont fournis.
Très lumineux et silencieux
dernier étage (4 ° vols), sans ascenseur (comme la plupart des constructions dans le centre historique), mais avec de grands escaliers faciles à monter: le palais, intact, était d'une noble famille florentine et il est équipé d'une grande entrée et grande et facile à monter les escaliers.

«Piccolo Pepi» est grande et peut accueillir confortablement 4-5 personnes (jusqu'à 7 + un bébé, grâce à un lit pliant supplémentaire et le canapé-lit king-size dans le salon et le lit bébé).
Très calme: Piccolo se penche sur un grand jardin intérieur.

Beautiful appartments, great location, ideal for groups or large families

We spent a lovely week in Massimo's appartments. We rent both of them, one was used for the children, the other for the parents. It was really ideal for our group (we were 11 people). The local is very central near to major touristic points and just 2mn from a supermaket.

Perfect

Pepi and Grande apartments

I have used both the Pepi and Grande apartments for the past two years for my students. The accommodations are perfect and the location is superb. It is always clean. Thanks to Massimo for allowing us to stay in such lovely apartments. Great location

Comfortable and spacious apartment close to historic centre. Massimo was helpful in every way. There is no lift in the building so probably not suitable for anyone with mobility issues. Nevertheless, we were delighted with our choice and would definitely recommend this apartment.

Spacious, clean n great location

Seven girls on a long weekend found the appartment ideal. Massimo was very helpful, explained everything and was there when we did need his help once. The apartment was clean looked just like the pictures on the web pages.The location was excellent to eat out at night and do all the tourist sights. We even visited Pissa and Sienna on our 4 day break. Thank you Massimo.

Everything you need!!

Well… there are stairs, but if I can do it anyone can. Great host who thinks of all the little details. Great location, easy to walk everywhere. We stayed nice & cool with the air conditioner. Beautiful kitchen. We would highly recommend. Love Florence ♥️

Nice apartment

We found the apartment to be spacious and clean. The A/C units worked well although you can't run them and do wash as it will blow the circuit....easily fixed as shown to us by the manager. It was in a good safe location. It is on the top floor with no elevator, which we knew, and wasn't an issue for us.

Comfortable and convenient.

The apartment was very spacious and nicely decorated and came fully equipped with dishes, fridge, microwave, washer/dryer and many other amenities. Towels and linens were very nice. Complimentary hair dryers and converters were provided. The WiFi and A/C were particularly welcome. The owner stopped by several times to make sure all was well and to see if we needed anything. Grocery store and several lovely restaurants nearby.

Quiet centrally located apartment in Florence

My husband and I were traveling with our Daughter and her college roommate through Italy and Germany. This 2 BR/2 Bath was perfect for the privacy we needed. We found on our last day a very close fresh food market at Piazza Lorenzo only a few blocks away. Wish we had known sooner. My daughter and I need a special diet and prepared many meals in the well equipped kitchen. The apartment was quiet, clean and comfortable.

Piccolo Pepi

Piccolo Pepi was combined with Grande Pepi to accommodate my students who were in Italy studying the Culture and History of Italy through Food. The apartment was wonderful--clean, well-equipped, and convenient to many sites like Santa Croce and the Sant Ambrogio market. I would recommend this apartment to people who want to be close to the "touristy" sites but still be in an area that is filled with local residents and non-touristy restaurants. Great host and Massimo is very dedicated to guest service and satisfaction.

Great value for money

We wanted a quiet place, comfort, convenient location. This apartment was ideal, Massimo was brilliant in responding to any queries and nothing ever seemed too much trouble to him. The location was great and the stairs no problem even with a twisted knee. The furniture was very complete to cater for ones needs, there was even a desk in each bedroom to allow writing and the lighting was good. The only cons were inconsistent hot water in the shower and people in the next door flat using washing machine in middle of night.

Fantastic

My wife and I, plus our two friends, stayed at this apartment in July 2011 and absolutely loved it. It is located very close to all the major sites and the train station, is near plenty of great ristorantes and trattorias, and is within walking distance of some very cool night time spots. The apartment was very clean and well air conditioned, which is important for those Italian summers. There are a lot of stairs to the top of the building where the apartment is located but being able bodied 20 something's, we didn't mind. I would certainly recommend staying in this apartment and look forward to staying here again in our return to Forence.

