We are very happy to choose this villa. Furniture and appliances are all new with beautiful decors, and very comfortable. Great villa at a great location

The property was well maintained and provided more than enough space for our family of ten. We've stayed in Orlando multiple times, but this villa was located the best of all of them. For example, outside rush hour we drove within 16 minutes to Universal. We would definitely come back.

Satisfying / all of what I expected being that I have gone through Home Away in the past.

Close to Disney

House was close to Disney, easy. To access and convenient for size of our group. Carpets were very dirty and water smelt bad. Taking those things into consideration the overall value for the price was good.

House was perfect for family if 13

The Good: PERFECT LOCATION. We drove to Disney and location was ideal. The space provided worked very well for our group, having the pool and hot tub right on patio was amazing. The house did not smell like a “Florida” home. The resort itself was excellent. Would come back. THE BAD: This is a very used home; cracked tiles, burnt out lightbulbs in hot tub and rooms of the house, water stains on ceilings, art crooked on walls, the floors and baseboards were filthy, and be aware that the fans will blow dust bunnies at you. All of the carpeting was stained and old. The outside garbage containers were not adequate.

Kindly note we had property manager assist for any issue 24/7 and if your reported to us the ice maker and foosball table issue, we would definitely follow up on a timely manner. We've advised the property manager about the 2 issues and get them fixed for next reservation. Avoid this Villa

There was no one issue with this Villa, but in 25 years of renting villas in Orlando, this was the most expensive and poorest. When we arrived, late on Wednesday evening, we were surprised that there were no instructions for anything in the Villa, unique in our experience. No code for Wi-Fi, no instructions for AC (which would become more important). Phoned following morning and got Wi-Fi code straight away but little things like that leave a first impression. I took my shoes off in bedroom and walked downstairs to lounge. My wife pointed out that the soles of my white socks were black. The floors were filthy. Everything about the Villa had a make do and mend feel about it. Cushions on couches were filthy. 6 bedroom Villa with 3 sun loungers, cushions on them were heavily stained. Understandably no glasses allowed at pool but no plastic tumblers so we had to go and buy some. We were here for a month and 2 weeks in the air conditioning started to play up. Came home one evening to find temperature upstairs was 89 degrees. As I said there were no instructions for anything so we didn’t know if we could adjust it in any way. We phoned agency next morning and somebody came out and fixed it. Fair enough. This happened another twice and on final occasion it couldn’t be fixed. Temp upstairs was 93 degrees and a no go area. We spent the last 5 days sleeping downstairs in 1 bedroom and on couches. It summed the whole Villa up, much more expensive than it was worth, old, tired and dated

lovely house - needs a deep clean

The house was lovely and a perfect size for the 8 adults and 2 children. The outside area was lovely and beds very comfy. The house is a little tired around the edges but nothing that affected our stay, however I would suggest that the house needs a deep clean as behind doors was dusty, food was found under a bed from a previous stay, cobwebs in the rooms. Other than that the house was lovely.

Whatever you are expecting, lower your expectations.

You are going to read reviews and think, “it can’t be that bad”, but it will be. I asked the first day for several issues to be resolved and didn’t hear back from someone until we were just about checking out. The place was dirty, poorly maintained, not stocked with linens towels or extra blankets, and I couldn’t get a hold of anyone for the life of me. I messaged the first day that there were next to no towels for our group, and ended up purchasing towels for the house. Was assured at the end of the week that I would be reimbursed. Left the towels and receipt at the home, and haven’t heard anything back. Two bathrooms doors didn’t lock, and a bedroom handle was just about falling off. The house was not clean when we arrived, and they are serious when they say they don’t supply ANYTHING. Soaps, toilet paper, kitchen cloths…you have to buy it all. The pool heater didn’t work while we were there, and to top it off, they came to fix the problem the day before we left, and ended up topping up the pool with the hose, so it was even colder the last two days. No one will get back to you. Good luck.

Location is ideal

I chose this because of the location, however, upon arrival we immediately had issues. The previous renters left mounds of trash and the property Windsor wouldnt colllect it because it wasn’t in trash bags. The property management company nova is terrible and seriously ripping off these owners. Or maybe the owners just don’t care. The home is run down. The carpets are filthy, stains all over, you would think with covid they couldn’t gotten someone in to shampoo them. Or have a carpet cleaner that people can use so they can try and clean up their own messes. The paper in the laundry room says there are 18 towels, there were not 18 towels. The towels they did have are dirty and stained and some has body hair still on them. We had to go purchase bleach and wash cloths. the bathrooms weren’t properly cleaned. There was soap all over the walls and the faucets were dirty. There isn’t a towel for your feet when you step out of the shower. When they say they provide one toilet roll, they mean it. The only toilet paper is the roll in three out of the four bathrooms and they don’t leave an extra roll to replenish. They didn’t leave complimentary toiletries like stated. Basically the home is great to come and sleep in, but bring everything with you! Toiletries, towels, coffee filters, etc. Frank and Winnie were responsive and great but the management company sucks! They say they have 24/7 care but you can’t actually get ahold of anyone. When I called the property manager he kept screening my calls then finally asked me to text him. I did and then he finally called back to try and deal with the issues. The trash situation wasn’t taken care of for a few days. They were supposed to come power wash and they never did. The one maintenance company that did show up was apparently at the wrong house so he left. The best part of our stay was the pool. Even though the knob for the pool light was broken. It would be nice if they fixed the cosmetic issues. Still we made the best out of our stay.

