Emplacement exceptionnel au coeur de la plage du centre-ville de manhattan. À seulement un pĂątĂ© de maisons du sable et Ă  quelques pĂątĂ©s de maisons de certains des meilleurs restaurants et boutiques de la ville. Cette maison joliment dĂ©corĂ©e a Ă©tĂ© rĂ©novĂ©e avec des planchers en bambou, 4 chambres, 3. 5 salles de bains, une cuisine plus rĂ©cente avec du verre diffusĂ© et des bois chauds et une cheminĂ©e dans le salon. Tous les nouveaux meubles dĂ©corĂ©s avec goĂ»t par un designer local avec des draps de quincaillerie de restauration haut de gamme. TrĂšs belle vue sur l'ocĂ©an depuis la cuisine ouverte, le salon et la salle Ă  manger. Trois ponts au total! Au niveau infĂ©rieur, la double porte donne sur une salle familiale / salon avec une chambre principale en suite et il y a encore une autre chambre avec terrasse privĂ©e. Au dernier Ă©tage, la cuisine, le salon et la salle Ă  manger sont tous ouverts sur la vue. Au dernier Ă©tage, il y a une autre suite parentale avec vasques en verre et une baignoire jacuzzi, en marbre et en pierre. La 4Ăšme chambre a une porte sur une autre terrasse. Avec 4 chambres, cette maison est parfaite pour des vacances en famille, une escapade entre filles ou une fĂȘte d'anniversaire spĂ©ciale avec vos amis prĂ©fĂ©rĂ©s. Our host was very welcoming and kind. She provided a wonderful list of restaurants and activities in the area as well as some additional amenities for our stay. The house was very clean and everything was as expected. We enjoyed the proximity to The Strand, the beach, great restaurants and shops. Would definitely recommend staying here!

Great Central location

Close walk to the beach, downtown dining/entertainment, and to my local friends’ house. Comfortable beds and perfect set up for sharing with my friends’ family. Worked out great for us! I would definitely stay here again. Host was very helpful and accessible.

We had a wonderful time at this beach house! It was fully stocked with everything we needed. The host was accessible and very accommodating. All the beds were very comfortable! We would definitely stay there again!

LA visit

Birthday get together!

We were here for a long weekend to clelebrate my son’s 27th birthday. Very pleasant and clean! Everyone had their own space, but we had the kitchen and living room area to gather together. It’s a Great location in Manhattan Beach, as we were close to everything!

Manhattan Beach

The property was as represented. The 4 bedrooms were very comfortable. The location was excellent. Close to town and very close to the beach. Loved walking along the beach and riding a bike on the bike trail. The 2 car garage was great as we had 2 cars. The host was great and always responded promptly to my questions which I really appreciated. She worked hard to allow an earlier check in for us as we had people coming in from various US cities and Japan all at the same time.

Christmas in SoCal

Our family decided to spend Christmas in SoCal this year 12/22/2024 - 12/29/2024. My daughter lives in Torrance, and it was our turn to visit her. There were 6 of us visiting - 3 grandparents - from Chicago and Boston, and my daughter, son-in law, and their toddler from Chicago. The host Tahereh is just amazing. I asked before we arrived if a pack and play was available for our grandson. She actually went out and purchased one. She greeted us when we arrived in the morning and let us check in early. The house is gorgeous and ideally located near everything in Manhattan Beach. Cookies, drinks, and a multi-page greeting letter were provided upon our arrival. It really was unbelievable. Words just can’t describe this. Tahereh sets a very high standard. She even allowed us to check out late. I strongly encourage anyone’s interested to give this place a try. I promise that you will be delighted beyond measure.

Almost too good to be true!

This amazing home lives up to all of its reviews, even better. I am a very discerning guest and have been renting homes in Manhattan Beach the past several years. This was by far the nicest place with the best service. The home is immaculately clean and comfortable. It was very well furnished and had many extras from beach bags to shampoo. The location could not be better as it is within walking distance to shopping, restaurants and most importantly the beach and pier. The neighborhood is very clean and safe which gave us great peace of mind since we let our kids loose a couple of times. The rooms are large and beautifully furnished down to the sheets. The furniture was new and modern and all of the beds were extremely comfortable. The upstairs/downstairs floor plan was perfect for privacy between parents and teenagers:) Tahereh was an amazing host. She was very responsive and checked in to make sure we had everything we needed. (We did!) She even made restaurant recommendations and offered to make reservations. She made sure we had a perfect stay and was very accommodating. She was so easy to work with from the time of booking to check out and we are so appreciative of her hospitality. She is the most gracious host I have encountered. We will look no further for a beach rental and hope this home is available for years to come.

Our host was very reponsive prior to and during our stay. The property was just as advertised, clean, close to the beach, close to dining and shopping and well stocked. Our host left a nice letter with lots of useful information along with cookies and a bottle of wine. Unfortunately, we never did have an opportunity to enjoy that bottle of wine, always on the go. Overall a great stay and a great home, especially if you're traveling with a group.

Perfect Location

Perfect location. Steps to beach , restaurants, and shopping. Bedrooms are great size and the host is wonderful. The only reason I did not rate it 5 stars is the lack of a substantial outdoor space, but in Manhattan Beach, no property has everything. My family of 5 had a wonderful stay.

Lovely beach weekend

We had a wonderful stay over Memorial Day Weekend. The house is truly in a perfect location with easy access to the beach, lots of great restaurants, stores. The open main living area has a lovely view of the ocean. Layout was great for our family which included a few little ones. We cooked several meals and the kitchen had everything we needed. As others have said, Tahareh the owner really goes above and beyond to make your stay as comfortable and easy as possible. Would highly recommend this home to anyone visiting the area!

Absolutely Perfect!!!

This home is perfectly located in MB for the optimal experience! The beach as well as downtown are both within a very short walk away (as in 2-3 minutes). The home is very comfortable and clean, and the owner was very, very helpful in getting us oriented to MB. The house was fully stocked with everything we needed. The grocery store is a few blocks away (walking distance). The beach was phenomenal! We really felt a part of MB staying here which was really awesome! Tahereh was very responsive to any questions we had...more than responsive as she showed a genuine concern that we enjoyed our stay and were comfortable...and I really appreciated that. The beds were nice, the sheets all clean, the kitchen was well appointed, and the layout of the home was perfect...especially the living room with the ocean views!
