BUNTING BRIXHAM - Belle maison de ville marine avec de vastes vues sur la mer

Bunting Brixham Cottage est une maison de 3 chambres de ville marine idéalement situé à proximité de Berry Head réserve naturelle et plage Shoalstone, situé dans un quartier résidentiel calme avec parking facile à environ 15 minutes de marche du centre-ville. Avec 2 salles de bains un jeux séparés chambre, WiFi et pouvant accueillir jusqu'à 6 personnes, il est idéal pour des vacances de familles ou les couples.

Pendant la haute saison estivale, notre séjour minimum est de 7 nuits avec un changement le samedi. En dehors de la haute saison, nous acceptons les réservations de courte durée pour un minimum de 3 nuits. S'il vous plaît nous contacter pour un devis compétitif pour de courtes pauses.

Rez-de-chaussée; Grande véranda d'entrée mis en place comme une salle de jeux de la famille, avec canapé, TV, console de jeux et table de jeux. Chambre avec lit double et placard, salle de douche avec WC, lavabo et douche de plain-pied.

Premier étage; Séjour avec salon et salle à manger séparés. Trois suites pièce en cuir, 36 "TV à écran plat avec Sky et PS3 console de jeu et de jeux, table à manger et 6 chaises. Cuisine spacieuse avec haut-double four, cuisinière à gaz, réfrigérateur-congélateur, lave-vaisselle, laveuse-sécheuse, micro-ondes, bouilloire, grille-pain, fer et planche à repasser.

Deuxième étage; Chambre des maîtres avec super-king size lit double, placards, TV, deux chaises de baignoire et d'une coiffeuse. Vue panoramique sur la baie. Chambre avec lits jumeaux et placards et une vue sur la ville. Salle de bains avec baignoire, douche, WC et lavabo.

À l'extérieur; parking de la route communale off et jardin privatif. Depuis le salon une porte mène à un petit balcon avec Integral bistro-set, un endroit idéal pour asseoir et profiter de la vue sur la baie.

Bunting Brixham Cottage dispose du WiFi gratuit et le chauffage central au gaz. Un lit Voyage et chaise haute sont disponibles si nécessaire.

Un chien bien élevé objet bienvenue à notre politique de compagnie tel que détaillé dans nos termes et conditions de réservation.

Lovely property. Great sea views and only a short stroll to town or beach. Bit more strenuous walking back but if you know Brixham you'll know your never far from a hill 😅

Très bon séjour

Maison très confortable et bien équipée. On sent la volonté de mettre à disposition des vacanciers ce qu'il faut pour passer de bons moments à l'intérieur. Seul petit reproche, on aurait apprécié un peu plus de vaisselle pour cuisiner (1 seul saladier !). Très belle vue, environnement calme, tout en étant à 10mn à pied de la piscine d'eau de mer et 15mn du port et du centre. Une bonne surprise : le restaurant de la piscine fait une très bonne cuisine pas très chère : coquilles St Jacques délicieuses, on s'est régalés !

Thank you for your review, which I have translated to English: House very comfortable and well equipped. We feel the will to make available to vacationers what it takes to spend good times indoors. Only small complaint, we would have appreciated a little more dishes to cook (only 1 bowl!). Very nice view, quiet environment, while being 10 minutes walk from the sea water pool and 15 minutes from the port and the center. A nice surprise: the restaurant of the pool is very good food not very expensive: delicious scallops shells, we feasted!

Wonderful holiday

We had an amazing week. My parents came along with my husband and our 2 children. The way the property is laid out meant they could have their own bedroom and bathroom on the ground floor while we had the top floor. Very clean and modern accommodation. A nice walk down to the harbour and lovely views. Would definitely stay again.

We had a great weekend In Brixham. The house was clean and modern and the views were wonderful. We were able to enjoy this house in all the weathers we experienced during the weekend. The children loved the games table and the PS2.

Great property for family stay.

Bunting Brixham is very family friendly with games room for adults and children alike, WiFi and Sky TV being a big plus for rainy days. The property was cleaned to a high standard, spacious and having two bathrooms made getting ready to go out in the evening so much quicker. The kitchen was well equipped for cooking and with the property being just a short walk to both Brixham Harbour and Berry Head it is so ideally located. Beds were very comfortable and having a washing machine to hand was also great. We would have no hesitation in staying at Bunting Brixham again in the future, it was perfect for our family of 6. It could also suit two smaller families as the downstairs double room and bathroom gives independence from the other double and twin room on the third floor. Definitely worth a visit.

Bunting holiday experience

The property was spacious. Clean and the view of the sea was amazing. It had everything you could possibly need for a holiday experience. Bonus that it was only 2 minutes from my sisters house 😍 I definitely would recommend this property to anyone.5 🌟

Bunting Brixham

We had a great stay and the property and all fixtures and fittings were of a superior standard. Property was clean and ideal for extended family. No problem with parking on road. Only niggles were lack of a toilet brush in downstairs shower and toilet and the coat hooks needs to be redrilled and plugged. I would happily recommend this property. We were lucky to have lovely weather but there is plenty to do in the area if the weather isn't so good.

Paul has been coming on holiday to Brixham for over 50 years - he first came aged 2 years old! His parents, grandparents, children and now his grandchildren have all enjoyed holidays in Brixham and all the family love the area.
In 2014 we were fortunate enough to be able to purchase Bunting as our second home. We love the house and the area and look forward to sharing it with you.

The property is in the popular Wall Park area of Brixham. It is located in a quiet residential area with off road parking (a real bonus in Brixham!) yet only 10-15 minutes walk to the town centre or 2 minutes to the beach.
