Villa NYX was a fabulous property in an amazing location. There was a wonderful welcome package which was just what we needed after an early start. Everything you need is within walking distance and the area was beautiful

We had a wonderful stay the pool was cleaned daily & the Villa every couple of days when the beds & towels were also changed. The villa is in a perfect location with a pleasant 15/20 minute walk to the beach and all restaurants. We had fantastic weather and we’re very grateful for the air con in the villa . Only two small issues , We did find the beds a little hard and no soap in the bathrooms on our arrival . We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this villa .

We had a wonderfully relaxing 2 weeks in this villa. Everything was great. The pool was perfect for cooling off. Morning walks to the Bakehouse for fresh bread, lovely coffee and sweet treats. My son had the best birthday cake to celebrate his 17th. Travel to Poros to the amazing butchers Solomos for all your BBQ needs. We were really well looked after. Loved it!

Everything about the villa was great, one of the cleanest villas we havd stayed in, lots of restaurants within walking distance. The host Panagiotis was exceptional, very easy to contact and responded straight away, nothing was too much trouble. Fantastic stay.

We have just returned from a wonderful two week break at Villa NYX. The Villa is excellent, 3 good bedrooms all with en suite . Very well equipped kitchen too . We were particularly impressed that Villa is serviced every other day . Outdoors grounds are very spacious, not overlooked with large pool and outdoor kitchen and bbq. Excellent location too . Walking distance to beach, bakery and shop . All round excellent !

Amazing villa

Just back from a week at Villa Nyx. Everything was amazing from start to finish, pool cleaned every evening & villa cleaned twice during our stay. Short, easy walk to the beach where you can find a number of restaurants. There is also a great bakery on the main road to the beach with fresh bread & pastries daily & good coffee.

Beautiful villa in a fantastic location

We had a fabulous time staying at Villa Nyx. All the facilities were good, the pool was fabulous and our hosts looked after us so well. We were impacted by a local power cut for one night, however, the hosts were very responsive and ensured we were happy and comfortable. Close to great restaurants , a mini market, bakery and lovely beaches. We would definitely go back!

Wonderful Villa in a beautiful setting

We had the most wonderful holiday, the villa was perfect - everything we needed was there, and the villa was cleaned every few days and the pool was cleaned every evening. the bakery which is a 5 minute walk away sold delicious pastries and great coffee, I highly recommend this villa - 5 stars.

Great villa in a great location just off main Katelois road , easy to walk to all amenities although having a car makes the whole island accessible The cleaner was in 3 times a week & very thorough, we were checked on a couple of times a week to make sure everything was ok If we come back to Katelois is definitely somewhere we would stay

This is a great villa, we were two couples and each had a bedroom and modern bathroom, not needing to use the third bedroom. It was really clean and the cleaner visited twice, changing towels etc midweek. The pool and outside eating area were brilliant, we didn’t want to leave and really appreciated that we could stay late on our last day. It had everything we needed. The location is very quiet and an easy 10-15 minute walk down to the sea and the many lovely restaurants, all of them serving delicious meals. We hired a car for 3 days and enjoyed discovering this beautiful island especially seeing the turtles in Argostoli. Communication before and during our stay was excellent with Panagiotis and whilst there Dimitrios was so helpful and answered any queries immediately. Panagiotis the host organised our transfers with Themis and he was fantastic, we arrived in the dark, he carried all our luggage, then waited and took us to a restaurant all with a smile! Fabulous week would come again.

Spotlessly clean property with everything we needed to hand. Air con great and nice food/drink goodies left to start us off. Large pool which was also cleaned daily and comfy sunbeds. Garden with fab orange tree! 10/15 minute walk to the tavernas which were all great. Constructive feedback-Mattresses were too firm for us and shower curtain in the twin room was useless!

Fantastic holiday

We had a superb holiday staying at Villa Nyx. The villa was absolutely spotless and cleaned twice a week. The pool was amazing and again cleaned nightly. Everything needed was provided within the villa and was a 10 minute walk to the restaurants near the sea front. We were greeted by the property manager on our first day who explained and answered our questions. Communication maintained through out our stay. I would highly recommend this villa for a family holiday. We will be back,

Lovely villa with a few country-wide issues!

We had such a lovely holiday and would really recommend this villa. The pool was large enough for us to spend all day at home if we wished, and the villa itself was well appointed, clean and well designed, close tot restaurants and the beach. Unfortunately one day there was a water shortage which meant we had no water for a day, and then on the last day/night we had a power cut. Unfortunately this coincided with extreme heat, and my daughter suffered from heat stroke, which meant the lack of air con and cool water was a significant issue. We were assured it was a general issue, however the villa next door had power so I'm not sure!? It meant we left with some negative feelings, however if it hadn't been for this we would have definitely given 5 stars.

Great Villa Experience

Family of 5 adults for 7 nights stay. We found the villa (Nyx) ideal for our stay. Location - It was close to Katelios village itself (approximately 10 mins walk). There’s a minimart and bakery a few minutes away on the main road to the village (take the short cut down the side of Perseus Restaurant - which is excellent). The villa was clean and spacious and well stocked with any essential equipment plus we arrived to a welcome pack (sugar, tea, coffee, water etc). It was a nice touch. The villa Pool (which was a great size) was serviced everyday and the villa was cleaned twice before we left with a change of bedding, towels etc. We didn't meet the owner but had no need too but we did make contact about a water issue which was affecting the area, unbeknownst to us, and was on the first day only, thankfully. The downstairs shower cubicle doors had been damaged before our visit and was not repaired prior to leaving (or the electric drive gates). Slightly minor issues which didn’t affect our stay although the shower doors should be fixed for other guests which will stop excess water in that bathroom on the floors. I would recommend Nyx villa.

