La Casetta di Orvieto

Le logement est dans le centre historique, dans un quartier très calme. Finement rénové en 2016. Il comprend une chambre double, une chambre simple et un canapé-lit double dans le salon. Le logement peut accueillir jusqu'à 5 personnes. La cuisine est équipée de tout le confort et ustensiles (réfrigérateur et congélateur, lave-vaisselle, four, four micro-ondes, machine à café expresso et machine à café américaine, bouilloire, grille-pain, mixeur). Vous trouverez du thé, des dosettes de café, des biscuits secs et des articles pour le petit-déjeuner à votre disposition.
TV présente dans chaque chambre et dans le salon. Draps et serviettes disponibles.
Service Wi-fi présent. Laveuse / sécheuse disponible.
Un petit jardin extérieur et une terrasse avec une splendide vue panoramique peuvent être utilisés.
Le Casetta est situé tout près à pied du parking public couvert appelé Ex Campo della Fiera ou Campo Boario, relié au centre-ville par des ascenseurs et des escaliers mécaniques construits à l'intérieur de la falaise.
Le prix minimum se réfère au séjour pour n. 3 personnes. Chaque invité au-dessus de la troisième personne paie un prix supplémentaire de 15,00 € par nuit.
Ménage quotidien supplémentaire possible sur demande pour 20,00 €.
Le contact téléphonique est apprécié au moins une heure avant l'arrivée.
Enregistrement à partir de h. 15 h. 23. Départ dans h. 11. Lors de l'enregistrement, les clients sont priés de fournir une copie valide de leur document d'identité pour chaque invité.

Comfortable and convenient.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Chiara’s apartment in Orvieto. She went out of her way to make our stay easy and enjoyable, arranging taxis and helping with luggage. The apartment is comfortable and close to the many tourist attractions of this picturesque historic city. We would certainly stay here again.

Beautiful Apartment!

We loved the property, it was beautiful and the owner was kind and welcoming. The garden was stunning, I love roses, and we had an amazing view of the countryside. Orvieto is quaint and charming and we hope to be back again someday!

Beautiful space. The host could not have been more gracious and accommodating -- met us at the apartment (early arrival) on arrival and departure, showed the apartment to us and made dinner reservations. Perfect stay.

We enjoyed our short stay. It was immaculate and cozy. The view was very nice and made for a photo memory. Chiara is a sweet woman, and very responsive and helpful. I highly recommend this place and may return myself some day.

A true find tucked away.

We really enjoyed our stay, unfortunately we didn’t get in till late evening so we went back to visit the town prior to leaving. Chiara was a wonderful host and the apt was very clean. We have nothing but great things to say and will certainly have good memories of our visit to ORVIETO. Ciao.

Our stay at Casetta di Orvieto

Our stay at Chiara’s home was fantastic! Chiara was incredibly communicative leading up to our stay and provided us driving directions to the main parking lot in town, where she met us and then walked us to the house. The house was exactly as the pictures depict it - cozy and beautifully decorated. We enjoyed the brief walk through the streets of Orvieto to the main part of town where there were many dining and shopping options. Chiara offered us lots of information on Orvieto and sites to visit. We’d definitely stay at Casetta di Orvieto again!

A place of delight in Orvieto

Orvieto itself is just charming. Bring able to stay at Chiara's darling cottage made it perfect. Spotlessly clean. with every amenity you could think of we just loved it. The decor is a delight and with comfortable bed and pillow sleeping was great. You will love staying here. Loved the great shower and the view was amazing. We loved the patio to have coffee in the morning and a glass or "two" of wine in the evening Meeting Chiara and enjoying this amazing hilltop villsge was a highlight of our 3 weeks in Italy. you will not be disappointed.

a secret gem

the house was immaculate but the selling point was the outside space and position within the town.although completely central the space outside was a delight for eating and being. The hostess was so helpful, booking taxi's for us for arrival and departure. There was cooking equipment and different coffee machines with coffee. Orvieto was a beautiful place and we stayed a week without a car. easy to get to from Rome.

Stunning and Quaint

This property is very comfortable and has all the amenities you need. Chiara was always quick to reply to our questions even when we got lost walking the windy narrow streets after sunset our first night out. I highly recommend staying here as it is almost midway between Rome and Florence yet is a destination in itself with its stunning views, rich history, good dining, and romantic atmosphere. Who wouldn’t want to stay in a walled city? I’ve never felt safer and the city is extremely clean.

Great apartment, fabulous city.

The apartment is excellent in all respects. It is within easy walking distance of all the main sights/sites of the old city, but is in a quiet enclave away from traffic and other noise. There is even a rose filled garden for relaxing in, and a tiny terrace with views across the countryside. The apartment is very well equipped, and the owner very responsive to all requests. Orvieto has a long history and a great deal to offer the tourist. I would stay in this apartment again given the chance. Thank you Chiara.
