Usually I do not rent to guests below the age of 21. After repeated discussions I spoke to you and your father and gave ckear instructions for your stay. There is a cleaning lady and caretaker on site. There hasn’t been a cleaning issue and never in our talks did you bring it up even while you were staying there. The mold you mention wasn’t anything like that. It was an old dried ceiling tile which we have replaced and I understand you couldn’t tell the difference but I feel this rating is unwarranted. Our checkout time is 11am - since you stayed well past it and didn’t even remove the trash, my cleaning lady reminding you may have offended you. I apologize for the same and hope you realize that these reviews are meant to be honest and clear and even after multiple attempts to contact you, I haven’t heard back. For all readers of the review - I assure you there is no mold, the place is beautifully clean and there is an on site person to provide help and support if you find any issues. This is our personal home. We keep it at high standards. Even pictures don’t do justice - that’s how beautiful this place and location is. We do our best for our guests to have a great experience and I look forward to hosting guests

That’s very odd to hear, Sezer. When I asked how things were you said you so much appreciated being provided new sheets when you forgot to bring your own even as instructions clearly were sent. You never mentioned about cleanliness. This is the first I am hearing that you actually were unhappy with your stay. I am sorry about your experience.

Thank you for the feedback. This is the first time we had this odor problem. Send like the prior guest left their bikes indoors and this will be addressed ASAP. Appreciate the feedback. Thank you for the feedback. Haven’t heard about uncomfortable beds before. Perhaps it’s time to replace the beddings. I will check personally and address it before the next season. I apologize you didn’t have a comfortable setup. I would have loved to hear about this while you were staying and would have addressed it. When the sofa bed wasn’t comfortable to a prior guest we got a brand new one delivered immediately during their stay.
