La "trilocale" est composée de: 1 chambre double, 1 chambre simple, 2 salles de bain avec douche, 1 lit simple sur la mezzanine, cuisine-salon - espace ouvert, avec table pour 8 places.
(La maison étant composée de 2 appartements est louée à parts égales, les deux pièces et les trois pièces sont disponibles).
La maison a un évier et une machine à laver.
VUE D'ENSEMBLE: Maison individuelle nouvellement construite à "Le Ville", via delle Ville n ° 6, Terranuova Bracciolini (Arezzo).
La maison a été construite dans une position dominante conformément aux lois antisismiques en vigueur, entourée d'un grand jardin clôturé de 4 000 mètres carrés. avec piscine, immergé dans le vert de Valdarno Aretino "Km. 1,5" du centre de Terranuova Bracciolini, Arezzo.

We thoroughly enjoyed our 4-night stay in Terranuova Bracciolini. The host and her family went above and beyond and even helped us bring in our laundry when it started raining and also when we experienced a dead battery in our rental car.We were sad to leave and look forward to coming back one day to stay again.Very friendly and kind host and family. And superbly kept property. Very rural which we loved and the rooster who made sure we were awake to start our day was also very reliable;)

Beautiful stay, lovely people

We had a really nice stay at casa delle viole. The house, the Garden, the swimmingpool, all of it was beautiful. We got fresh vegetables and salad from the garden, the owner of the house are so lovely and friendly. And they respected our privacy. We would definitly stay there again.

Great property to experience and explore Tuscany. Beautiful property that easily accommodated our family of five. Quite, secluded property but only minutes from restaurants, shopping, and the train station. Centrally located for easy driving day trips to Florence, Pisa and other Tuscan cities or a train ride to Venice. The real jewels of the property are the gracious hosts, their beautiful garden and the artwork thoughout the house painted by the hostess.

Fantastic Vrbo stay

Santa & Giovanni were wonderful! Anything we needed help with they were always available. Even gave us a ride to the train station! Fresh fruit & vegetables were plentiful! The air conditioners worked very well. It was very hot while we were there for 5 1/2 weeks. The pool was very refreshing. They even cooked for us along with their son & daughters help. We would definitely recommend you staying at this lovely home. It was very private, but the town was only 5 minutes away.

A fantastic Villa in Tuscany

This is a well contained villa with a beautiful garden surrounding the property. As a group of friends we enjoyed all the comforts of the property including the swimming pool. Spent relaxing times in the porch beside the kitchen. The bedrooms are well furnished and clean. The kitchen is well equipped. The hosts Santa and Giovanni are lovely and stocked the kitchen with complimentary essentials and drinks. They also provided some vegetables from their allotment which was very kind of them. We spent a comfortable long weekend in the villa and highly recommend for rental.

Just amazing!

We stayed 5 nights, 2 families (4 adults and 2 kids). Love the house! Nice outdoor, BBQ grill, swimming pool, ping-pong table, and swing. We've had meals and drinks under the covered patio everyday. Hosts (older couple) were great, always available and took care anything you asked for. Due to the language barrier we had to use google translate, and they has a translator for check-in and check-out. Kids did not want to leave the house and we had to threatened them to go sightseeing during the day, LOL!

Quiet place for time with family

Beautiful grounds. We were blown away by the outdoor space. Very nice hosts too. We were gifted a box of home grown vegetables and some basic items when we arrived. A great place to spend time with family. The only negatives are that the photos of the property makes it look like 2 separate buildings. It is actually 1 big house with 3 bathrooms and 4 bedrooms. The master bedroom doubles as a hallway from the main build, through to the 2nd kitchen and bed/bathroom, so it’s a little awkward. None of the bedrooms are fully enclosed. The master bedroom is overlooked from a balcony by one of the double bedrooms, which also looks over the single bedroom. It would be great if each bedroom were private. The only air con units are in the 2nd kitchen and the master bedroom, so the other bedrooms do get hot. Still a beautiful place and we enjoyed our stay.

