Cette communautĂ© de villĂ©giature fermĂ©e comprend des courts de tennis, du volley-ball, un green, des terrains de basket-ball, un jeu de palets, des piscines intĂ©rieure et extĂ©rieure, plusieurs zones de grillades et un cafĂ© proposant du cafĂ© Starbucks. Vous apprĂ©cierez les plages privĂ©es, blanc comme le sucre, les dunes de sable naturelles et les magnifiques paysages. Il y a des activitĂ©s disponibles pour tous les Ăąges et parfaites pour les escapades en famille! Le club de golf de Kiva Dunes et l'impressionnant restaurant Kiva Dunes sont Ă  cĂŽtĂ© Ă  distance de marche. À votre arrivĂ©e, vous apprĂ©cierez le condo au rez-de-chaussĂ©e avec une vue partielle sur le golfe, ainsi qu'une superbe vue sur la piscine. La chambre principale a un matelas Ă  plateau-coussin king size, une tĂ©lĂ©vision Ă  Ă©cran plat et une salle de bain privĂ©e. La chambre d'hĂŽtes a un lit queen et un lit complet pour accueillir quatre personnes supplĂ©mentaires. Le salon a un canapĂ©-lit Serta gĂ©nial et a fiĂšre allure avec le dĂ©cor bien amĂ©nagĂ©. La cuisine est bien garnie et a tout ce dont vous avez besoin pour prĂ©parer ce grand repas de famille! Il y a une laverie sur place pour votre commoditĂ©.

Pros: The room was affordable, close to the beach, and had access to nice pools. Cons: The washer and dryer are not in the unit and are not free. There was a metal piece of edging coming off the wall as you go through the walkway. There was rust all over it and it stuck out quite a ways. I contacted the owner and was told that maintenance would address it.

There was a damaged wall in the hall. The air conditioning did go into the smaller bedroom and the fan dud not help. The tv fid have any cable connection, the phone number in your paperwork to call for tv was not answered after multiple calls over 4 days.

I’m sure the condo was very nice at one time, but it’s in need of repair. There is water damage and mold in both bathrooms, and most of the switches and outlets don’t work throughout. I’d stay again, but not in this unit.

We enjoyed our stay here. Everything was as described in the listing except the washer and dryer wasn’t inside the unit. It was shared and had to be paid for with coins. The condo was very clean and comfortable. We would definitely stay here again in the future.

Beautiful condo!

This place was great! It had everything you need for a comfortable stay. The location was amazing too, only being a short walk to the beach. The pools were all within walking distance which was nice having 4 kids to keep busy. This was our second stay in this condo and I’ll definitely be planning another stay!

Comfortable condo

We came with extended family for Thanksgiving and had the best time. Everything we needed was right there in the condo. The beds were comfortable and the rooms were cozy.

Disappointed

The location was great! We could watch our kids at the pool from the porch if we weren’t ready to join them quite yet and it was a 5 minute walk to the beach. One of our kids got sick so this was a nice feature. The unit was clean but old and could really benefit from a fresh coat of paint. The floors weren’t very clean and turned our socks brown. Plates and bowls were chipped but still useable. In the beginning we were told we had access to the indoor pool, but after arriving and asking for a key like our friends had from a different unit we were told we didn’t have access. We were actually told three different things by three different people but after about an hour on the phone the last person told us he would try to find a key. Finally, we got a key but no wristbands which are also required and we didn’t get the key to the pool until our 4th day of staying there. The key even had our unit number written on it! The weather was in the 60’s so it would have been really nice to have the pool key at the beginning of our trip instead of us calling them and telling us we didn’t have access. The master bath didn’t drain well and filled up half way every time we took a shower. They came out to fix it the next day and the maintenance guy was very nice! The hallway bathroom fan makes a really loud noise when it’s on and the internet isn’t very strong in the unit. The outlets were also difficult to use; when you plug something in it often falls out and you have to balance the plug so it doesn’t fall out. We were disappointed in the management of the property. Other units had keyless entry while on this unit you have to pick up and return the keys. A company also came by to spray for bugs while we were there but we weren’t notified at all this would be happening. We were also told to call the internet company ourselves about the internet not working because they were too busy. We manage properties for a living so unfortunately we felt a little like we were still at work during this vacation. The beach was also wonderful, very clean. You can rent an umbrella and two chairs for $40/day I think. You have to pay $20 for parking and Poole and Associates also charged a non-refundable deposit in addition to a booking fee that didn’t seem clear to us in the beginning. We thought the price was the price. For the money we spent, we would book somewhere nicer. We ended up leaving a day early.

Good location and lots to do

Great location. We were about 10-15 minutes out of the hussle and bussle of Gulf Shores but still close enough to enjoy the activities. Have been to Plantation before and have loved it so we will be back for a fifth time soon!

Room was clean and had everything we needed in the kitchen. Loved the multitude of pools. Sassy Bass restaurant was great. Will be back!

Nice unit

Overall this was a great complex and this condo was good. However, the ceiling fans did not work and there were many light bulbs out throughout. The kitchen is VERY small (one person max). We missed not having a washer/dryer. The location to the pool and beach are great.
