Super!

Just back home few days ago form this paradise and cannot forget the fantastic moment spent in this top luxury villa!Really super!And big plus is the area where is located and where you can find everything within walking distance and also the sandy amazing beach of Agioi Apostoli

A fabulous week spent here, the hospitality was amazing, everything you could possibly have needed was in this villa. We could not have had a better location for visiting chania old town, thank you so much for all your help throughout the week. You couldn't get closer to the beach that's for sure! The villa is spacious and well appointed and the garden includes a pool, patio, loungers/parasols and a BBQ. Very good restaurants in a close distance by walk and even more within the beautiful area of agioi apostoloi , about 15 minutes walk away. We will definately return!!!!

Super luxury villa very close to chania city!!!!!

An absolutely amazing and unforgettable stay in sand k villa . The villa is super luxurious and very well equipped. The view was magnificent...we even got to experience a halo around the sun. Once you step into your villa you notice the detail & consideration that was taken to create the most visually appealing atmosphere. The colors used were complimentary to our surroundings....crisp whites...warm beige...and tranquil turquoise & blue hues..reminded us of the beach and our surroundings. LOVED IT! We were also impressed by the linens and pillows provided.... Villa is located in village daratso which has the amazing beach of agioi apostoloi that can be reached in 5 min by walking. Thank you for providing us with one of the most beautiful accommodations we've ever had the pleasure of visiting and calling home for 5 nights!

Excellent, clean and spacious. Wonderful location!!

Everything about the S and K Villas was perfect. The owner Stavros was terrific and kept surprising us with traditional Cretan delicacies. He was also very knowledgeable about the area and helped with things to experience while in Crete. While the villa had a very nice private and comfortable feeling, it was also only steps to the beach and very close to the Chania Venetian Harbour and other places of interest. The villa was exceptionally clean, well kept, we'll appointed and spacious for our entire family. Our girls also loved the pool. If you are planning a trip to Crete we would highly recommend the S and K Villas. You will not be disappointed. We are already looking forward to returning soon!!

Non ho parole veramente per esprimere la bellezza di questa villa super lussuosa e per la sua location perfetta nella quale a distanza di pochi metri trovi tutto come taverne,ristoranti,market e soprattutto la bellissima spiaggia sabbiosa di Agioi Apostoli....semplicemente tutto fantastico!

Imperdibile villa!

Abbiamo appena trascorso 5 giorni nel paradiso! Ovvero in questa super luxury villa paradisiaca!In assoulto una delle migliori ville lussuose della zona di Chania, la posizione e' poi veramente perfetta in quanto a distanza di una brevissima passeggiata si raggiunge tutto il necessario come bar ,market,ristoranti,ect e soprattutto la bellissima spiaggia sabbiosa di Agioi Apostoli!

Best luxury villa !

We spent a week at Villa Sand K & enjoyed the spacious apartment, the pool and the location around 4km from Chania. The villa has 4 good sized bedrooms, a family room & large open plan lounge dining area. Although there was only 4 of us which made it more expensive it could easily accomodate an extended family of 8 or 4 couples. The owner Stavros had left the fridge well stocked & a lovely welcoming basket of local treats. He was readily available and was very helpful with comprehensive information on Crete.

- Villas are located just 150 meters to the popular beach of Kalamaki, an ideal beach for couples and families with young children. Kalamaki is situated approx. 5 km west from the beautiful old Venetian port of Chania. A short stroll from the villas you can find restaurants, supermarkets and cafes.
The bus service in the area runs every 15-20 minutes and enables you to visit the historic and commercial center of the city of Chania right up to late at night.

For those who enjoy hiking and road exploring, our villa is a great starting point for many wonderful routes on the coast, as well as inland. Along your inland routes you will find olive groves and the citrus trees that alternate in colors and aromas, ah! The magic of the region of Chania and Crete.

With our villa ideally located in the center of the region of Chania you can explore whatever your taste for life desires: stunning exotic beaches (Balos, Falassarna, and Elafonissi), traditional mountain villages (at the foot of the white mountains), monasteries and historic monuments, all within a distance that may vary from fifteen minute to an hour and a half drive away.

- A car is NOT necessary and taxis can be arranged.Let me know if you wish to rent a car and i will be more than happy to help you since i cooperate with local rent a car company
