Très attrayante entièrement meublé, deux chambres duplex dans un endroit « Mesdag quartier »: entre Palais de la Paix et écuries royales; 5 minutes à pied du centre-ville et à 10 minutes en voiture (15 en vélo ou en tram) à la plage.

Mise en page:
entrée commune au niveau de la rue, escalier menant au premier étage. Porte d'entrée de l'appartement, petit hall, escalier menant au deuxième étage, palier, cuisine de luxe moderne avec tous les appareils.
Spacieuse chambre des maîtres, salle de bains avec baignoire. Salle de bains a seconde entrée du couloir.
Salon / salle à manger a une grande hauteur sous plafond avec poutres apparentes et cheminée.
Escalier au grenier et une deuxième chambre. Escalier terrasse sur le toit.

We loved our time here. Ric and Adrian were fabulous hosts. The kitchen was well stocked and the apartment was spacious. Outstanding location. Will definitely stay here again.

Elegant apartment - great location.

Lovely, comfortable airy town apartment within easy distance of both local restaurants and shops and the centre of Den Haag. Friendly host made us feel welcome and we enjoyed our stay.

We had a wonderful long weekend at Ric’s apartment. The apartment is beautiful and well equipped. The neighborhood is lovely with lots of restaurants and bars just a few steps away. Moreover, Ric is a great host: he gave us a lot of tips for our stay in Den Haag and made us feel more than welcome. We hope we can come back soon!

Exceptional host and property!!

Wonderful apartment and location in the Hague! New front windows and shades! Black out curtains. Host is incredibly kind and helpful — gave useful information and ideas for the area and Amsterdam. Very comfortable beds, nice full kitchen, warm clean shower. Location is 5 minute walk to multiple restaurants and shopping. Close to beach. Highly recommend. We would definitely stay again.

Wonderful stay in De Haag in a great location

We loved staying in Ric's apartment. It was clean, cosy, and spacious for a family of 4. The location is hard to beat - in a relaxed neighbourhood, with nice restaurants on the doorstep, and only a stone's throw from the forest on the way to the beach. Ric is a local and was incredibly welcoming - he was flexible to be there when we arrived, and then gave us loads of tips on the area, restaurant and bike hire suggestions, etc. A very different experience to so many property hires, where you no longer see anyone. We thoroughly enjoyed our sunny few days in the city, we cycled up to Wassenaar twice and made it to Keukenhof and Duinrell. The children were very happy too. We couldn't recommend Ric's place more highly.

Well located

Great location and walkable to lots of restaurants and transportation options. Beds are comfortable. The kitchen is well stocked. The apartment is the American second floor/European first floor of a house, with the owner on the top floor. Both the the toilet and the kitchen are outside of the apartment (sink and shower are inside). Ric was friendly and very helpful. There is some noise from the street in the front room, but the back room is very quiet.

Great Location - But only renting first floor

The apartment is in a great location and Ric is very welcoming. Apartment very clean. When we booked the text of the website still referenced characteristics of the second floor apartment, which was rented in the past. Now Ric lives upstairs but you have good privacy downstairs. There is, however, no Terrasse and you need to pass through the second room to get to the shower or toilet. Steep stairs to get to the apartment, as common in the Netherlands.

Wir waren für zwei Übernachtungen zu viert vor Ort.Die Kommunikation mit Ric war bereits vor der Anreise Top und bei der Ankunft wurden wir persönlich empfangen und uns wurde alles wichtige gezeigt und erklärt, dass Ric sehr gut deutsch spricht kam uns sehr entgegen. Die Wohnung ist sehr schön und für vier Personen ausreichend groß.die Küche haben wir nicht benutzt, augenscheinlich war aber alles nötige vorhanden. Die Lage der Wohnung ist perfekt, die komplette Innenstadt ist fußläufig erreichbar und wenn es zum Strand gehen soll und man nicht 45 Minuten gehen möchte ist die Haltestelle der Linie 1 in nur fünf Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen. Es war für uns ein sehr schönes langes Wochenende in Den Haag und wir können die Wohnung ohne Einschränkungen weiterempfehlen!

Simple Apartment in a Great Location

Our family of 4 stayed here for a week. The location is great! We biked from here all over the Hague, the beach a few times, and to Delft. The kitchen is well-stocked. A hint for those sleeping in the living room- the street lights are bright so bring an eye mask if that bothers you. The hosts are very welcoming and available if you need them.
