The Photos don't do the property justice... because the Unit is very long and more spacious than the photos can show....has a spectacular view of the private pond (which has some pretty good bass fishing)... It is extremely well maintained...smells nice and feels fresh and clean... Every amenity that you'll need like cookware, plates, silver, glasses, utensils, spices, Fridge with ice maker, plenty of towels, washer and dryer... comfortable beds, internet, King size bed and 2 doubles, with a sofa sleeper... really big table with sleeves to be shortened or lengthened.
Has cooshy carpet, large tv in living room and smaller in main bedroom(although neither are flat screen/led etc but does have rca inputs but not hdmi) but does have good cable channels... 2 full size baths (1 shower and 1 shower/tub). Good size closets... both are walk in sized..
Nice neighbors, quiet neighborhood, except for the occasional exotic bird or hoot owl :O... Really Really neat in that the golf course is only 50 yards from the property, and if you like seeing wild life you can see lots of deer and turkeys on the course... Plenty of squirrels and shore birds too...and an occasional foot long mini-gator in the pond..
Ted is a really nice guy and very enjoyable to work with... He refunded our deposit in a timely manner and is accountable to the tenants etc...
Also the location is close to walking and biking paths and there are some great neighborhoods to walk or bike through.. Grocery Store, Gym, Restaurants, Drug Stores, etc. are all within a 3-5 minute drive and less than 1 mile away...
This is a really nice property on the top floor, so no-one walking on top of your head and it has an assigned covered parking and there is plenty of guest parking... Pool is very well maintained as well....
Bout a 25 minute drive to Tampa Airport and 20 minutes to the beaches etc....and 20 minutes to the Sponge Docks etc..
You wont go wrong here....
