THE PORTLAND VILLA - Au coeur de NE Portland, Alberta Arts District

Au cƓur des arts albertains de Portland! Cette maison sur mesure magnifiquement construite n'est que quelques maisons (pas des blocs!) au large de la rue Alberta, ce qui en fait le centre du quartier des arts de l'Alberta. Marchez jusqu'Ă  Salt and Straw, Pine State Biscuits, Bollywood Theatre, Little Big Burger, Barista Coffee et bien d'autres restaurants et boutiques uniques que ce quartier spĂ©cial a Ă  offrir.

Nous sommes également à proximité d'une épicerie tueur (New Seasons) l'aéroport (15 minutes), le centre-ville (10 minutes), le centre des congrÚs (10 minutes), Williams et Mississippi St (5 minutes), la ligne de transport public Max, et un magasin de location de vélos. C'est la base idéale pour venir jouer à Portland Oregon :)

RÈGLES DE LA MAISON
* 9 adultes (maximum).
* Arrivée: 16h
* Check-out: 11h (les procédures de check-out minimales sont affichées à la maison).
* Ne pas fumer dans la maison OU sur le toit.
* 22h00 heures tranquilles le week-end et 21h00 en semaine.
* Pas de fĂȘtes ou rassemblements auxiliaires d'aucune sorte.
* Pas d'animaux de compagnie.
* Parking: Le premier doit ĂȘtre garĂ© dans la place rĂ©servĂ©e de l'allĂ©e. Le stationnement dans la rue est disponible pour le deuxiĂšme vĂ©hicule. S'il y a plus de deux vĂ©hicules, le troisiĂšme sera stationnĂ© Ă  proximitĂ© des zones non rĂ©sidentielles. Le stationnement est presque toujours facile Ă  trouver.

* Deux nuits minimum le week-end.
* Trois nuits minimum pour les week-ends de vacances et l'été
* 1 semaine minimum pour Thanksgiving et Noël
* Annulation: remboursement complet en cas d'annulation 30 jours ou plus avant la date d'arrivée.

Nous sommes Ă  un pĂątĂ© de maisons de la ligne de bus 17 qui vous emmĂšne au quartier Pearl et au centre-ville. Nous sommes trĂšs proches d'excellents magasins de location de vĂ©los et de couloirs cyclables qui vous emmĂšnent en ville en toute sĂ©curitĂ© et dans le plus pur style PDX! Si vous prĂ©voyez d'avoir une voiture, il est trĂšs facile de se garer Ă  la Villa et de se rendre au centre-ville ou ailleurs Ă  Portland oĂč vous souhaitez aller.

The only improvement would be bedding. We were all cold at night. Suggestion: invest in some down comforters and duvet covers. Otherwise the house was great.

Wonderful location and common area

The house was great. The open living area was excellent and made our stay comfortable and enjoyable. Every person in our group would enjoy staying there again. Rooftop was a nice bonus as well.

perfect group getaway

we had a lovely stay at the villa, the house was perfect for our needs - a girls' weekend trip. the one thing to note would be that sound from upstairs travels quite a bit to the downstairs, so if you you have wildly different sleeping schedules and light sleepers it might not be the best, but it wasn't an issue for us! otherwise the house was nice, clean, and well stocked for our purposes. would definitely stay here again!

Lovely place to stay in a great, walkable neighborhood

We had a wonderful stay at this property. The location is fantastic and the owner of the property was very responsive. The checkout process was very reasonable and easy (no over the top cleaning demands). I also appreciated the availability of some kids games and toys as we had our 4 and 5 year olds with us. I would definitely stay here again.

Great for groups

This house is great for bigger groups or families. Nice, huge living room to hang out in. Kitchen was well stocked and the beds were comfy. Lots of interesting spots within walking distance for food, coffee, and shops.

We gathered for a family reunion. The house is immaculate. There was fresh coffee and a bottle of wine waiting when we arrived. The layout was perfect for our family gatherings. Spacious and comfortable bedrooms. The family room was exceptionally laid out with a large dining table, lots of seating and even games and toys for the children. The kitchen was fully equipped with everything we could want. Walking the neighborhood to parks and restaurants. Convenient to the airport as well as downtown. We couldn’t have asked for a better place.

Caleb and I come from Ohio. So sure, we love Ohio - but love the PNW more. We are thankful that we now call Portland our home.

For fun - we hike A LOT, spending time in the forests with our dog around Mt Hood, in the Gorge, or on the coast. I enjoy practicing yoga and am a certified yoga teacher. Caleb plays and loves ice hockey.
We aim to be super considerate and delightful guests when we rent and to provide a clean, rad home when we host.
