Logement confortable et spacieux de 95 m², avec vue partielle sur la mer et la ville.



Il dispose d'un ascenseur, d'un accès internet haut débit fibre (wifi), climatisation, chauffage pompe à chaleur, piscine communautaire+enfants, parking extérieur dans le même immeuble selon disponibilité à l'arrivée, jardin, salon de jardin, espace enfants, 1 télévision, fer à repasser.

La cuisine indépendante avec plaque vitrocéramique est équipée d'un réfrigérateur, d'un lave-linge, d'un micro-ondes, d'un congélateur, de vaisselle/couverts, d'ustensiles de cuisine, d'une cafetière, d'un grille-pain, d'une bouilloire et d'un presse-agrumes.

The location was very good, we stayed in a 3 bedroom apartment with 2 bathrooms, , the apartment was clean and had all the kitchen equipment needed Unfortunately the smaller bathroom was really just a toilet & hand basin as the tiny shower had a curtain that is at least 6 inches to short, the water just gushed out between the gap.the bedrooms could benefit from a mirror as only in the bathrooms

Enjoyable stay, lovely budget accommodation suitable for our trip.

spacious, secure and central air con did not work, no hairdryer and although it was a self catering apartment would have been useful to have shower gel, toilet roll.

Clean, 3 Bedroom apt only 200 meters from beach and 300metres from main entertainment strip. Apt was older but was excellently priced. Had all the amenities required. We was happy to stay there. Leaking sink in second toilet. Solved with a bucket underneath but based on the rust, this has been leaking a while

A 5 minute walk to the beach,plenty of eateries to choose from,shops and chemist nearby Very small shower basin it was like a large sink with a curtain that always stuck to you,bedrooms were small for a twin,no storage for clothes.

Good stay for a weekend in benidorm

Location was spot on to enjoy what benidorm has to offer. The apartment is spacious and accommodated 5 of us very easily. The Kitchenette was handy too The showers were quite small so water got all on the bathroom floor, the air on in the hallway only cools down that space and not the adjoining bedrooms but luckily the apartment cooled down in the evening to sleep
