Cozy backyard retreat near Lake Meridian

This Kent suite boasts an inviting one-bedroom unit, and is only a short walk to Lake Meridian. Step inside this marvelous property and be greeted by a lovely living room, complete with a cozy sofa bed for additional space. With amenities like AC, hair dryer, heating, washing machine, WiFi, and iron, you'll have everything you need for a comfortable stay. Whether you're exploring the city or simply relaxing indoors, our adorable house is the perfect home away from home, and it’s right in the middle of everything in the Greater Seattle Area: Seattle, Tacoma, Bellevue, Airport, and walking distance to many restaurants.

This colorful and large suite is an in-law unit (above-ground, street-level, walkout basement) on the lower floor of the split-level home, with a private entry door and easy self-check-in for guests. The upper floor is occupied by separate guests, with their own separate entrance. We have parking for two cars in our driveway which is convenient for those with a vehicle.

Guests have a private entry door that they access through the right hand side of the home. The entire guest-suite is for guests, and includes it's own living and dining area, kitchen, bedroom, bathroom and laundry room. Guests have the entire lower-floor unit, separated from downstairs unit by a locked/blocked door! As with all multi-story living situations, we understand that guest space may be exposed to some sounds from upstairs. We have good sound insulation measures, and expect guests to respect quiet hours from 9pm-7am to ensure everyone has a great stay!

We allow for a small-to-medium sized pets. However, pets must be house-trained, well-behaved/non-destructive, and up-to-date on all flea and tick medication.
