The house is as beautiful as it looks in the pictures. There were so many small details and touches that just made the whole stay that much better. Extremely comfortable beds - we slept great! We’ll definitely book again when we are back in warmer weather in order to enjoy the backyard!

Lovely spot for a family gathering. Pizza and restaurant in walking distance, safe neighborhood. Bring your tv sign in info. Had no contact with property manager who evidently lives in basement apt- didn’t see them at all which wasn’t a problem but the reason for no stars on that. Recommend!

We could not have been happier with the Wisteria. We really appreciate that it was equipped with all the things we needed for a very peaceful and relaxing stay. The home itself is a beautiful restored Craftsman that took us back to a much simpler time. The beds are clean and very comfortable. The bathrooms were well stocked with plenty of towels, shampoo, and soaps. The chef's kitchen is well equipped. Bruce was outstanding to work with and his recommendations for local food is spot on. We really enjoyed the New Deal cafe!

Bruce was amazing and is very responsive; the home exceeded our expectations. Lovely home with tons of character. Everything you need in the kitchen, gourmet appliances. Instructions are very detailed so you know what is expected of you during your stay and checking out. Located in a great residential area and close walk to coffee shop, etc. Will stay here again if we’re ever back in Portland.

This is such a lovely home, from the Craftsman interior to the beautiful furnishings. Everything you need and more, including a wonderful soak tub. Great neighborhood and close to lots of fun things to do.

Perfect location. We loved getting breakfast at Rose City Food Patk. JJ made the best coffee.

With the exception of no closet or chest of drawers in the first floor bedroom, we were very comfortable in this very charming quintessential Portland home.

Portland Craftsman Gem

Lovely, beautifully restored,craftsman in a fabulous quintessential Portland neighborhood! This house has everything you need and more. The pictures do not do it justice. Clean, comfortable, and the kitchen has been magnificently upgraded. Lovely yard and porch, that we enjoyed. Walkable neighborhood with huge lovely trees, and Sandy Avenue a few blocks away with great shops and restaurants. Love it!!

Remarkable Home

Lovely, well maintained home on a charming & quiet street. Centrally located for sight seeing in Portland. Loved the spacious bedrooms & front porch for wine and cheese evenings. Neighbors were friendly as many walk their dogs in the early evening. Felt safe. House is well appointed & very clean. Would return again.

Lovely Property! Great Place to Hang Out with Friends

Check in was a breeze. The house was lovely, felt like home. The house was roomy and had everything we needed. We loved our morning coffee chat in the living room. I wish the weather was nicer so we could have enjoyed the outdoor space more. Will stay again the next time we’re in Portland.

Christmas gathering

My husband and I chose this beautiful home to spend Christmas in and we are so delighted we did.We hosted Christmas Eve for my in-town family and everyone was enchanted with the not only the home but the grounds.Everything one would need to cook and host a special occasion was available to us.Definitely recommend for any occasion!

Great house in quiet neighborhood

My family was in Portland for my sons wedding. It was a perfect location and close to the venue. The house was beautiful and it had been restored and was full of charm. It was in a quiet neighborhood and we all felt very safe. It had a washer and dryer - TVs in the master bedroom and room out from kitchen. 4 bedrooms had plenty of space for us. I would definitely stay here again.

Perfect quiet neighborhood. We had our 3 adult children with us. Close to shops restaurants and park. Nice large enough house for us to spread out and get ready for the wedding party which was held at a local winery and then brunch the following day at a nearby park. Enjoyed our stay and hope to visit again next year

a week of family time

We all thought the house was beautiful upon arrival. Easy space to use, great for privacy and down time, and easy for cooking, dinners, games. Best of all the guys loved hanging out in the living room. Comfortable! I was so happy that the beds were good. Everything you need too, from fluffy towels to umbrellas. We would all recommend it. While we are four adults, this can accommodate more people too. The stairs would be hard for someone who was immobile. The owner was easy to contact and responsive to our needs, could not have asked for more, and really appreciate it.

Location, location, location

We very much enjoyed our stay in Wisteria House, especially sitting on the front porch. We loved the location and enjoyed nearby restaurants, food trucks, and pubs. Bus stop to ride downtown was 2 blocks away. The house was clean, well appointed, and roomy. The beds were comfortable with quality linens. We appreciated the bath products. Wisteria House lived up to its photos!

What’s unique about “The Wisteria” is the blooming Wisteria and the large comfortable front and back porches. Also the 1914 original Craftsman home with all the updated upgrades while keeping the original wood and the true to period details throughout.
