Cottage familial sur le magnifique lac Crystal

Cette maison a un quai / palan et 50 'de façade privée sur Crystal. Une chambre privée au premier étage et un deuxième étage pouvant accueillir jusqu'à 8 personnes. Une cuisine complète, buanderie, plus un garage et 1 & 1/2 bains. Nous avons effectué un lifting de 85% de la maison en 2013. Juste à l'extérieur de la ville et à distance de marche de tout à Beulah. Parc et court de tennis à proximité. Il y a beaucoup de sièges à l'extérieur pour profiter des merveilleux couchers de soleil.

We had a wonderful stay over Thanksgiving! We had to mostly stay inside due to high winds and storms, but it was cozy with the fireplace. Would love to stay again in the summer or fall!

My wife and I stayed four nights and loved the place. The house is older, but very clean, comfortable, and cozy. The driveway is a little tough to find, but the search is worth it.The location is great, with downtown Beulah in easy walking distance. The view of Crystal Lake, the onsite kayaks, the crystal clear water, and the sandy beach were highlights of our trip.We strongly recommend this cottage and certainly be back!

Crystal Lake Haven

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this beautiful Crystal Lake cabin. The dock and beach area is fantastic and we even used the boat lift one night. Location is great, walking distance to a yummy pizza spot and close to town. Will be staying again!

Lovely lakefront!

We enjoyed our stay at this classic lakefront cottage. We explored nearby towns and this was a very good jump off spot. The cottage was clean and the sunsets beautiful.

This is a comfortable old family vacation home. It was very clean and had all the necessities. Its beach frontage on Crystal Lake was the high point for us. We spent each evening around the fire pit watching the sunset and enjoyed kayaking on the lake during the day. The rental and check in process went smoothly. The cottage driveway off of 31 was a little hard to find: our gps took us to a parking spot on the other side of a fence separating the cottage from a small resort next door. We would rent again.

Our stay here was great. The view was amazing and the house had everything you need and more. The owners were very accommodating and kind. I would highly recommend staying here. Our family made wonderful memories here.

Nice cottage on Crystal lake

My son came up for the day with the grandkids, they had fun swimming out to the raft and the water wasn’t too deep, my grandson who is 8 could touch the bottom standing by the raft, there is some great restaurants nearby so we didn’t cook the whole weekend

Lovely time

We lived the property and the view. House was clean, well cared for, and plenty of space for us. There were 5 beds and though 4 were in the same space, not one of us really felt like we were sharing a room. We really enjoyed the town, the lake is absolutely Crystal clear and it was a quick drive to Frankfort, Bear Lake, Onekama, and Traverse. This was just a wonderful time.

Amazing Getaway!

We love the house at Crystal Lake! My family has been coming here for six years and we love it more every year. You won't find a better view and the sunsets are amazing. There are so many things to do within walking distance and the kids love to ride their bikes on the side streets. We look forward to coming back every year.

Although it was chilly at the beginning of June there were terrific views. We sat all morning in the comfy porch furniture and watched the world go by on Crystal Lake. In the evening we watched the sunset. The cabin was set up well and comfortable and for the most part things were easy to find. The cabin itself was a challenge because you don’t see the driveway until you are almost past it as you come past crystal lake resort.

Relaxing Rental

Great views on Crystal Lake! Cozy fireplace! We were there late March-early April. It was before the usual rental season. So, the cottage had not yet had a spring cleaning. ( The reason for the 4 star rating). The owners were wonderful & quick in responding to any issues we had. They are very gracious hosts!

Enjoyed the Thanksgiving weekend

Appearance and I enjoyed a long Thanksgiving weekend at the cottage. It snowed on Friday and it was so pretty by the lake. The one thing I would say is when you are driving to The cottage it is very hard to find the driveway. You need to read the instructions that are sent to you. You want to drive right past the Crystal Lake resort and then directly past that look for the green 508 sign. It took us a while to find it.

Amazing sunsets

This cottage was located perfectly to get a great view of the sunsets. The dining table and kitchen sink both face the big window so you get to see the lake. The outdoor seating under the porch (with a roof over it ) was so comfortable. The dock, the fire pit, the floating raft, the clothes line were also a great bonus. There are four beds upstairs, each tucked into their own little cubby, so although they are in the same space, they are somewhat separated. The air conditioner upstairs kept that space cool. The living room was quite large, with plenty of seating,. The property sits next to a small hotel, but is separated by trees and bushes so it’s not too intrusive. The location was perfect for getting around to see the surrounding cities and attractions. The owner, Daniel, was very responsive and great to work with, I’m crossing my fingers that we’ll be able to go back again next year.

Nice cabin with a great location in Northern Michigan on Crystal Lake

Had a great time at the cottage. Beautiful views of the lake and a perfect location. Walking distance to downtown Beulah and a short 10 minute drive to Frankfort. Sleepy Bear and Glen Arbor are also very close. Communication with Dan was great. Everything was as described.

Location and View were great…

You are definitely paying for the view. Cottage was outdated however some renovations were obvious. There seemed to be a mice problem one was seen on our last night in the living room, we did not let the owner know since we felt he knew there was already an issue. There were plugs in the outlets throughout the house to deter them. Overall stay was ok the view is what we enjoyed the most.

Thank you for your stay. We agree that the draw is the view and the location. We always hope our photos and the price reflects that our cottage is primarily a family cottage and not primarily an income property. As for the mouse, we always try to act promptly to remedy situations when they are brought to our attention and we will follow up accordingly.
