Notre magnifique condo est situĂ© dans le palais de justice historique Benzie County dans le pittoresque village de Beulah. Chaque fenĂȘtre a une vue incroyable de Crystal Lake, la plage publique de Beulah, et le Park Village, et ils sont tous Ă  quelques pas!
Le condo est parfait pour les familles de tous les ùges, et son seul étage est idéal pour ceux qui ne peuvent pas gérer les étapes.
Les nombreux Ă©quipements qui sont disponibles incluent:
‱ Shopping - Nous sommes Ă  proximitĂ© des commerces, des restaurants et des magasins d'antiquitĂ©s uniques de Beulah.
‱ Le condo est situĂ© en face de la piste / Walking Betsie Valley Bike qui vous emmĂšne Ă  Francfort pour plus de shopping, ou une baignade dans le lac Michigan.
‱ louer un kayak à travers la rue, poissons au large de la nouvelle T-dock, nager ou faire du snorkeling à Crystal Lake - l'un des plus beaux lacs et les plus propres dans le Michigan.
‱ La plage publique Beulah a Ă©tĂ© rĂ©novĂ© en 2012, et son seulement quelques pas.

Sur notre grand patio, vous pouvez écouter les Concerts dans le parc, barbecue, regarder les diverses races et des défilés, les gens regardent, demandez à votre enfant monter son tricycle, des photos couleur de craie (craie fourni), et regarder les magnifiques couchers de soleil à Crystal Lake.
Nous sommes de grands amoureux des animaux, mais désolé pas d'animaux.

Can see crystal lake and park from the condo. Across the street is downtown for restaurants, shopping and walking. Condo is centrally located to drive to sightseeing points of interest.

Great location. Close to the beach and lake, and the downtown restaurants. Fantastic location for the Michigan Ironman in Frankfort. Nice porch - big table and couple recliners.Condo was very comfortable and well appointed - two coffee makers and toasters even.

The condo was very nicely appointed with everything we could need or want. The location could not be beat—just a very short walking distance to the very nice beach and restaurants. We definitely enjoyed watching the world go by (or at least Beulah) as we sat on the huge front patio! Would love to return someday!

Just what I was looking for!

Very comfortable condo with friendly relaxing surroundings. We found the history of the courthouse most interesting. Friendly small town atmosphere.

Poor Experience

We were charged for “damages” that were already present when we arrived. I put damages in quotes because they weren’t even things we thought to note as issues until after we left and the host called to ask what we did to the condo. It was just two doors that didn’t close perfectly and since that was how we found them when we arrived, and they still worked, we just figured that’s how they were and thought nothing of it.When I told this to the host, she said I should have called her immediately to report that there were issues when we arrived. We just thought that was how the doors worked, they didn’t cause any problems so we didn’t know that something was wrong. Even after explaining this she still didn’t care, continued to scold me for not contacting her immediately upon arrival and “finding the damages”, and we were charged hundreds of dollars in damagesIf you chose to stay here, I recommend doing a full video walk through/take a lot of pictures upon arrival and right before you leave. Note any possible issues that could be considered damage when you arrive to get a time stamp of what you find to show as proof. And video before you leave to show that when you left there were no damages. I didn’t take any pictures because we left it as we found it, so I had no “proof” to show.Also note, there are signs warning of swimmers itch at the beach a block away. It was too cold for us to go in the water, but just a warning if proximity to that beach why you are considering here.

Beautiful Beachfront Condo in Beulah, Michigan – A Perfect Stay!

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this lovely condo by the beach in Beulah. The location is unbeatable, with stunning views and just a short walk to the beach. The condo itself was clean, cozy, and equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing vacation. One of the highlights of our stay was the kindness of the owner, Monica and Gregg! They went above and beyond to make sure we had a great experience, even giving me a ride to the Frankfort beach when I needed it, because I couldn’t get any taxi ride that day! Their hospitality and helpfulness made our time here even more special. I highly recommend this condo for anyone looking to enjoy the beauty of Beulah and the surrounding area. We can’t wait to come back!

Lovely Week in a Lovely Place

We were so grateful to be able to stay at the Old Courthouse again. We stayed at another unit in the past and love the location. This unit provided everything that we needed, and was perfect for our stay. We will hope to be back again.

Very clean had everything that we needed. Was great sitting on patio looking over the lake. Would stay there again. Weather was great for that time of year. The first of June.
