Fantastic accomodation and hosts. For the first time in over 30 years of renting holiday accommodation we want to give more than 5 stars! Guiseppe and Cinzia were amazing hosts. They collected us from the roadside when our hired car had to be towed away due to a puncture, took us to the local station for a trip out when we were car less, booked our taxi to Pisa to collect a new car and were just lovely. Even though they lived next door we had our privacy. The accommodation was better than the photos, easy car parking, lovely plunge pool and our hosts left out local wine, procesco, biscuits, home made limoncello plus more. Easy couple of minutes walk to some nice restaurants, cafés and a very good supermarket. We did park and ride for Florence which was easy, but train station just 6 minutes away. Lucca; 30 mins on the train was a really lovely city. Thank you Guiseppe and Cinzia. We will be returning!

Beautiful property with lovely hosts

Giuseppe and Cinzie were absolutely lovely hosts - very helpful but not intrusive at all. There was a gorgeous welcome pack of food, beers, wine and home made limoncello which was fabulous! The house was perfect for us and Bagni Di Lucca is a great location, especially to go and see the numerous hilltop villages nearby alongside your tourist towns such as Lucca and Florence. We would highly recommend La Zinobita to anyone who wants to stay in a lovely place in Tuscany! Grazie Mille Giuseppe and Cinzie!

fantastic house with your own swimmingpool

Dear Paul, We stayed 10 days in this fantastic house with everything we need. We were welcomed by Guiseppe and his wife, very sweet people, to whom we could ask for anything! From here we visit many cities. Really worth staying here. Beautiful tastefully decorated cottage with several terraces and your own private pool, which is a big plus. We really loved it here.

Perfect stay in Bagni di Lucca

We had a wonderful stay in La Zinobita. Giuseppe and Cinzia were welcoming, kind and helpful hosts. The house was clean, comfortable and well kept with Giuseppe cleaning the pool early every morning. There were several terraces to enjoy the sun or shade. The pool was lovely with super views. The property is very well situated within easy reach of the centre and no problems parking outside. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and plan to return next year.

Wonderful week

We spent a wonderful week at La Zinobita. It started with a very warm welcome by Giuseppe and this wife. They were very friendly and helpful. The house was nice and clean, the pool very refreshing. The house is at walking distance of a supermarket and several pubs and restaurants. We definitely would like to come back another time!

A lovely property in a great location with a lovely welcome

The cottage is fantastic and very well equipped with lovely areas to sit outside. The pool is, as described, small but ideal for cooling off. (There is a public swimming pool within walking distance with some diving boards). It is all very clean and Giuseppe and Cinzia were great hosts with a great welcome. They live next door and are always happy to help with anything. The supermarket is across the road which was very handy and we got the train from the local station to Pisa and Florence. We would recommend visiting Lucca which was beautiful. We had a great 10 days there and would highly recommend this property.

We loved it so much we've re-booked!

We had the best week ever staying at the lovely La Zinobita cottage. We were greeted by the lovely Giuseppe and Cinzia, the owners, on arrival and they couldn't have been more helpful during our stay. They were so so kind and Giuseppe even took us for a little tour of the mountains which was incredible. If you stay here, I highly recommend chatting to Giuseppe as he has such great knowledge of the area and really couldn't have been a better host for us. We also loved his dog Tessa! The house itself was great, with everything you need for a perfect holiday. They even provide beach towels for lounging by the pool. The master bed was super comfy and there were so many places to relax in the sun. We loved having breakfast on the sun terrace, just off the master bedroom. Unfortunately the weather wasn't on our side for a few days of our stay but that didn't stop us enjoying the lovely pool area. The views from the pool are just beautiful. There's a supermarket just across the road and wonderful restaurants in the village centre which is about 600 yards down the road. We were worried about having to drive to dinner every night but the location was absolutely perfect. If you hire a car, there's no problem parking outside. And there's a train station quite nearby for trips to Lucca, Pisa and Florence. We enjoyed our stay so much that we booked to return in September on the day we got home! Thanks so much Giuseppe and Cinzia, we'll see you again soon!

Fantastischer Urlaub

English Google translate: We were as a family of 4 a week in this object. It was really gorgeous, the house is modern and very clean and well equipped. The pool is just awesome, big enough and deep enough to have a lot of fun! The outdoor facilities with sun terrace, dining with grill and pizza oven was just perfect! A big highlight was the fresh tomatoes, onions, zucchini and salad from Guiseppe. We also got a cheese from Guisepole's friend from the mountains, just great! I can recommend the object without reservation and we will definitely come back! Posso consigliare l'oggetto senza prenotazione e ritorneremo sicuramente!
