Cet appartement très spacieux, situé dans le centre de Pampelune, en plein milieu de la célèbre rue Estafeta. Entièrement équipé. 3 chambres + 2 salles de bains + salon spectaculaire. Avec ascenseur. Parking disponible.

Nous offrons un plancher de 110 m2, spacieux et moderne, situé en plein cœur de Pampelune, en plein milieu de la célèbre rue Estafeta, en jouant avec la Plaza del Castillo et d'autres lieux importants de la ville.

Situé dans une zone avec de nombreux restaurants, bars et boutiques, et très proche des transports en commun.

Il a été récemment rénové avec un style très moderne, fonctionnel et élégant.

L'appartement dispose d'un ascenseur et des personnes handicapées.

Fabulous Apartment Overlooking Estafeta Street

Modern comfortable and spacious apartment overlooking old town Estafeta St, pedestrian only lined with restaurants and taverns. Walking distance to historical buildings and churches. The running of the Bulls takes place every July 7 right under your balconies. The perfect place for nightlife year-round. The host was very accommodating, prearranged garage parking for us before our arrival.

Estafeta - the street with the Running of the Bulls

The property is located in a popular nightlife area. Even though the street is very noisy, the three bedrooms are in the rear and are quiet. The two bathrooms are larger than expected. The living room and dining area are quite comfortable. The dining room table can easily seat six, with room for eight. Unfortunately, the owner had multiple appointments the day we arrived and was quite slow to answer our calls and allow us to enter the apartment.

A Spacious, Central Stay in Pamplona

The apartment was clean, spacious, and central. Everything you need to visit is within 10 minutes or less walking. There's an elevator to the fourth floor. Communication was great for the check-in and parking was accessible within a block (18 euro per night). The apartment waa perfect for families with kids of all ages. Washer, dryer, and dishwasher worked great. Despite the listing, there isn't air conditioning. The three portable units didn't blow cold air and they were dirty inside unfortunately. They aren't window units nor part of a vented system (like a hotel). We contacted the owner on the first day and we didn't receive a response until 36 hours later (and the issue was left unresolved). While Pamplona may cool down in the evening, the afternoons were hot and sweaty in late June. As a result, we needed to find nearby cooler spots and needes to leave the windows open overnight. Although the temperature improved, it was noisy in the early morning and we needed to wear earplugs while we slept (although its really quiet with the windows closed with the exception of the living room). Overall, we enjoyed our stay in this pleasant home. We wish the listing was more accurate or the air conditioning units were replaced with better models (reviews online for the units voiced the same concern).

Excellent sejour

L'appartement est tres bien situé au cœur de Pampelune. Il est très bien équipé et fonctionnel. La partie chambres est isolée de la partie séjour, du côté calme de l'appartement, ce qui permet des nuits tranquilles. Notre hôte à été très réactif et attentif et la communication, même sans rencontre, a été parfaite. Super !

Vraiment bien !

Très bel appartement, spacieux, très propre, extrêmement bien placé en plein centre dans une rue piétonne (accès très proche d'un parking public très abordable). L'insonorisation est vraiment bien faite et les chambres sont de l'autre coté de la rue, donc même s'il les soirées finissent tard au centre, ça ne pose pas de problème :) L'appartement n'est pas climatisé, mais il y a des ventilateurs verticaux plutot efficaces dans chaque chambre. S'il fallait faire une remarque, il y a effectivement une des chambres avec une petite fenêtre qui donne sur une toute petite cours intérieur qui n'est pas très lumineuse ... mais bon de toute façon, ce n'est pas particulièrement un problème pour dormir :) D'ailleurs, quelques photos des chambres valoriseraient encore plus l'annonce !

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour. L'appartement, idéalement situé, est entièrement rénové. Très propre, il est également très spacieux. L'espace de vie est bien séparé de la zone nuit. Une adresse à recommander sans retenue.

