From check-in to check-out this stay was amazing. The property was well maintained and we enjoyed our daily time at both the beach & properties swimming pool. The 1 bedroom / 1 bathroom unit was the perfect amount of space for my wife & I for our 4 night stay. This location is ideal for those seeking multiple food, fun & live music options all within 1-5 miles.

Just found our annual beach vacation spot!

I’m 36 and I’ve been coming to Destin since I was a child. This area is THE BEST part of the beach, hands down. Less crowded, no seaweed, incredible views, close to some great restaurants and gift shops. We saw manatees and dolphins right in front of the Condo multiple days, the atmosphere is extremely family friendly, we just had the best stay. The condo comes with tons of beach toys, boogie boards, extra beach chairs, and a wagon to haul it all down to the beach. It was just perfect!

Great condo, excellent location!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We stayed in room 612. It’s right in the center next to the elevators and stairs with excellent gulf views! Our room was clean and well stocked. Front desk staff were friendly and helpful! The only issue we had was that we lost a beach chair and towel. I had called the front desk to let them know our chair and towel were still at our beach set up and we might not make it back until dark (we had left them there when it started raining and planned to go back later that day when the rain stopped but it never really stopped raining.) The lady said it was no problem and she’d have a beach attendant bring them to front desk. They were never taken to the front desk and the beach attendant said he never heard anything about getting them. Not a huge deal but it was a little frustrating. We did enjoy our stay and would definitely return.

Relaxing Vacation

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We enjoyed our stay at HSRC. We love the location and easy access to the beach. As well as the excellent beach service. We did have one hiccup upon arrival. Our condo was delayed upon check-in. We did not get inside until 6:30 due to the owner's error on the calendar. However, Shannon of HSRC was our hero. She discounted our first night and allowed us to check out late. Thank you Shannon! Overall, we were mixed on the condo itself. We did not realize it was a corner condo which meant our neighbors were right there. We would choose a different condo location next time. The bed was comfortable, the rain shower was wonderful, the appliances were fine and the sofa had nice reclining seats. The TV took a little bit of time to figure out but we got it. Unfortunately, the bedroom TV had a glitch in which the volume was 'stuck'. I apologize for not reporting this to the management. We did have 1 unpleasant surprise, the housekeeping did not clean the microwave and it was filthy. But, we cleaned it. All in all, we enjoyed our beach vacation and look forward to another one in the future.
VrboOwner a répondu le 1 juill. 2025
Jennifer, Thank you for taking the time to share your experience. We're so glad to hear you enjoyed your overall stay. It’s also wonderful to know Shannon was able to turn a frustrating check-in delay into a more positive experience, she’ll be happy to hear your kind words! We truly appreciate your honest feedback about the condo. We understand that corner units aren’t the right fit for everyone, and we’re happy to help find a unit better suited to your preferences next time. Thank you as well for noting the maintenance and housekeeping concerns. We’ll be sure to address the TV issue and the missed microwave cleaning with our team to help improve future stays. We’re grateful you chose to stay with us and look forward to welcoming you back to HSRC for another relaxing beach getaway! Best regards, HSRC Guest Services Team

This was my first time in Destin. I will absolutely be back. Everything was provided that I needed and anything I missed we had Target/Publix across the street. The only thing that would veer me towards maybe another condo in the building is the bed. It was way too soft for me to get comfortable and the pillows were too tough. If I stay here again I will just bring my own pillows (we drove). Everything else was great, accessible to the pool/beach and near a ton of restaurants. The condo doesn't have a fridge with water dispenser so bring your own water with you. Again we just ran to Publix and grabbed a case. Thank you guys for an amazing stay and what a cutely decorated condo! Loved the beachy vaca vibe. :)

Great experience!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Property was clean and in great condition. Kitchen well stocked with needed cooking essentials. The only issue we had was upon check in the gate code given and then the room code given at front desk would not work. They were unable to reprogram, so they gave us a master key to use. Only a minor inconvenience. Excellent beach view.
