Situé dans le centre de la capitale provinciale de Navarre rend cet endroit idéal pour les visiteurs de Pampelune, en Navarre et le Pays Basque. L'appartement est bien situé dans le centre de la ville avec toutes les installations nécessaires pour un séjour agréable. Cet appartement très lumineux a été entièrement restaurée. Il dispose de 7 grandes fenêtres, dont deux donnent sur la rue et Zapateria Pozo Blanco. Haut de la qualité de la ligne dans les meubles, lits, matelas, canapés-lits, fauteuils. Planchers de bois franc d'origine et antiquités incorporés donnent le décor l'ambiance d'une demeure début du 20ème siècle.

    Great apartment, perfect location

    The apartment was clean, bright and really pleasant to live in. The beds were comfortable. It was a really nice place to be in for 5 days. The location was perfect and convenient for days spent in the city or to drive out of the city. Parking was 3 mns walking distance. Definitely a place I will go to again.

    Beyond HC— SHC

    As a cyclist who loves to climb, we rate climbs starting at 4 to 1 with increasing intensity and then there is HC— hors catégorie or beyond category. For extra special climbs of which there are only a few around the world, there exists a special designation of SHC. This is where I would place the stay for us. It’s the equivalent of 10 stars on a scale of 5. Steph was unbelievable. From walking us through the check in to insights about Pamplona including dining and shopping, to helping us with the most incredible wine experience in Rioja, I felt like she was with us the whole way. We have stayed at many VRBO accommodations around the world but never, and I mean never, had such a personalized and friendly experience. For our friends, it was their first time in Europe and met with us after their cruise ended in Barcelona. They were blown away by the city and the hospitality. So were we, and we live just over the border in France. Thank you and gracias to Steph for everything! Ask her about options for personalized bike and hike trips throughout Northern Spain. I can only imagine how incredible that they must be!

    San Fermin festival

    We came for the San Fermin festival and it was definitely a memory we’ll remember for decades to come. Apartment is on top floor with no elevator so if you have a lot of luggage or handicapped it’ll be a work out/difficult. The apartment itself is really cute. The air conditioning works well. Views from bedroom windows are of a busy street during the festival so lots to see and hear. We saw from our windows many bands playing as they marched around the old town. Location is prime. Close to everything. If you came here for the running of the bulls I’d advise you to go at 5:30am to find your spot because if not you won’t see a thing!!!! Best bet to get a decent spot Is near the bullring. Bring a sound machine to blot out late night party goers. But all in all the apartment was worth it.

    San Fermin Festival Reservation

    The property is centrally located near all of the action. The downside of being centrally located is that there is no quiet time making it difficult to sleep. The air condition does not cool well so the apartment remains warm all the time. There is no elevator so it was quiet a challenge climbing 50 steps with all of our luggage. The hostess was very responsive but unable to assist with the air conditioning situation due to the festivities.

    This place was in an amazing location and perfect for San Fermines!!

    I couldn’t speak more highly of the location of this property! Close to everything but still fairly quiet during the festival. It is at the very top with no elevator which is challenging with lots of luggage but consider it a good work out after all the sangria! The place was clean and perfect for my family. I did have a slight problem checking in as I did not receive any instructions until a few hours before check in which of course made me very nervous. However, all was perfect and as soon as we connected they were very helpful and we had no issues!

    Wonderful apartment and excellent host!

    We enjoyed our brief stay in Pamplona and were very happy with the apartment. The location is central to all of old town yet in a quiet location. The apartment is comfortable, truly charming and well supplied, even with some games that we enjoyed playing in the evenings. Steph is a wonderful host and made sure that we had everything we needed. One example - when we arrived in the middle of the afternoon, she immediately contacted us with advice on where to eat before things shut down for the afternoon. If we would have searched on our own, we would have missed the window! All in all, a great experience and we won't hesitate to rent again on our next visit!

    The best location!

    Our group of six stayed here for the opening days of SanFermin. You cannot ask for a better location just off the main event square..tucked in enough to still be able to sleep during the loud revelry and close enough to not miss any events. It is close to groceries, restaurants, bars, and shops. The apartment had everything we needed and having a clean restroom nearby at any time was golden. If you are there for the festival be sure to allow Stef to help you book balconies...ours was fantastic. Thanks Steph for an unforgettable experience.