Ideal location!

We are a group of six women in our 60’s and 70’s. The Pepi apartment is ideally situated, with major attractions located within walking distance. The short walk from the train station was manageable and saved the cost of taxi. We appreciated the quiet residential location with lovely restaurants and market nearby. This clean and well appointed space also has a fully equipped kitchen. There are stairs but they are manageable. We would return for sure. Thank you Massimo. We loved our stay in Florence and appreciated having such a beautiful space to call home.

Comfortable, clean, quiet and pleasant apartment, convenient to all sights in Florence

We enjoyed our stay here very much. The apartment is just as pictured. Very comfortable, clean, quiet and pleasant. Our two grown sons shared the upstairs bedroom while we had the "master" downstairs, each bedroom with its own gleaming ceramic bathroom. The apartment is on the building's 3rd floor, so there are many steps to climb. We did not find it to be a problem though. The location is very convenient, between the Duomo and the river. Everything was walkable from there. The owner, Massimo, was very attentive and accommodating, and helpful to our getting the most out of our visit to Florence. He met us promptly on our arrival and departure and explained all the features of the apartment.

Perfect Stay!

We just returned from our visit to Florence and wanted to thank Massimo so much! This apartment was absolutely perfect for the three of us who rented it! We loved being on the top floor and found it to be true that the stairs were not a problem. They are very wide and the steps are not very tall! We took day trips to different places in Tuscany and it was always so wonderful to come back to this apartment (after stopping at the Conad's grocery store around the corner for yummy things for dinner) and sit around the table planning our next day. There are air conditioners in every room that worked very well and the kitchen had everything we needed. The beds were very comfortable as well. Massimo stopped by to make sure everything was going well and he was such a delight! We will definitely be recommending this apartment to our friends and family! It was a home away from home!

HOT week in Florence

Three of us spent June 4-11, 2014 in Florence and stayed at Piccolo Pepi. Although it was an exceptionally hot week with temperatures hovering between 95-100 degrees, the apartment was comfortable. The location is near Santa Croce church and is quiet. Be prepared for a lot of steps as you go up to the apartment. The beds are comfortable, the bathrooms roomy, and the bath towels are large. Windows in the living/dining room area open to a large courtyard formed by the surrounding buildings. The colors inside are lovely and create a peaceful atmosphere. Massimo was incredibly helpful when we checked in, answered all our questions, told us how to operate the appliances, and suggested restaurants and markets in the area. He contacted us mid-week to make sure everything was ok. We'd stay here again.

Great apartment in Florence

My two teenage children and I stayed in this apartment and loved it. The apartment is very conveniently located - we were able to walk to everything we wanted to see, as well as a couple of grocery stores. The neighbourhood is quite safe; we walked home late at night and never felt concerned. The apartment looks as is shown in the photographs. Massimo was a pleasure to deal with. He met us at the apartment upon arrival, showed us around, and provided us with a list of nearby sights. He made sure we had everything we needed, and even returned the same day to provide us with additional bedding after we changed the configuration of the upstairs beds. He also arranged for a taxi for us when we were leaving. We hope to return to Florence again soon, and would not hesitate to stay at Piccolo Pepi again!

Beautifully kept and so convenient!

This was such a comfortable apartment. Both bedrooms offer plenty of room to spread out and unpack. My daughter is living in Florence for the semester so we wanted a place where she could spend time together. Food market right around the corner. It was perfectly located for all the major sights as well. I noticed that some of the piazzas were a little loud at night, especially on the weekend, so it was nice to walk five minutes down the street to the serenity of Massimos apartment. Internet was not working so if that is critical for you then you should check before renting. However, there are easily accessible internet cafes. Also, though this building is pretty and quiet, there is a 100 stair hike to the apartment. No problem for us, but just a caution if you have an elderly person or problems with knees/hips, etc. Massimo is very friendly and helpful and will also give you recommendations on where to go and what to do if you need them.

Super !

Lovely apartment

Recently renovated apartment , well-equipped and located in residential neighborhood not far from the Duomo or San Croce. Maximo is responsive and accommodating. The only issue was the number of stairs to climb .definitely would recommend.