Perfect Villa and a fantastic Holiday ******

We have just returned from Villa Nyx, Katelois, after a week holidays in the villa. The owner Eirini was at the villa to welcome us, she was extremely helpful and showed us round. she made sure we had her number, in the event of any problems and could not of wished for a better host, very dedicated in looking after the guests. The welcome pack was really useful and contained everything you needed to start off your holiday, I highly recommend the Robola White wine! The villa was spotless and has been recently renovated to a very high standard. Everything about the villa was perfect and exactly as described in the descriptions/photos. The cleaner came every few days to keep it spotless. The location of the villa is 45-50 minutes drive from airport. Its about 5 minute walk to the supermarket (also run by the villa owner), this supermarket was well stocked. The bakery was just along the road and sold lovely pastries and cakes. There is an ATM next to the bakery which was very useful. Katelois is only another 5-10 minutes walk where we found lots of Tavernas and gift shops, We especially liked "Marias" and had a table closed to the sea. The food was wonderful in this restaurant. Scala is a short bus ride away, however we used a taxi as we didnt have a hire car. the Taxi mobile is 00306978268900 - they were very reliable and provided a very punctual friendly service. We would not hesitate to return to this villa next year, and have fallen in love with Kefalonia. Rgds

Fijne ruimtelijke plek, vrij uitzicht

In april nog bijna geen toeristen, voor ons heel fijn, maar daardoor wel beperkt in restaurantkeuze. rustige groene omgeving. Mooi uitzicht. Huis was prima mbt netheid en ruimtes. Fijne tuin, terras en zwembad. Matrassen waren voor ons alleen veel te hard. Op ongeveer 15 min lopen van zee, winkeltje, restaurantjes. Huurauto wel echt aan te raden om het mooie eiland te verkennen.

Beautiful villa just as described

Amazing villa. Pool was brilliant even at the end of October still nice although a bit fresh! The villa and pool were cleaned regularly whilst we were there so it was spotless. Easy to walk into town and to the restaurant, although only 2 were still open. This didn't affect the holiday at all as we knew it would be quiet. Although you don't need a car it would help as there is not a big supermarket in town, the nearest is in Skala. Also the island is so beautiful so you would miss so much. Only thing missing in the villa is instructions as to where things and how things work. Could also do with a few more English channels not that we watched the TV much. Overall completely recommended the villa as you will not be disappointed.

Villa was clean and tidy with lots of space inside and out. Lovely views of the mountains and down to the sea, we had a very relaxing week. Great location close to some nice tavernas and everyone is so friendly. Would definitely return and would highly recommend this villa.

A relaxed comfortable stay, highly recommended

We had the best time at Villa Nyx, it was well equipped, clean, modern, comfortable and quiet. Woke up with a wonderful view every morning and enjoying the spacious clean pool and working AC. The location was just right giving lots of privacy but close enough to the wonderful bakery and mini mart and the seafront with a great choice of restaurants. Wish we could have stayed longer. Highly recommended!

Great vacation house in peacefull area of Kefalonia Island

We are very happy with the choice of Villa Nyx in Katelios. The house is well maintained - clean, well furnished and with good speed internet. Excellent outside pool - good for swimming and also kids play. Water was checked everyday by the owner. The plot of the house is spacious and nice green. Owners are very kind and welcomed us great. Also housekeeping with bedsheets change was included so we felt comfortable and fresh. Location of the house is close enough to the beach and village center - many restaurants available. We used to drive 10 minutes to excellent nearby beach named "Mounda Beach" which is very conveinient for families with children. Anothetr close town is Skala where you can also find lots of restaurants and beaching activities. We highly recommend Villa Nyx and it's owners/hosts for nice family Kefalonian Vacation.

Nice property.

Nicely located villa, in a Quite neighborhood it was a little hard to find the road back to it when we arrived but we found it. Gated which makes it feel secure. We had an AC unit die the first day and it was replaced with a new unit the next morning. Fast and friendly. Hit 100 a couple days while there and AC was important. We Hope travel opens back to normal due to Covid cause so many business in Kefalonia have lost so much and we hope the best for all of them in the future.

Top Class Villa

Regular visitors to Katelios and were aware of this Villa as we often passed it and commented how good it looked. Lucky enough to get a good deal this year to stay. Well presented and a touch of class over what we have used before. Regularly cleaned inside and out. Pool cleaned everyday. The pool when we arrived was not completely full but we understand that there had been a really long and hot summer so possible evaporation etc. It was topped up after the first week but did lose about 4/6 inches in level overnight so there maybe a leak. Water is on a meter and expensive so we were told. Forgot to ring Property Manager from the airport but when we did arrive and ring, Irene tuned up in no time and answered any queries we had and left her telephone number if there were any problems. Luckily there were none. Very good welcome pack. Probably could do with more coffee/tea mugs. You’ll build up your fitness if you walk to the beach/seafront restaurants and back. Persas restaurant within 50 metres of Villa and also the family owned Minimarket is an easy walk for those vital necessities.

The property was exactly as described, in a nice quiet spot no more than 15-20 minute stroll to a abundance of restaurants on the sea front. The welcome pack was very welcome ! We arrived at gone midnight and Eirini our host was there to welcome us. The apartment is fully equipped both inside and out. Very comfy sun beds. The nearest and best supermarket is just a 5 minute walk. We could not have asked for more from Villa Nyx and our hosts, we definitely be back next year -:)

The two villas, Villa Hemera and Villa Nyx, are next to each other but they are completely independent. The villas are identical but each-one features its own private pool with poolside facilities and furnitures such as parasols and sun-loungers. outdoor furnished sitting and dinning areas, garden and BBQ are also available. Each villa has its own entrance gate, driveway and secure parking.
