Welcome to Pismo Beach! Bring your family and friends to this fully remodeled and stylish 3 BR property minutes away from some of the best activities in Pismo Beach!

Amazing location, full amenities, sleeps 9 and with only being one block from beach you can't go wrong!!

Fully remodeled 3 bedroom 2 bath:

*Master bedroom w/ King Bed and en suite on upper level, sleeper sofa in living room

*Two guest bedrooms, One Queen, One Twin over Full Bunk and a shared bath at the end of the hallway on lower level

*Fully Equipped Kitchen, Dining for 6 and bar seating for 4

In the heart of town but very private and peaceful.

Guests are expected to be respectful of surrounding neighbors at all times and must comply with the local noise ordinance. Quiet hours are 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM.

Parking for up to 2 cars in garage and street parking. No parking in front of garage.

We provide starter supplies for guests: shampoo, conditioner, body wash, paper towels, toilet paper, etc. All other supplies will need to be providing by the guests.

Internet/ TV: We have Wi-Fi set up as well as Smart TV's in the living room and bedrooms so you can login to all of your favorite streaming platforms. BYO Passwords

We will be available from 8am-8pm to communicate with over the platform.

Must sign rental agreement upon booking and upload a copy of your legal unexpired driver's license or passport

Must submit a $500 off-platform security hold that will be collected upon signing rental agreement but it will not be placed until 2 days prior to arrival and released 3 days after departure, if no damages are reported. Deposit to be processed by host on guests credit card. Please note we are API Connected to a hotel-style software called OwnerRez to safely and securely take off-platform security deposits.

This house was in a great location, close to the Pismo pier, shops, and restaurants. We had everything we needed and more. The house was decorated and recently remodeled would definitely stay here again. Check-in instructions were easy and host was very responsive.

The townhome is in a safe, nice and convenient neighborhood - walking distance from anything you want in Pismo Beach. There is plenty of stuff in the townhome (pots, pans, dishes, towels, etc) to take care of all your needs. The host kept in contact before and throughout making check-in simple and being available in case of need. There really isn’t a good view of the beach from the townhome but it is just a couple of blocks walk. The parking was spacious - enough for 2 cars to get in and out easily.

Stop looking, because this is the place. 4 adults and 4 kids had an absolutely wonderful vacation due in large part to this perfect property. Beach access and downtown Pismo are both a few short walking minutes away. Our youngest is 4 and she had no problem walking the short distance. The house had plenty of space for all of us and the kids loved the bunk bed room. The kitchen had so many amenities that I was honestly shocked. We’ve stayed at other properties that didn’t have anywhere near the amount of items in the kitchen for us to use. Plates, bowls, cups, stem wear, silverware, cutting boards, crockpot, bbq grill with all the necessary tools needed to whip up some burgers, everything we needed and so much more was at our fingertips. The property included a two car garage that fit two full sized trucks. Also included was an outside shower that definitely came in handy for rinsing our sandy feet off after a great day at the beach. I highly recommend this property to anyone and everyone looking for a stress free experience with more amenities than you can shake a stick at. The family and I just got back and we’re already looking at our calendars trying to decide when we can book again.

Family get together

The property was beautiful decorated with a comfortable ocean theme. All the amenities were provided including a two car garage. Appliances are new and the kitchen is open to the living space providing a great space to gather. The bedrooms and bathrooms were so nice and clean. We loved it!

Pismo Getaway

What a fabulous weekend at Pismo Beach with my fam and extended members. This wouldn’t have been possible without Megan’s property, which was super clean, organized, great location (less than 3 blocks from the pier, and communication with her was flawless. If u have fam & friends and want to enjoy time away from the hustle and bustle of the city, I highly recommend Megan’s place——best host in town!!

Amazing stay and location!

Our stay was lovely! The location was perfect for walking to the beach and the boardwalk but quieter than other locations we’ve stayed in Pismo. Lovely condo, comfy beds, and stayed nice and cool at night even when the days were 80+. Management was very responsive to our questions. We would definitely stay here again!

Amazing location well equipped

Have stayed at a lot of properties around this area and this one stood out to be one of the best for location, price, comfort and modernization (which I love). Kitchen was well stocked with everything needed to cook with exception to seasonings so bring your own. One of the things that stood out was that they had a warm shower outside which was amazing after a day at the beach! Loved that we could walk to the beach (5-7mins) and the beach was nice and clean. Tons of clams to be dug (but don’t catch them!) and beautiful sunsets! Would not hesitate to stay here again. Also place came with parking which was perfect for an SUV. Lots of side street parking available too! Location was amazing!

Gorgeous Home close to everything

This was one of our best house rentals ever. Professionally appointed, no mess, no fuss. Easy entry with a door code, room for two compact SUVs in the garage, short walk (like 150 yards) to the Beach, 4 blocks to all the restaurants around the Pier. And Megan was very warm and checking on us to make sure we were having a good stay. I can't say enough things. The price isn't low and it shouldn't , but I feel like it's very reasonable for what you get. Thank you, Megan!

Summer fun!

We had a great time in this beautiful home! Aside from the home being stunning the location was absolutely perfect! It’s close to the shops, pier and beach. The kids had a great time. Perfect for a family escape!

We go every year for the car show with our family. It was conveniently located, clean and enough room for everyone. The hosts were great. Responded quickly when we had a question.