Beautiful home

Great location and beautiful home. The home does need some repairs... pool door alarm broke, ice machine didn't work, Foosball table didn't have the balls, pool table and sticks need repair, need new pots & pans (we had to buy decent cooking pans that didn't burn), had to contact mgmt company various times about us not having any washcloths or hand towels and not enough towels for everyone. We were told we would get a refund if it wasn't handled the next morning. No one ever showed up so we just purchased our own. The remote controls were mixed up and one of the remote controls don't work in one of the bedrooms. We did have a baby snake in the pool that we killed and contacted the property Mgmt to let them know that the net around pool needed to be fixed since there were openings in it. We were told they have been renting the property back to back for several weeks and they will do repairs when they get a break between guests. None the less we didn't allow these hiccups to ruin our trip, the home is beautiful and is decently clean.

Beautiful home but need some minor repairs like the ice maker machine, really thin blankets on beds, 1 of the upstairs television didn't have a working remote (we had to search for the other remotes and match them up with the televisions), cabinet knobs were missing, pots/pans (we had to go out and buy new pots and frying pans), cooking utensils, pool table (pool table is not balanced & need new pool sticks.. we had to buy the chalk ) and Foosball (we had to buy some balls for the table). We also spoke with the mgmt company several times regarding not having enough towels and not having any washcloths and hand towels, they said someone was coming but they never showed up. The Mgmt company said I would get a refund for that service but I didn't receive that either. We were told the home had been rented back to back for several weeks which was why some things wasn't the way it should be. Even though minor repairs we still enjoyed the home and look forward to possibly staying at future properties.

Great Property In Nice Neighbourhood

My family really enjoy our stay, lots of room , modern and very well equipped. I agree with previous reviews though the the 2 rugs downstairs are really dirty and let the place down, not sure why they are still there as the rest of the house is spotlessly clean and no rugs would be much better than 2 filthy ones! We had pool heating which I highly recommend during colder times, it was really warm and my kids spent their whole day in it despite the air temperatures being cool enough . The resort itself is really well maintained and quiet, we spent presidents week here and didn’t see or hear any loud groups or parties. Coming from Ireland, we were very excited with the wildlife we saw, turtles, squirrels, hawks and the resident huge alligator who can be seen on the banks of the pond every morning! Would really recommend this property and we will return next year.

Know that we have a very strict cleaning policy and all our rugs are washed regularly to industry standard and they are vacuumed after every stay, and should you have any concerns about the rug or anything, please know that our property manager is available 24/7 and would promptly come and clean or replace the rug for you should you have informed them. Schöner Urlaub aber das Haus ist etwas renovierungsbedürftig

Das Haus ist schön und wie in der Beschreibung. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter war super und die super schnelle Kommunikation mit der Agentur als die Pool-Heizung nicht funktioniert hat war super!! Leider ist das Haus an vielen Ecken Renovierungsbedürftig und an der Sauberkeit hat es sehr gemangelt. Fürs nächste Mal würde ich mir mehr Sauberkeit wünschen und auch der Teppich im Eingangsbereich war dreckig.

Great location. In need of updating

Location was great for the Disney parks. Property is large but suffers from furnishing being dated and associated maintenance issues. Wouldn't recommend to friends at the price paid I regret to say. We had to call maintenance 3 times for issues such as shower door fallen off, bathroom door locked and unable to open. Light bulbs missing in min bedroom. Parasol broken. Just a real pity given the potential of the property. Other than maintenance issues we felt that the property was v spacious but that the main lounge (with the tv) was very dark and neighbours kept us awake at least 3 nights by partying in their pool until 3am. I don't generally write negative reviews but in this case felt we paid well over the odds for the accommodation.

Perfect family vacation home

We really enjoyed this home for our family vacation experience. The process of checking in was smooth & the home was very accommodating for our large family . The boys enjoyed the game room & we all enjoyed the pool & hot tub. The location was fantastic and we would definitely recommend the area and house for anyone looking to enjoy a vacation to beautiful sunny Florida.

Spring Break with the Kids!

We recently finished our 6 night stay with 4 boys, ages 11, 10, 7, and 2. The house was wonderful and we would definitely stay again. Everything was super clean. We had one issue with a toilet not flushing, but the management company sent someone out immediately to fix it and we had no other issues. The location within the community is perfect. Directly across the street from a beautiful playground and just a short walk to the community pool. Our older kids thoroughly enjoyed the water slides, arcade, and basketball court. Pool and Hot Tub were amazing. We paid to heat both and it was definitely worth it. Kids spent a ton of time swimming. The pool gate and pool alarm on the patio sliding door helped keep our mind at ease with a toddler in the house. Game room in the garage was also a hit. All in all, it was a great vacation and a wonderful home away from home. Traveling with a big family can be challenging, but staying at this home made everything so much easier and enjoyable!
