Ce spacieux appartement de luxe est situé dans le centre historique de Cascais, et à quelques minutes de plusieurs plages, de la Marina, des musées, des magasins, des restaurants et cafés, d’un parc et d’une piste cyclable/jogging au long de la mer, qui mène à la plus belle plage de la région : GUINCHO. Cette longue plage est idéale pour le surf et est à seulement à 10 minutes en voiture.

L’édifice est situé en recul par rapport à la rue et en conséquence, il est très calme. Des concierges assurent la sécurité 24h/24h. Un parking pour une voiture se trouve à l’entrée de l’enclos.
L’appartement a des espaces généreux qui ont été aménagés avec beaucoup de soin. Un grand salon avec des baies vitrées communique directement avec la salle à manger et la cuisine. Celle-ci est entièrement équipée et moderne. Du salon et de la salle à manger, on a accès à une terrace privée ou l’on peut également prendre ses repas. De la terrasse privée, on a également accès à un grand jardin avec des beaux palmiers et une piscine sculptée. Derrière le bâtiment se trouve un parc et en face la forteresse de Cascais.

L’appartement comprend 3 chambres, chacune avec sa propre salle de bain ainsi qu’un WC séparé à l’entrée.
Une chambre a un grand lit, une autre chambre deux lits et la troisième chambre a un lit superposé et un lit supplémentaire. 7 personnes peuvent loger confortablement dans cet appartement.

A proximité, vous avez plusieurs plages, dont le Guincho la plage par excellence pour le « kite-surfing ».
A la Marina de Cascais, qui se situe à 5min a pied, vous pouvez louer des bateaux.
Plusieurs parcours de golf se situent dans les environs, parmi lequel « Golf Oitavos Dunes » qui est considéré comme le deuxième meilleur golf du continent européen et le 58ème meilleur du monde.
A 10 minutes en voiture se trouve la Quinta da Marinha, abritant un golf et un centre équestre.
A également 10 minutes en voiture vous avec un parc national ou vous pouvez faire de belles randonnées ou du VTT.
Parmi les choses à visiter dans les environs, vous avez Lisbonne et la ville de Sintra, qui est sur la liste du patrimoine mondial de l’Unesco. Estoril vaux également le détour avec ses belles maisons et le casino, qui a figuré dans un film de James Bond.

Depuis Septembre 2022 les prix de l'énergie risquent d'augmenter à cause de la pénurie énergétique. Si Two Sisters Home reçoit une facture plus élevée, le coût supplémentaire sera demandé au client.

We spent a lovely week here. The location is great in the quieter part of Cascais - close to the marina, museums and parks - but only a few mins walk to the centre. The garden and pool are beautiful. Lots of space in the apartment and very comfortable.

What an amazing property! The apartment is in the perfect location for exploring Cascais, and is easy to get to from Lisbon airport. The apartment is decorated beautifully and has everything you would need for a holiday or short trip away! The communication from the owners and property manager was always prompt and helpful. The PERFECT place!

Everything about this condo was PERFECT! The condo was GORGEOUS. Exquisitely decorated and equipped with everything we needed. We cooked in most dinners and ate on the lovely terrace. We enjoyed swimming in the pool after a day of sightseeing. Cascais is the perfect destination - a wonderful seaside village with so many beaches, parks, scenic walks, shops, restaurants etc. It is so close to Lisbon, sintra and our favorite day trip azenhas do mar. Sandra responded to all questions immediately, and she graciously waited for us until 1 am when our flight was delayed. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND this condo!!

Extremely disappointing experience, never use this landlord/property manager

When we arrived there was building work being completed in the main entrance of the building, which we were not informed about in advance, as the property management company told us we should have been. The noise rattled through the apartment all day long making it very difficult to relax. Also, the apartment is in very close proximity to a park which houses a peacock and roosters - they wake up and start making noise around 3am, so we were up all night every night due to the intensity of the sound. When we arrived there was some damage in the property, which we highlighted as soon as we noticed (within hours of arriving). The damage had been covered up by a welcome basket upon checkin so it was not easy for us to spot. The property manager later blamed us for the damage somebody else caused and covered up. Even though we had picture proof which was time stamped as soon as we entered the property, the owners still took our entire deposit, which was a significant amount of money. We were informed by the owners that they would pay for the damage during our stay, but later they went back on their word. We believe we were set up to pay for this damage which we did not cause. We left the apartment in prestige condition and have very high standards. We tried to be amicable and supportive, offering to cover half of the cost even though we didn’t cause the damage, but with little to no response and no understanding. The property manager who checked us in was very rude and gave conflicting information, proving they were lying, but they still charged us. I would never use this landlord / property manager ever again. After such a stressful situation we have been left feeling cheated, taken advantage of, unsupported an complete undervalued