Location, location, location

We were only staying two nights, so we wanted to be in an area where we could walk around and see a lot of what Pamplona has to offer. This apartment is in the perfect location to do just that. Along with another couple, we thoroughly enjoyed our short stay in Pamplona. Even though not on site, Eniko was very available to answer any questions.

Location, location, location!

This very large and stylishly-decorated apartment is ideally situated for the San Fermin festival in the heart of the pedestrian center. Our reception was actuated electronically, as it was possible for Eneko to unlock the entrance automatically via a quick phone call. The two of us were glad that his building had an elevator, and that the bedrooms were located in the very quiet back. (It sounded like there might have been younger people moving around upstairs in the evenings, but they were silent by 11PM.) The induction stovetop, washing machine, and television all worked perfectly. (We did not use the dishwasher or AC). We had decided to walk with our roller board suitcases from the train station to the apartment, about 25-30 minutes, and somewhat uphill. (It would have been preferable to take a taxi to the outskirts of the pedestrian quarter.) But the bus depot–with day trips to the coast–is a short and easy 10 minutes. Eneko was extremely helpful with our checkout. Recommended!

An Excellent Experience

This was an excellent experience all round. Sr. Garcia was helpful in every way and readily available at any time. The location was perfect and we were able to walk everywhere, to restaurants, El Courte Ingleses, the Placa, the river walks and all of the historical sights. The apartment is spacious, comfortable and is equipped with everything. Most importantly, the beds are comfortable and the washing machine is easy to use and conveniently located in the kitchen area. We had a wonderful 6 days in Pamplona.

Corazón de Pamplona

El piso está en excelentes condiciones y está hogareñamente equipado con absolutamente todo lo que haga falta en una corta o larga estancia. La comunicación y atención con Eneko fue magnífica y sin duda hizo la diferencia en nuestra estancia en Pamplona. El piso está cerca de todo y con todos los servicios a unos pocos pasos. La limpieza y mantenimiento del edificio en general muy bien, punto muy importante en estos tiempos en los que todos debemos ser responsables de la salud propia y ajena. ¡Gracias y felicidades por tu piso Eneko, esperamos muy pronto volver a visitarles!

Adventures in Pamplona

Absolutely loved our stay in beautiful Pamplona! Took my Mom and kids to visit my niece who is studying in there. The ease, location, comfort and layout of this gorgeous apartment made our trip even better than expected. The apartment is clean, spacious and had everything we needed for our stay. We had access to great food, wine, pastries, groceries, shopping and authentic Spanish culture literally right outside the door. It is in an absolutely perfect location!! The Calle gets lively at night which was great for people watching from the balcony or we could close off the doors in the hall and be in complete silence from the outdoor activity. Eneko and his wife were available for any an all requests And accomodations.... one of them being help with my Mom who took a fall on our way to Barcelona. They directed us to a great hospital, stayed available via phone/text to help translate and got us through a stressful event while traveling in a foreign country with my Mom and 2 small children. Cant say enough about our stay and the friendly customer service we experienced overall. These are good people! I have already recommended this apartment to family that will be going to visit my niece soon.

Wonderful hosting

Our family's (2 people and 2 Kids) experience in the 30 days we spent in Pamplona; was wonderful!! Excellent apartment. Spacious. Silent. Close to the heart of "Casco Viejo", Carrefour and great restaurants. I highlight those on “Calle Estafeta” and Europa at the Europa Restaurant. With excellent heating and an equipped kitchen, the owner Eneko always helped us in what it took. Your support made all the difference. We hope to return soon. Thank you Navarra. In t’he històric heart of Pamplona!

A few steps from t’he Plaza and best pinxto bars and restaurants in the city. On a cobblestone pedestrian street, which is quite loud some nights, but you’re on one of Spain’s most celebrated streets; Estafeta. And bedrooms in back are very quiet. Best pinchos in Pamplona at Gaucho’s one block away.
