Beautiful property and a very responsive host. The deck provides stunning views of the ocean. We barely left it! And what a show with all the surfers, and porpoises.The beach is rocky in front of the house - great for searching tide pools during low tide. A few hundred yards to the left is a nice sand beach. Everything you need for the beach is provided.The house was immaculate and has everything you could need. The kitchen is a cook’s dream and we barely ate at the dining table because the counter was so comfortable and inviting.The rooms were big enough for four adults and the beds were comfortable. And the master bath has a soaking tub.We had a very relaxing time and would definitely stay there again. Thank you!

Fantastic, comfortable beach home with interesting architecture, excellent layout and finishes, and an unsurpassed south facing ocean location. We spent most of our time on the deck watching surfers and leaping dolphins. At low tide the sandy beach is wide and expansive, with just a few boulders near the shoreline. (Surf hazard warnings prevented this senior from getting further out than waist high; I’ll swim next time!) DeLayne is a super host too. We loved our stay and will return!

We loved every minute of our stay at Faria Beach. The house was clean and well-equipped. Checking-in was easy, the beds were comfortable, and the beach was beautiful. We hope to come back some day!

Beautiful beach house

Perfect house, great location right on the beach. This newly remodeled home on the beach was perfect for our family getaway. Cook's kitchen, relaxing deck, easy access to the beach, just the right size for four adults and a newborn. Faria Beach is quiet, conveniently located between Carpinteria and Ventura.

Great view and relaxing atmosphere.

We both loved it. Our goal was to read good books and relax while watching the waves roll in. We enjoyed watching the dolphins play and the seals popping their heads up to say hi. Great house, very peaceful, well equipped, and we definitely recommend renting it.

I'm glad you had a good stay. As mentioned in the property description, Faria Beach is constantly influenced by tides and the weather. Conditions include sandy, rocky, calm and stormy. I'm sorry you were disappointed in the conditions you experienced when you were there. There are many photos of the beach under a variety of conditions and absolutely no intention to deceive.

Absolutely stunning!

The house, view and amenities exceeded our expectations. The soaking tub was phenomenal; only problem is now I want one for our master bath! We enjoyed the sound of the surf that lulled us to sleep every night and enjoyed seeing all the marine life. We are looking forward to staying here again in the future.

Picture Perfect Beach House

This is an upscale, comfortable beach home. Right on the sand with fabulous 180+ degree ocean views. Pelicans, orcas, seals & dolphins go right past the house! Peaceful, clean and relaxing! DeLayne is the perfect host with this well-stocked perfect property.