Our appartment has been on this platform and other platforms since May 2017. Since then we have never had a negative comment on the platforms nor have we ever retained somebodies deposit. We understand that a client doesn't appreciate when his/her deposit is withheld, yet this is what deposits are for. When clients damage something, in this case the cooker, the property owner has to replace the broken item and can use the deposit to do so. We trust our property manager, who is very thorough and has worked with us since the beginning. Also, to avoid possible difficulites, we discussed this issue with representatives from Homelidays to make sure we would handle this situation properly. We were told that considering the circumstances we could keep the deposit. Incidentally, we had been told by this party that they would write a bad review if we didn't pay back the deposit or half of it back. We didn't give in to this thread and now have to bear the consequences. In respect to the "picture proof", we asked the client to sent us other photos taken of the appartment that would prove they were taken at the same time. Had we received them we might have considred their claim. Without them, we believe those photos were staged to cover up for the damage. We regret this incident but believe we have handled it respecting Homelidays terms.

A quality apartment in a prime location.

We were in Cascais for our son's wedding hence we wanted somewhere special and this place did not disappoint. We had elderly parents with us so the close proximity of the town centre made it easy for them to explore on their own. The three ensuite bathrooms and the excellent kitchen equipment made the apartment very practical. The grounds and pool are beautiful and there is 24hr security. We would definitely book again.

Beautiful, well appointed, secure apartment, perfectly positioned to enjoy Cascais on foot.

The apartment is incredibly spacious and tastefully decorated. Access to the terrace, garden and pool is wonderful. Great bathroom and kitchen facilities. The 2 sisters and Isabel were very professional, organised and helpful with our stay. As well as looking fantastic and having plenty of space & comfort, the apartment was spotless. We taxied direct from Lisbon Airport ( 45 mins) and everything was easy to find & access. We enjoyed the beaches, bars and restaurants of Cascais, as well as catching the train to Lisbon and joining the local surf school in Cascais - all without a car which was a massive bonus, although I think there is secure parking for 1 car if you needed it.

Relaxing

The apartment is an oasis of calm. Gardens are kept in pristine order and the apartment is of a very high standard. Well equipped and particularly spacious,you never feel crowded. It is only 5 mins to the centre but when back inside it is so peaceful you would think you were in the countryside.All information before travel date was very informative and any emails were replied to promptly. On arrival Isabel was there to greet us and make us feel welcome. Definitely 1st class property and would recommend to anyone visiting Cascais.I’m sure we will return again.

Exceptional accommodation in spectacular Cascais

This apartment was everything we wanted for our holiday - a family of 4 with 2 teenage boys. The photos are an excellent representation but it's actually much more impressive when you see the apartment for the first time - it's incredibly spacious, tastefully furnished and very well equipped. It's in an amazing location, minutes from the restaurants, marina and beaches. Ideally and easily located for a day trip to Lisbon and Sintra, and a gorgeous bike ride to Guincho Beach. As for Cascais, it has to be one of the best locations we have ever visited (seriously!). It's a beautiful and historic town with a huge selection of small family restaurants (we did not have a bad meal) and the people are incredible - genuine, friendly and a great sense of humour! As for the owners, they provided an easy booking experience with great communication and were very efficient. The lovely Isabel meets and greets at the apartment and concierge are on hand to help with any queries. There's also parking on site for a hire car. All in all - perfect.

Great apartment. Great location between the town and the marina. It was an easy walk to the restaurants at both areas. Isabel was most helpful getting us settled in. All the information in the renters guide was useful. The pictures accurately reflect the apartment and it was very well equipped.

Nous sommes 2 soeurs qui adorons passer des vacances avec nos familles respectives à Cascais. Il y a plein d'activités pour enfants et adultes, on y mange bien et les gens sont accueillants. En plus, l'appartément est spacieux et très agréable dans une oase de paix tout en étant à proximité de tout.

Cascais est une ville charmante. L'appartement ne pourrait pas être mieux situé car il est a proximité de tout (shopping, attractions, activités sportives, restaurants) tout en étant dans un lieu calme et agréable.

L'appartement est situé dans une oasis de paix: ambiance calme, paisible et reposante et au même temps toutes les activités et lieux à visiter sont à proximité.
