L'appartement donne sur la crique la plus suggestive de Monopoli (Bari) "Cala Porta Vecchia". La propriété a été récemment restaurée et finement meublée et est équipée de tout le confort.
L'appartement est organisé comme suit:
- grand séjour / salon / coin lecture / cuisine ouverte avec accÚs direct à la grande terrasse panoramique de 30 m2. Dans le salon il y a un canapé-lit double;
- une chambre double avec service d'Ă©tage et avec balcon panoramique donnant sur la mer;
- une chambre simple avec possibilitĂ© d'un lit supplĂ©mentaire et avec une fenĂȘtre panoramique donnant sur la mer et les anciens clochers;
- deuxiĂšme salle de bains avec douche confortable et bidet;

La fierté de cet appartement est la grande terrasse panoramique exclusive et splendide, au niveau du salon, avec vue immédiate sur la mer équipée de chaises gazebo - tables et transats.

Stunning views from terrace! There are 36 steep steps to the apartment however when you make it to the top the views of the sea are beautiful.

There is a beautiful terrace with a nice view, and the apartment was as described. While we knew that there were steps, there were 35 steps from the building entrance to the apartment entrance, more than we expected and they were high steps. On arrival 1 of the 2 beds did not have sheets and we were told that there would be an extra charge for sheets. This was disturbing, but the sheets were provided later at no cost. Other issues were minor, and communication was good.

Apartment was clean, spacious for three people and the view from the terrace was excellent. Its location in the Old City was convenient. We temporarily lost power and hot water but Giusy took care of it. The one disadvantage of the apartment is the steep climb up three flights of stairs to reach it. Giusy was very helpful

I can’t say enough about this place!

Absolutely gorgeous place to stay! The apartment was perfect, the area was perfect. Giusy was our contact and she was so helpful with her recommendations and getting us a driver when we needed one. Yes, there are steep stairs that you are required to use to get to the apartment, but the views make every step worth it. As long as you’re able to climb stairs, don’t hesitate to book this place. You won’t regret it.

Fabulous location overlooking the Monopoli water front. Large private deck with outdoor sink, dining table and lounge chairs. The apartment is spacious. Great for long term too!

Perfect location in Monopoli

We loved the size of the apartment, and it was very clean. The terrace was amazing and the A/C worked well and was necessary. Other guests have already mentioned the steep steps and the noisy, lively neighborhood, and both of those might be minuses for some guests. However, we got used to the steps (except with heavy bags, especially going up, but thankfully we only had to do that once. Going down with the suitcases was easier —just go slowly). Turning on the A/C and closing the windows was our only solution to the noise outside (loudest and most açtive around midnight), but we would’ve preferred falling asleep and sleeping to the sound of the waves. Location was fabulous and the communication with Giusy was good. We will be recommending this place to some friends who will be visiting Monopoli in October. Thank you!

We were lucky enough to stay here 8 nights, and it was an absolute dream. We looked forward to coming “home” every time we were out, the apartment looks right over the sea which you see from even the bedroom, position is ideal as you can access beach and centro storico as soon as you leave the place. Giusy, the host could not be more accomodating and she cares deeply for her town and the surrounding region. We just wanted ro stay forever, what a gem.

Amazing 8 nights

The apartment is absolutely gorgeous in a perfect location. It is very clean and what a view! The manager Giusy was super helpful and always available for any questions. Monopoli is a beautiful town and perfect for exploring the Puglia region. I hope to stay here again in the future!

Charming Old Town Monopoli

We loved this lovely and conveniently located apartment. Giusy is a wonderful host - we were grateful for her clear and helpful communication, especially about parking. The view from the patio is spectacular - a great spot to have a glass of wine before exploring and getting lost in the charming town of Monopoli. The apartment is clean, well-appointed, and easy to find. It was a quiet spot during our stay. While it’s an easy walk to many shops and restaurants, it is just outside the Piazzas and higher traffic areas and must avoid much of the tourist traffic. One thing to note: the apartment is reached by several short flights of steep, narrow steps with low ceiling clearance. They were not a problem for us at all but something to consider when bringing luggage or for those with mobility issues.

Beautiful view & perfect location

The property exceeded our expectations. Our host, Giusy, was super friendly and helpful. She met us at the entrance to the old town and helped us with our suitcases. She recommended places to visit and restaurants to try. The apartment was clean and comfortable with a well equipped kitchen and a fabulous terrace.

Best host, location, and apartment ever

We spent 3 nights and hope to return again and again. Monopoli is a city of great history, culture and food. The apartment is clean, well furnished with spectacular views, but what we will always be thankful for is our hostess, Giusy.. great communication, she met us on arrival and made sure we were settled. She expressed that we should call if we needed anything. My wife slipped on a slippery boat ramp and broke her wrist. We speak almost no Italian and Guisy guided us, translated for us and helped us in immeasurable ways. Went way, way, way beyond the call of duty to get us in and out of the hospital, find us another place to stay until we could make arrangements to get home. A true angel. All around amazing experience, even with a broken wrist.

Monopoli dream place

The Monopoli place is conveniently located in old town and is walking distance to dining and swimming. The terrace is absolutely beautiful and overlooks the ocean. The apartment is very clean and tastefully decorated. The property manager, Giusy, is extremely helpful and a very good communicator. Our whole family of 5 really enjoyed the stay and I will definitely stay here again when I return to Monopoly.
