We ask all our guests to keep the place like their own and leave it the way they find it because there were cases in the past where guests assumed that cleaning crew would manage the garbage left behind etc. I wasn’t informed about any issues with cleaning. I apologize if a prior guest left behind something that wasn’t removed - I will check with cleaning and make sure that it’s addressed in the future. Usually I do not rent to guests below the age of 21. After repeated discussions I spoke to you and your father and gave ckear instructions for your stay. There is a cleaning lady and caretaker on site. There hasn’t been a cleaning issue and never in our talks did you bring it up even while you were staying there. The mold you mention wasn’t anything like that. It was an old dried ceiling tile which we have replaced and I understand you couldn’t tell the difference but I feel this rating is unwarranted. Our checkout time is 11am - since you stayed well past it and didn’t even remove the trash, my cleaning lady reminding you may have offended you. I apologize for the same and hope you realize that these reviews are meant to be honest and clear and even after multiple attempts to contact you, I haven’t heard back. For all readers of the review - I assure you there is no mold, the place is beautifully clean and there is an on site person to provide help and support if you find any issues. This is our personal home. We keep it at high standards. Even pictures don’t do justice - that’s how beautiful this place and location is. We do our best for our guests to have a great experience and I look forward to hosting guests

That’s very odd to hear, Sezer. When I asked how things were you said you so much appreciated being provided new sheets when you forgot to bring your own even as instructions clearly were sent. You never mentioned about cleanliness. This is the first I am hearing that you actually were unhappy with your stay. I am sorry about your experience.