    Home away from home..

    The apartment was very comfortable for our family of 5. It gave us a feeling of being a part of the Pamplona community. We were in walking distance to the shops, restaurants and sights. The apartment was very clean attractive.

    Buena experiencia

    Excellent location and lovely apartment!

    This apartment is lovely, light and airy and was excellently situated- definitely exceeded expectations in terms of space and comfort! Being in the heart of Pamplona we were able to walk everywhere and always head back in the middle of the day when the heat was unbearable for us and the children to stay out in. Stephanie was very welcoming and helpful on our arrival and departure....we expect that we will return soon!

    Siempre nos quedará Pamplona...

    En primer lugar, y demostrando que las dos estrellas con las que se ha premiado el alojamiento son más que suficientes, vamos a enumerar los detalles positivos, así terminamos antes: la empleada que nos atendió, que no era la propietaria, resultó de una amabilidad intachable, mostrando su simpatía y atención en cuanto a subsanar los múltiples errores de los que fuimos testigos a lo largo de nuestra estancia. Teniendo en cuenta las incorrecciones posteriores, no es digno de menoscabar la eficiente limpieza del apartamento y la plenitud de equipamiento, así como herramientas tecnológicas; todo ello lo encontramos en orden. Ahora bien, estos aspectos no eclipsan en absoluto todo de cuanto adolece el apartamento, cosa que no provocaría tanta rabia si no fuera por el hecho de que se podrían evitar con un poco más de información. En fin... Lo principal y más evidente es la falta de un mísero ascensor, montecargas, o al menos una de esas sillas para las personas impedidas; no encontramos nada de eso. Resultaba absurdo y fatigoso el tener que subir cuatro plantas una y otra vez, una y otra vez, una y otra vez... Gracias a Dios, aún somos relativamente jóvenes y gozamos de buena salud cardiovascular, pero no quiero ni pensar lo que podría haberle ocurrido a un anciano de ochenta años o a un señor que se dispone a visitar Pamplona con su silla de ruedas; acampar en el portal tampoco lo veo recomendable porque dudo que quepa en él una silla de ruedas. Ya que la propietaria ha obviado en la descripción este nimio detalle, lo aporto yo ahora. En segundo lugar debo decir que me parece todo un acierto realizar las fotos del anuncio en versión panorámica; yo misma quedé maravillada ante la amplitud de las habitaciones y el cuarto de baño cuando lo vi en Internet, pero ahora entiendo la magia del efecto óptico. El baño ha encogido de una manera prodigiosa y a las habitaciones les había salido una protuberancia en los techos a modo de buhardilla. Las noches tampoco se salvan, pues, al ser un edificio incrustado en pleno centro, las juergas nocturnas están garantizadas, y más en fin de semana. Yo estuve tentada a bajar con ellos en vista del consecuente insomnio. A esto se le puede añadir deficiencias como el suelo es víctima de la antigüedad de la casa, que el aire acondicionado es lo más parecido a un ventilador del "Todo a Cien" y que si me asomaba a la ventana del salón y la cocina podía ver lo que cocinaban los vecinos. Pero siempre nos quedará Pamplona.

    Es verdad que es no hay ascensor, pero esta todo puesto en la web. Le recomiendo para otra visita nuestro otro apartamento en la misma calle que tiene ascensor y techos de cuatro metros de altura llamado Zapa Palace. Sin embargo, nadie hasta ahora lo había considerado pequeño. Procuramos cubrir las necesidades de cada huésped porque lo más importante es que esté contento. Un nota de interés: Ya no permito que huéspedes traigan sus perros después de nuestra experiencia con usted. Yes, there is no lift, but it is reflected clearly on the web. I recommend for another visit our other apartment on the same street that has an elevator and ceilings four meters high called Zapa Palace . However , so far no one has considered the apartment or the windows small. We seek to meet the needs of every guest.

    Excellent!!

    Pamplona is a charming city. The flat was spacious, clean, and nicely furnished. It is centrally located and within walking distance to the main parts of the city. Steph was very kind and made a change to our flat at the last minute. I am very grateful!!!! I highly recommend this flat without hesitation. Our stay was delightful. Thank you again.
