House was well maintained. Instructions and communications with manager excellent. The pool heat (which we paid extra for) and hot tub were challenging.

The guests seemed to have a bit of issues with things - they messaged us constantly to help them - which we gladly did. There is either a remote control or an app that you use to control the pool and Jacuzzi. There is one button to turn the jacuzzi heat on and one button to turn the jets on. The pool is set to 85 degrees. It was a very interesting stay. We always want our guests to have a great time which is why we show them how to use the app or the remote. I think they were looking for more of a full service hotel experience which a home stay usually doesn’t offer. Otherwise they were lovely ladies

An Amazing House With An AMAZING Host!

This place is incredible, one of my favorites in Palm Springs! My friends & I stayed here for a bachelorette weekend and we absolutely loved it. The host was just a phone call away for anything we needed and was SUPER responsive. I give him 10 stars!!! He was so awesome. The beds were super comfy, the pool and jacuzzi were luxury and beautiful, and the heat works super fast on both. We loved the place so much and would for sure stay there again!

House was very clean. Updated appliances with plenty of cook wear. Conveniently located just 5-min drive from Palm Springs Convention Center. Albertsons just a few blocks away, making grocery shopping easy.4 bedrooms, with 1 of the 4 bedrooms on the opposite side of the house from the other 3 bedrooms. Great when one member of your group snores. Outside was beautiful and peaceful. Quiet street. Despite proximity to airport flight path, aircraft noise was not too noticeable.Host communicated well & responded rapidly to VRBO messages.

Thank you for such a fabulous review of our home. We make sure that the property is set to be a tranquil experience complete with a large water wall to assist in peaceful sounds. I should note that this home is nowhere near the flight path. Palm Springs is a very small town with a moderate size airport. Smack in the middle of it. Planes do not fly overhead on a flight path, thankfully. The movie colony section of Palm Springs is an elegant centrally located section of beautiful Palm Springs, California. We would love to have you and your guest stay again for the next cheerleading competition! And congratulations!

2nd time back and looking forward to round 3 next year!

I don't leave reviews and I never visited a place twice on Vrbo. But this place... it's the exception. I totally enjoyed my July 4th visit. The location is awesome and the home spectacular! The house is update to date with Alexa available to control the home features. Gerald is very responsive and helpful. I gave him text about locating the pool remote and within 10-mins he contacted me with all that I needed to know. No complaints from me, only positive comments here.

Great home in a great location.

Wonderful house in a great location. Exactly as described in the listing. The owner was very responsive to questions, and an issue with the hot tub. Our dogs were in heaven exploring the yard, and lounging with their people by the pool. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a relaxing weekend in Palm Springs!

Lovely and modern pet friendly house in PS

We booked this trip for my 31st birthday and thanks to Gerald and his lovely home it was the best birthday yet! :) Gerald was a LOVELY host who was extremely accommodating and responsive from booking till the end of the trip. Gerald strives to provide an amazing 5 star experience. The house is super cute and modern. I notice one small issue on arrival, but the house manager came over ASAP to fix. After the manager left, Gerald called me immediately to apologize and even offered to drive from LA to PS if needed. The pool/spa are a nice size and well-maintained. The new daybed outside has a mattress that is as comfy as the beds in the house! For all you grill snobs, you have the option of using a propane or a gas grill! My dogs enjoyed running around in the fenced-in yard. This house is a puppy paradise! If you’re looking to adopt a dog, Gerald has an AMAZING offer for guests that adopt a dog from a local shelter during their stay. The beds and sheets are comfy and of high quality. Check this place out!