Ciao Heather, ti ringrazio tanto per la valutazione che hai inviato. Ti informo che le foto delle camere e di tutta la proprietà, sono veritiere. I due appartamenti sono dotati di tre bagni, di due cucine e di due ingressi, per accedere internamente ed esternamente alla piscina, al patio ed a tutto il resto della proprietà. I due appartamenti sono stati resi comunicanti in un secondo tempo, tramite una porta insonorizzata, per facilitare gli spostamenti interni per gli ospiti (quando sono una sola famiglia), ma quando queste sono due, questa porta si può tenere chiusa, (anche a chiave) quindi non fungerà più da passaggio. In seguito verrà aggiunto anche un video per vedere meglio la casa. L'aria condizionata è stata posizionata in modo da arrivare sui soppalchi. (tutto questo è descritto anche sul sito). Per il prossimo anno, abbiamo previsto di fare nuove modifiche, le quali poi verranno rese note. Cordiali saluti. Santa

Amazing house and great host

Me and my family 4 adults and 3 young child stayed at this amazing house. The pool and garden are great perfect for a family. Santa and her husband really are great hosts they're very welcoming. They delivered us amazing vegetables for there garden. Santa was always available if we need any help with anything. They both and the house really where amazing and i would highly recommended staying. I recommend learning some Italian even a like will go along way. For other guest something that might be useful when stating in the area. Best option when traveling to Florence is the train from San Giovanni 10mins drive away. Its very cheap and there is a free car park at the train station. if you can, get the 30min train as it only stops a 2 stops before Florence the other train takes 1hr and stops at all the stations. Food shop the Co-op has a great selection and there are a few other options in like Lidl lots of options. As most guest will have a car, Siena is a must visit is only 1hr drive (make sure to take motorway route). This was a great holiday and I can wait to visit again in the future. Wonderful owners and property

We stayed at several properties in Italy this past summer and Santa and Giovanni were the best owners we stayed with. They are extremely nice and make you feel like part of their family. The house was in a good location for us to visit Siena, Florence and Arezzo. The inside is modern, very thoughtfully put together, very clean and the owners provided us with everything needed during the stay. The biggest surprise was the basket not of just fresh vegetables from their garden but also a couple other grocery products to help for a first day. Our kids enjoyed playing with the family little cats and had fun eating a couple of fruits from the fruit trees on the property. The wifi was excellent and youtube/netflix as well as an xbox were big sellers for the kids as well. Ilaria and her sister who helped with the checkin/checkout process were extremely knowledgeable about the property and made sure all our questions were answered. While the property does not have air conditioning the windows were thoughtfully installed to provide mosquito nets and outdoor shutters which close securely so you can sleep with the windows open. We really hope to be back at some point and stay here for more nights. Thank you Santa and Giovanni for a wonderful stay and for making us feel so welcome and like a part of your amazing family! La maison est superbe, très bien aménagée et équipée. Les propriétaires sont sympas et nous ont offerts des légumes du jardin. C’est un lieu tres reposant où nous n’hésiterons pas à revenir si cela se représente. A noter que la piscine est également très bien alors que la photographie du site ne la met pas bien en valeur

Das Haus liegt ruhig und alleine. Das Grundstück ist groß und sehr schön. Das Haus ist groß und gut ausgestattet. Der Pool ist größer, als er auf den Bildern wirkt. Die Gastgeber sind super freundlich, sie haben uns sogar frisches Gemüse aus dem eigenen Garten gebracht. Die Kommunikation war sehr freundlich und unkompliziert. Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt. Absolute Empfehlung!

Location tranquilla e distante dai rumori, i proprietari gentilissimi e disponibili, se cerchi uno spazio dove rilassarti senza nessun disturbo questo è il luogo ideale.

Ho soggiorno qui 3 giorni con 7 amiche. Ci siamo trovate benissimo: i padroni di casa sono disponibili e gentilissimi, la casa è stupenda, il posto tranquillo e veramente rilassante. Consigliatissima!

Wunderschöne Unterkunft mitten in der Toskana

Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit in der Unterkunft. Die liebevollen Gastgeber waren immer erreichbar und konnten uns schnell bei allem helfen. Der Garten war fantastisch, mit tollem Pool und vielen Möglichkeiten zum entspannen. Sie haben uns sogar mit Gemüse aus ihrem Garten versorgt, einfach prima! Die Unterkunft selber war sehr gut eingerichtet und es hat an nichts gefehlt. Wir können daher nur eine klare Empfehlung aussprechen und würden auch selber immer wieder kommen, wenn wir in der Nähe Urlaub machen wollen.
