Très bien situé! L'accès facile à la plage! 12 personnes

Ces belles trois condos de l'histoire sont conçus comme des locations de vacances
pour accueillir confortablement jusqu'à 12 personnes. Peut accueillir de grands groupes jusqu'à 36 personnes si les 3 condos sont loués dans le même complexe de 4 unités.
Rez de chaussée: 1 garage fermé, grande chambre ouverte avec un bain, laveuse / sécheuse
Deuxième étage: Salon, cheminée, salle à manger, cuisine et salle de bains 1/2.
Troisième étage: Deux chambres avec une salle de bain complète.

Notre condo 392 Franklin a de beaux balcons avec vue sur l'océan au 2ème et 3ème étage.
Accès à la plage pratique juste en bas de la rue et une belle et confortable à pied au centre-ville et de la jetée de Pismo.
Les images montrées sont de donner une idée générale de l'intérieur de nos deux condos Franklin et Wilmar. Grâce à des mises à niveau ou d'autres changements, les meubles actuels / layout peuvent ne pas être exactement comme indiqué.

Everything was great. Just make sure you are at the right unit because the map gives you the condo complex address instead of the actual unit address. Very clean, host was so kind and even brought us fresh corn! We had all we need there! And the beach access was great (be prepared for a lot of stairs though but that’s normal in Pismo.

Hidden Gem!

Our family had an event close by and we all wanted to stay in Pismo Beach together. I was lucky enough to find this little gem and work with the host to secure it for the days needed. The host was very responsive to my inquiries, and the place was just perfect for our family! Convenient location, easy walk to the beach, quiet neighborhood, we couldn't have picked a better place or host!

Plenty of Room

Very nice condo. Clean and well appointed. More than enough room for my family of 7. Wish there would have been some beach toys for the little ones, but they had fun just playing in the water.

Bachelorette Trip

This was a PERFECT location for easy beach access. It’s just a 10 min drive to Madonna inn and Edna valley wineries. A little 10 min walk to the start of Main Street Pismo area. Kelly was amazing and communicated so rapidly. She was very accommodating and the condo was clean. We will definitely be booking another stay at this location.

Perfect location

Clean, beds very comfortable, all amenities appreciated, walked to restaurants, pier and beach. Got our exercise going up and down those Wilmar Stairs!

Great Stay!

This condo was a great location - was visiting SLO for a bridal shower with friends & decided to stay on the coast. There were 7 of us - slept comfortably and had plenty of space. Nice & convenient to SLO, Pismo, Avila Beach. Wish we could of stayed longer - but it was a quick weekend trip.

Family weekend

The area and condo were both amazing, the kids all enjoyed the quick walk to the beach, easy highway access and food and entertainment within minutes of the condo! Thank you Kelly for responding so quickly when we got lost it was a pleasure staying here

Wonderful stay.

Kelly was very responsive. The home was just lovely and although close to the freeway in a great location close to everything. The home was spacious and comfortable.

Steps away from ocean

We had a blast! So close to the beach, comfortable beds, loved having access to the garage. Lots to do within a minutes drive.

Pismo Beach Weekend

Great location. Plenty of space for our family of 10. Teenagers all slept on pull out couches and had a blast. Perfect views of the beautiful sunsets.
