Superbe maison de piscine trÚs améliorée, parfaite pour 3 familles. Cette maison de six chambres et 3 salles de bains a trois lits Cal-King, un lit queen et deux chambres d'enfants avec des lits superposés complets. De beaux planchers de bois franc éraflés courent dans toute la maison.

Une chambre principale Cal-King avec suite surclassée: comptoirs en marbre, sol en carreaux de travertin et douche personnalisée en carreaux. La chambre Queen et une chambre Cal-King partageaient une salle de bain Jack 'N Jill. Cette salle de bain combinée douche / baignoire a un comptoir en marbre amélioré, du matériel amélioré et des sols carrelés. La derniÚre chambre principale Cal-King et 2 chambres d'enfants partagent la derniÚre salle de bains Jack n 'Jill située dans le couloir. Toutes les chambres ont 47 'TV LCD avec télévision par cùble.

Spacieux concept ouvert Cuisine et salle à manger parfaites pour se divertir. La cuisine a des armoires à panneaux personnalisés, des comptoirs en granit, un dosseret en travertin et des appareils en acier inoxydable: cuisiniÚre / four, micro-ondes, réfrigérateur et lave-vaisselle. Deux tables à manger offrent de nombreux siÚges pour toute la famille avec des siÚges supplémentaires au comptoir. De belles portes coulissantes en verre au large de la cuisine vous mÚnent à la cour arriÚre. Piscine creusée en galets tec, avec une étagÚre Baja et jacuzzi, barbecue extérieur au gaz naturel, ensemble de patio et chaises supplémentaires.

Le salon principal dispose d'une connexion Internet sans fil haut dĂ©bit et d'un service tĂ©lĂ©phonique gratuit aux États-Unis et au Canada. Laveuse et sĂ©cheuse pleine grandeur situĂ©es dans le garage pour les invitĂ©s. Poussettes, chaise haute, pack n 'play et rehausseur disponibles pour vos nourrissons et tout-petits. Matelas pneumatique queen-size disponible dans la maison pour une literie supplĂ©mentaire. La maison a la climatisation centrale et le chauffage.

The house was filthy and poorly maintained despite advertising cdc standards for cleaning. There were badly cracked countertops in kitchen with shoddy repair which I cut my finger on when wiping crumbs off with my hand. There was mold and mildew in bathrooms, laminate drawers peeling, what looked like massive blood stains on master headboard. (They insisted hair dye, but instead of using dye remover they hid with pillows). The furniture had visible liquid drip marks from spills and staining throughout the house. The floors were disgusting and ruined our socks from the filth. Despite that the kitchen was well stocked, the mattresses were comfortable, and they did send a cleaning crew, but it interrupted our stay and it was not the deep clean I requested. They seem to have stuck to the kitchen main area and master bedroom. The washer was not working properly and they said it was a breaker. I had to stay up to get wash done and couldn’t take care of my own things in order to keep up with the towels they insist you wash for them before you leave. Disneyland park is 1.5 miles from the home, not a half mile. When they sent housekeepers to clean and maintenance to repair the countertop they asked if I was happy that they fixed it for me. Their property should be maintained and cleaned prior to the consumer arriving not in response to the consumer noticing it had not been done. They did not respond to my request for refund and vrbo’s customer service is lacking.

We had a great stay overall—plenty of space for our group and the pool was definitely the highlight! It was perfect for relaxing and spending time together. The home itself is spacious and well-located, but some of the furniture and appliances could use an update to match the rest of the property. Still, a solid choice for a fun getaway.

Beautiful property

This was above our expectations. It was a gorgeous home with a beautiful pool/hot tub. Absolutely loved that we could watch fireworks every night at 930 from the front lawn. We will gladly do business with this property management again!!!

Great space and location

The house is within walking distance from Downtown Disney, though we chose to take a Lyft after the first day to save our feet. You can see the Disney fireworks best from the front lawn. The layout and number of rooms and beds was perfect, allowing our 2 families to spread out if needed. The littles enjoyed gaming in the bunk bed room since there’s a TV in every bedroom. Good table space for family meals. Pool and hot tub with water features were very nice. The child safety alarm on the sliding door to the pool took some getting used to - works best to hold for a second or two to get the light flashing before opening. We used the grill. It got really hot and stayed hot. Still able to get the steaks done nicely. The coffee maker uses cone-shaped filters, of which there weren’t any, but we made it work with the many other ones that were there. We locked ourselves out the first day. It was very easy to get assistance to get back in. (Don’t use the metal dead bolt locks. If you do, make sure to push in the bottom button on the edge of the door. Otherwise the door will lock and the code won’t work.) The property management and maintenance team were very responsive, friendly and helpful. Overall a very nice house!

Perfect place for us

We had a wonderful time. The house provided everything we needed and it was close to Disneyland. There was plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms for all of us and the kids loved the pool.

Nice house, everything we needed

Nice big house with plenty of space for our family group. The kitchen had everything we needed for cooking meals during our stay. They had Multiple strollers and high chairs and a pack n play which made it so nice I didn’t have to pack mine. Beds were comfortable. The pool does not have a gate, it has an alarm on the back door which takes some getting used to. It’s very loud so you will know every time the door is opened, unless you press the bypass button first, which Small kids can not reach. Garage had parking and we fit our Yukon xl just fine. Street parking is very specific but we never had a problem finding space.

We were able to stock our refrigerator to last us the 5 days of our vacation ahead of time with bell hop . The house was completely stock of pots ,pans. Cups, glasses and anything we needed to cook or bake . Communication was fast and they took the time to explain anything we didn’t understand .

Wales/Canada family holiday

Would have been nice to have a Welcome pack so we could have a hot drink as we had travelled for 20hrs. in ideal location for theme parks but would like to make the following comments which would have improved our stay. No parking permit so had difficulty in making sure we had parked correctly on small driveway. Main entry code did not work on entry but allowed you to lock on exit. Garage door opens on remote but you have to physically shut it using the switch in the garage and then exit through kitchen door. A pain if you are on your own. There are a lot of flies in the garage and therefore when using the door into the garage it allows flies to escape into the property. Air conditioning unit very noisy for guests sleeping up that end of the property. There were only two pin sockets in the bedrooms so we couldn’t use our three pin travel adaptors. I had to use one in the jack/jill bathroom and the one in the kitchen. Again in Jack/Gill bathroom there was a safety issue as the shower/bath tray was very slippery and needed a rubber mat plus there were no safety handles fixed. The dishwasher in kitchen is old and needs replacing as does the frying pan. Only two toilet rolls per bath for 8 people for 2 weeks !!! Only 4 trash bags for 2 weeks was not enough. Dining room benches plastic covering were either ripped and large areas had the sponge filling exposed.

Splendid

This is a beautiful property, it definitely makes you feel like you are still at home. 2 miles from Disneyland and eateries. I would definitely recommend this property. Very clean again no complaints at all.

Family vacation 2024

The home was perfect for my family. The kitchen, living room, bedrooms, pool and spas worked beautifully. The home was only a 6 minutes drive from Disneyland. If you have young children, i would recommended.this home. It has 5 strollers, 2 high chairs and life jackets for the kids to use at the pool. Very relaxing to come back from the park and use the pool and see the fireworks.

My family and I stayed here during our 3 day Disney vacation. The house was very clean and spacious. Check in and out was easy and instructions were very clear for what we needed. The neighborhood is nice and quiet. I would definitely stay here again.
