Cathy who assists with the property was exceptional in all respects.As far as the property is concerned the condo needs a refresh in all respects. In my opinion everything is just the same in the unit as it has been for the past 6 plus years. I was most displeased with the lack of a thorough cleaning. Housekeeping should look up at the ceiling fan.The view of the ocean is fantastic!

If there had been any concerns during your stay - such as the ceiling fan you mentioned - I would have immediately asked housekeeping to return and address it right away. Location and view was great. The condo was well equipped and fairly clean.My biggest complaint was the bath towels and bed linens. The bath towels seemed old and dingy and felt like sand paper, the bed linens were really wrinkled to the point I was not sure if they had been changed from the previous guest.With that said I probably would stay there again based on the location.

Great Location and Condo

Absolutely loved the stay in Cathy's condo! Pretty much every utensil you need to cook a meal is right at your fingertips. Food/sundries within a few minute walk. Two pools to choose from. A beautiful view of the Gulf! Ice cream shop on premises, along with the sky bar. Restaurants within walking distance. Can't beat the location! Will look to stay again!

We had a great time there. The view of the Beach was great. The location was very close to Pier Park where there is tons of restaurants and stores to browse.
