Superbe studio

A deux pas de la plage, un studio jjoliment décoré sous le thÚme de la mer, trÚs bien équipé pour qui veut cuisiner et d'une propreté impeccable. Propriétaires vivrnt sur place et sont trÚs sympathiques.

This place was absolutely adorable and beautifully upgraded—such a cozy and stylish retreat! The location couldn’t have been better, just a short stroll to the beach. It was the perfect spot to unwind after a busy day exploring Portland. Honestly, our only complaint is that we couldn’t stay longer. Highly recommend!

Excellent place , location was great and the place is new and super clean . They have everything you need. Bathroom and shower were perfect and clean. You can walk anywhere from this location and the beach is 500 ft from the vrbo. We will be going back for sure .

Perfect, all but the rain.

This property is so nice. I can't wait to rent it again.Very clean, quiet and so so cozy. Just a few steps from beach and near lots of fun places. I would recommend it to anyone looking for comfy and cozy. Love it!

Quick Night on the Beach

We had a great night staying here! Property was perfect size for me and my husband, and we were in walking distance to the beach. This was a great and relaxing stop on our trip!

Great location-beautiful accommodations!

Teddy Baer Bungalow (as the owner's have affectionally named it) was one of the nicest places we have ever stayed in Old Orchard Beach for accommodation of similar offering. The large studio suite has a well appointed kitchen with all amenities (sans dish washer), small seating/living area with a sofa and queen bed and a decent sized bathroom with a stand-up shower. The rental was immaculately clean and for someone like me who is very picky in this area, the place felt like home to me. There's a small patio out back with dining table and grill (shared with owners) and a small front porch with comfy glider chairs. The rental provides all the linens and towels. The kitchen is well stocked and has starter supplies like paper towels, K-Cups, and some spices. There's a large closet off the entry area that has some hangers for clothes/jackets. The bed was super comfy which is a plus when you're away from home. You can really tell the owners take pride in this rental. The location is considered "Ocean Park" which in my opinion is a little nicer than OOB itself. We definitely noticed how quiet it was after hours and very family friendly neighborhood. The beach is a 2 min walk and only about a 10-15 min walk to the pier for all the fun. There are a couple little stores only a few blocks from the rental as well. There's also a snack bar at the end of the road just as you reach the sandy entrance to the beach. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend to others.

Outstanding

The Teddy Baer Bungalow was amazing. We’ve been vacationing in Old Orchard for years. The quality of some of the places we’ve stayed at previously has continued to decline. The Teddy Baer was an incredible find. Immaculately clean, so close to the beach and beautiful inside. Couldn’t have asked for anything better. Phil was the perfect host. We’ll definitely be back.

Home away from home

What a wonderful property! Absolutely everything you might need is right here. Close to the beach, close enough to the pier to walk. Every convenience is here, microwave, stove, Keurig, blender. The property owners are right on site, there if you need anything, and quiet enough you’d hardly know they’re there. At the end of the day when walking in, felt just like coming back to home, became so comfortable and familiar quickly.

Adorable cottage near the beach

This cute little place was spotless, well-maintained, and extremely close to the beach. It was quiet and had a well-stocked kitchen. Loved Paulette and Phil, who were good communicators and excellent hosts!

Amazing property!

The pictures don't do justice to this amazing space! It was adorable, immaculate, clean, and comfortable. So many thoughtful details and amenities, and just steps away from the beautiful beach! The host was wonderful with prompt communication. We will absolutely return here for another stay.
