The place was very clean and organized. Check in was very simple. The amenities were great. Property manager Steve was very easy to get ahold of with questions Everything was great and would definitely stay here again.

Villagoona was paradise

This is a fantastic property. It's spacious, clean and beautiful. The outdoor area is wonderful, and the view is spectacular. I highly recommend this location.

Family Fun

We decided to get away from the rain and cold of Ohio and Michigan and we found paradise at Villagoona. Our stay was perfect, the house has everything we could have ever needed. The pool and jacuzzi were always in use, the pool table and foosball table were a hit as well. We can't say enough good things about our stay, we will definitely remember our time here and look forward to future stays!

Fantastic Stay!!

The listing for this home just doesn’t do it justice!! It’s a beautiful home with the perfect layout and the pool is just incredible!! Unfortunately the weather was chilly so we didn’t get to enjoy the pool as much as we’d hoped, but that just makes us all want to go back!! The property manager was great to deal with and our only issue was with the security alarm and my hub touching something he shouldn’t have. We loved our stay and look forward to going back again!!

Weekend getaway

Villagoona was the perfect house for 6 adults. The outdoor space was perfect as we spent all of our time there when not sleeping. We heated the jacuzzi and spent time in there mornings and every night. The kitchen was well equipped. It was nice having pool towels provided for us. WiFi was great. The new appliances were nice too. We appreciated that spices, coffee and filters, foil, and a large assortment of teas were probably left behind but kept in the kitchen. I am so used to having to buy salt and pepper for VRBO’s, I appreciated this greatly. The location was so convenient to restaurants and grocery. We hope to stay here again when trying to escape the winter weather.

Wonderfully relaxing

My husband and friends (2 other married couples) had an awesome time. Villagoona is an awesome place to stay. It was immaculately cleaned place. Each couple had their own bathroom. We grilled one night and ate on the lanai. The rocking patio furniture was a great place to read a book. Plenty of dishware and cooking utensils for all. The pool and jacuzzi we’ll hot tub were awesome. We did have a hard time trying to heat the pool however. We gave up. We rented a boat one day from Cape Cod boat rentals and that was an awesome experience as well. Food delivery was great too. We’ll definitely be back.

Family Winter Getaway

We booked this to give us a month long break from Winter and to have enough space for our 2 kids, their spouses and our 3 granddaughters ranging from 2 to 4 1/2 to come when their schedule permitted. The bedrooms were perfect for the few days we were all there but the pool area with hot tub was the big winner. It has a great shallow start to just sit and play and the rest was perfect for them to practice their swimming lessons with us close by. Plenty of space for everyone to read, relax or get a tan. We ate all of our meals at the outside dining table and the grill enabled us to cook a few meals out there. The office enabled some of us to work a few days in quiet. The house was well stocked with everything we needed for a couple of beach days. The hosts, Ruth and Christine along with property manager Steve we're quick to respond to any questions and resolved any minor issues. We would book this home again.

Perfect family vacation!

My family stayed at the Villagoona, it was beautiful the pool was perfect! My twin 3 year olds couldn’t get enough of the pool! Perfect for kids! We fished in the canal and caught some cool fish. Cooked a lot perfect kitchen. Went for lots of walks perfect neighborhood for taking walks. We loved staying here and definitely will be back!!

Fantastic property and pool but be aware of hard beds.

This was a wonderful property for our four generations (age 2 to mid 70's. The pool was what really attracted us to this listing and it did not disappoint. It was absolutely perfect with young children. The property is centrally located and so was convenient for our day trips. The property is very clean and well kept. We had just a couple of questions and both Ruth and Steve were very responsive. One word of caution for those of you who have trouble with really firm mattresses - all the mattresses are extremely firm - I would even say they were hard. This was tough for our family. As much as we loved this property, we wouldn't be able to rent again because of the mattresses.
