The room was very clean, loved the location! And the Host was amazing, answered all my questions promptly, gave us helpful information about the area, and the unit was stocked with everything needed and beyond. I would definitely book this property again.

Parking was with easy in having the room on the same level as the sky bridge was a giant plus. Really enjoyed the included beach chairs. Will book again in the future.

Great stay with my husband and kids for spring break. Clean, well cared for condo with all the amenities you need for a great vacation. From extra beach toys, reserved chairs on the beach, great pools for the kids, and a view that can’t be beat, we had a great time! Parking was also nice for us, to have an enclosed parking garage made things feel comfortable and easy coming back to the condo.

The condo was clean and well stocked! Cynthia is amazing to work with, responds quickly and is very personable! The free beach chairs are a great addition! Resort has many fun and kid friendly amenities. No fault to owner, but with the sky bar being so close to the condo it can get pretty loud, especially karaoke night, but it was tolerable. Definitely will be booking with Cynthia again!

The room was everything and more than we expected. Extra beach toys and chairs even though the beach service came with the room. Having beach chairs was awesome! Communication with the owners was A. The location is amazing, can walk to dinner each night, gift shops, and parking is easy. View was amazing, love being on the third floor and easy access to stairs if you don't want to wait for elevators. We have been coming to PCB for years and this place is at the top of our list to stay at.

We have stayed in this area for many years and this was by far the best experience ever!! The condo was clean and well stocked. The resort has great amenities from the pools, restaurants and bar. And Cynthia is amazing!! She worked with our schedule and communication was excellent! She truly cares about her guests! We will definitely be back! Thank you!

We had the most amazing stay at this beach condo! The price point was incredibly reasonable for everything it offered, which made the experience even better. The view of the beach was absolutely breathtaking! Waking up to that every day felt like a dream. The condo itself was spotless and had such a clean, cozy, and welcoming feel. You could tell a lot of care goes into maintaining it, which made it easy to relax and truly enjoy our time there. The amenities at this resort were even more outstanding! Heated pool with a tiki bar was our favorite because the beach water was still a bit chilly this time of year! What really stood out, though, was the owner. Their communication was outstanding from start to finish. Quick to respond, super helpful, and genuinely friendly. It made the whole process smooth and stress-free. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay and will definitely be coming back!

Perfect stay

A friend and I booked a very quick getaway and Cynthia helped us make the absolute most of it! She is flexible, easy to communicate with, and so helpful. The condo is bright and cheery, offers a beautiful view, and is steps away from the skyway bridge. We keep coming back to Emerald Beach due to location and value, and Cynthia’s place takes the cake. Thank you for making our trip perfect!

Absolutely perfect!

This unit was absolutely beautiful. The location is perfect, right on the 3rd floor, close to all the amenities the resort has to offer. The property manager is wonderful, so easy to communicate with! The bed is so comfortable and the room is stocked with anything you could possibly need for your stay. This is our new favorite property!

Beautiful and clean condo

We loved staying at this condo! Beautifully decorated, clean, spacious. The ocean view was stunning. Stayed here with our 3 small children, and they really enjoyed the kids pool! Thank you for a wonderful stay!
