Gorgeous quite &cozy 3 bedrooms single story house (1790 Sf and 7500 Sf yard) for business, Family, and romantic trip (monthly).
This is my 2nd residential when i come to Vegas.
We take pride in providing clean house, with extra care to disinfect surfaces between reservations through professional cleaners. House Self Check-in, Great location, (smoking ok in the yard), one pet up to17LB.
House has business section included Desk, large computer MONITOR & PRINTER with HIGH-SPEED internet for your connivence.
4 min to 215, Center with Apple bee, panda Express, Ross, Walmart, wall green ,20 min to airport and convention, with complimentary Starbucks or Peet's coffee or espresso. To book the house need 1 review and copy of ID picture
Treat it as is your house.

House was clean. Host was very helpful. Location is close to many stores, freeway, and places to eat. Safe and quiet neighborhood. My husband I walked around the neighborhood every morning.

Yes, the hosts are great! the house are in great condition. We are enjoy in this great house with family reunite. Only complaint is ithe house is located in airline path, we are constantly heard flights flow over the house.

This is exactly what we wanted and needed for a long weekend getaway. The neighborhood was quiet, and it was nice to be away from The Strip. Just watch out for the teddy bear cactus along the driveway!

CleanI’m a general contractor by trade it was all I could do not to go down to Lowe’s and spend twenty dollars and fix 4or5 of the cabinet doors the hinges need replacing. But all in all it beat staying in a hotel for a week would rent the property again

Great single-story house. House was easy to find and very clean. Lots of great plants in the back courtyard. In a safe, residential are that’s an easy drive to the strip, stadiums etc. Host was helpful. Great stay!

It was a great spot. It met our expectations except for the cable box, but were able to connect thru our phones to cast it to the screen in the main room, but in one of the guest rooms we had to connect our laptop to the screen. Other than that, it was a good stay!

Perfect Accommodations for our family of 4.

The property was clean and amazingly stocked with anything we could need. Charging cords, fans, coffee, blankets, towels, bathroom supplies, etc. It had a beautiful covered patio surrounded by flowering plants. I was so happy with everything. I would definitely stay there again!

The house was as stated in the listing, great location for sightseeing outside of Las Vegas and in good neighborhood. Extra bonus the patio is amazing with seating, fire pit, and flowers everywhere which was amazing.

Wonderful property and great hosts

Very comfortable home for our weeklong visit to Red Rock Canyon. Lots of amenities, comfortable beds and showers. Floor plan is open and private at the same time. Backyard patio is spacious, relaxing, and also private. Quiet and friendly neighborhood. This home will be our first choice when we return!

Perfect For Our Family

We wanted to stay off strip and hike around Red Rock Canyon for a couple of days. This three bedroom house was perfect for our family. It was clean, safe, and our hosts were so accommodating and great at communication. If we come back to Las Vegas on a family vacation we will be Staying here again!

Excellent Location

Overall excellent home. Close to the strip and home is well appointed and close to the strip. Cleanliness, which is a big deal to us, was outstanding. A very minor issue is that the guest showerhead and mixing valve need replacement. It was very hard to turn the valve in either direction. Other than that, quiet neighborhood and relaxing home.

We loved everything about the house

The owners put a lot of attention into the little things, so the house is useable and fun. Linens, pots and pans, tissues, paper towels, a lighter for the fireplace, garage door remotes, seasonings for cooking and a backyard firepit are all provided. We loved the house and enjoyed how close it was to stores, restaurants, downtown, and Red Rock Canyon. Moreso, we appreciated that it was on a quiet, residential street in a great neighborhood where we could relax and enjoy our vacation.

Family Friends Trip

We were traveling with friends and this house provided the perfect place for our needs. Each person/couple had their own space/bedroom. This house was very very clean, the only thing I could comment on negatively would be that the vents needed to be cleaned. Everything else was immaculate!! The kitchen of course was the gathering place for all of us and it was well thought out, had all of the cooking pots/pans gadgets that you could ever need. The back yard was amazing in the evenings, we had a fire in the pit and everything was just so beautiful!! Super easy communications with the Hosts, super easy to check in. They made sure that we had everything that we needed. They even had brought a fan for me upon prior request!! We will return to this house for sure in the future!! Easy to get to the strip, lots around to do if you don't want to go to the strip. Neighbors were friendly and we felt safe in the house. Great security!! Thanks again!!

Nice quiet neighborhood only 15 minutes to the strip

We stayed with friends for a quick trip to Vegas. It is a nice quiet neighborhood and well equipped home. We enjoyed sitting on the patio for morning coffee. Would definitely recommend.

Lovely, Clean Quiet Home

The house is spacious, comfortable and lovely. The neighborhood is quiet and peaceful, but still an easy drive to all the excitement of the strip. The owners are easy to deal with and very accommodating. Definitely recommend.

Quiet getaway

My wife and I have stayed here at this property multiple times now. The hosts are wonderful people, and the home always has everything we need. It’s a very quiet neighborhood. I come to Vegas for business. I will always look to stay here first before choosing to lol elsewhere. It’s close to the strip but far enough away from the riff raff. It’s a great place to stay.

I would recommend. Clean and quiet. Outdoor back patio was much bigger and nicer than the photos made it look. Lots of pretty flowers. Nice to have a garage to park the car. We appreciated the coffee options. Seemed much more like a home than a rental.

wonderful and relaxing

this is a wonderful cozy home My wife and I were there for business. 2 weeks. i had family join for one of the weeknds. Everything in this home is just as it shows in the listing and the hosts were very responsive. I would definitely stay here again. Its close to the strip for those looking for fun.

This is my cozy 2nd home ,i use the house when I am in Vegas .Peaceful, quite with everything you need for cooking and serving .5 min to large shopping center (Apple bee ,chipotle ,MacDonald ,Panda express ,Panera Bread ,In & out wall mart ,Lowes ,big lot ,Office depot ,and 8 min to Costco and red rock casino.
10 min to Allegiant ,and T-Mobile stadium ,and 20 to 25 min to airport.
