Au 1er étage d'un immeuble traditionnel récemment restauré situé dans le centre historique de la ville, l'une des rues les plus populaires de Porto - Rua das Flores - cet appartement est le plus central que vous rencontrerez.
Il est équipé de tout ce dont vous avez besoin pour un séjour exceptionnel.
Autour de l'appartement, vous trouverez une grande variété de restaurants et de cafés, des ateliers, des magasins et même un supermarché et une pharmacie.
A 200 mètres de la gare et du métro « S. Bento « et seulement deux arrêts de la station de métro Trindade où vous pouvez accéder à toutes les lignes de métro.
Stations et lignes de bus se trouvent également à proximité de l'appartement, cependant, la plupart des sites touristiques et les attractions sont accessibles à pied (gare de São Bento, Aliados, Eglise et Tour de Clercs, librairie Lello, « Palacio da Bolsa » , Ribeira et Luis I Bridge et plusieurs théâtres.
Les rues de la vie nocturne sont également accessibles à pied ..

Excellent Apartment

The apartment is perfectly located on Rua dad Flores, which is an incredibly lively street, but the apartment faces away from the street, so there is no street noise. The apartment has everything you need, is clean and well decorated. We had a wonderful stay and the location was perfect to walk everywhere in Porto. There is also parking very close by. We highly recommend this apartment!

Modern and functional studio apartment in an excellent location

A little gem in the old centre of Porto

A great location for a modern studio apartment and well appointed. The renovated apartment building was ideally located in Rue das Flores which was a vibrant tourist area, a short walk from Sao Bento station and within easy access of the River Douro attractions. The apartment was tastefully finished with hi-tech entry and security system. Some attention could be made to the shower fittings which were loose and the shower caddy let the appearance down. Also the door to the bathroom was stiff and ill-fitting. There was a great cafe/restaurant called Paladar next to the entry to the building which was handy, friendly and very good food was served. There were many great dining venues in close proximity to the apartment.

Appartement super bien situé et très propre

L appartement est situé dans une rue piétonne entre fleuve et ville. Comme il donne sur le derrière de l immeuble aucun bruit. Très bonne literie et tout ce que il faut pour être bien. Plein de petit et grand resto autour et juste au pied de la porte d entrée un spécialiste des tapas. Un grand merci à Pedro et Johana pour le très bon vin. Nous reviendrons dans votre appartement. Magnifique et agréable séjour

L'appartement est idéalement situé dans la plus jolie et agréable rue piétonne de Porto, à 3min à pieds du métro et de la gare. On peut tout visiter à pieds. L'appartement est très propre, on s'y sent bien. On y trouve tout ce dont on a besoin: liquide vaisselle, torchon, sel, thé.... gel douche, shampoing, sèche cheveux etc... Bien que cette rue soit très touristique, on est au calme dans l'appartement qui donne sur de jolies petites terrasses extérieures. Au pied de l'immeuble, on trouve de bons restaurants, bars et petits magasins. Nous n'avons pas rencontré Pedro et Joanna mais la communication a été très facile et agréable par sms, whatsapp et e.mail. Nous relouerons très volontiers cet appartement et le conseillons à tous.

Nice flat, perfectly located

Dear Joana and Pedro . Our stay went on very well and the apartment was quite comfortable. We appreciated particularly its situation, close to the main spots to visit and your constant disponibility. Nous avons logé pendant 5 jours chez Joana et Pedro, nous nous y sommes régalés. Le logement est très bien situé dans le vieux porto, proche de toutes les commodités (commerces, lignes de bus, metro) Leur convivialité, la propreté de l'appartement et le gout de la déco était parfaite ! Great Apartment in a Great City

This is a terrific apartment. It's clean, quiet, comfortable, and in a perfect location, right in the middle of the action in Porto. Location, location, location - Flower 45 Suite had all three!

Flower 45 is a beautiful, modern, suite, and was perfectly located for my 7-night stay in Porto; although Rua Flores is always teeming with people, the apartment is at the back of the building and is very quiet. It is fully equipped, and the tea, coffee pods and the welcome bottle of wine were all greatly appreciated. I would totally recommend this suite for solo travellers and couples. Thank you, Pedro and Joana, for your hospitality!

Ideal für einen Porto Besuch

Gute Lage in einer Fussgängerzone. Nahe zum Bahnhof, allerdings keine Parkmöglichkeit in der Nähe (Cardosas Parking in der Nähe ist relativ teuer für mehrere Nächte). Strassenlärm nicht hörbar, nur der Lärm von anderen Gästen im Hinterhof. Apartment mit allem ausgestattet, was es für einen Kurzaufenthalt braucht. Wohnung und Gebäude wurde vor kurzem neu renoviert. Mit Ausnahme der Toilette war die Wohnung sauber. Gute und schnelle Kommunikation mit den Vermietern.

Excellent studio apartment with everything we needed

A fantastic two days in a great apartment situated on a super old street. Very quiet at the back at night...and bubbling during the day. It was so good to be back in Porto to see old friends and visit our favourite places. Restaurant LSD down hill on left in square was fantastic as was Ode de Porto Winehouse. Matasinhos also has super fish restaurants. Last but not least Joana and Pedro were so helpful..thank you and for the wine. Hope you will allow us to stay again. The weather was also lovely. Now back home and it is cold!

Pasamos 3 noches en el apartamento de Joana y Pedro, y la verdad es que nos sentimos como en casa. Desde el primer momento fueron muy amables con nosotros, incluso tuvimos el apartamento disponible temprano, ya que el avión llegaba pronto a la ciudad. Nos dieron información de Oporto para que nuestros días allí fuesen inolvidables y estuvieron disponibles para nosotros en cualquier momento. ¡Recomendamos totalmente este apartamento!

A perfect spot for us!

We had a great 4 night stay here in early March 2017 and found the apartment to have everything we needed - a great central location - close to the train station and on a lovely street allowing us to easily walk to see the sights. It was very comfortable, quiet and clean with an excellent kitchen where we prepared some meals after visiting the market. We would consider ourselves lucky to return to this spot in Porto in the future! Thanks again!
