Both TVs were an issue. The PMs rep could not fix the one in the LR. I had to go out and buy a Roku stick to get the MBR tv to work. Not enough lighting in the MBR or tv room since there were no lights on the fans. Golf cart was great. Everything was clean upon arrival. Nice house with a well furnished kitchen. It was a nice place but more lighting would help.

Perfect quiet location

We rented this home because it was close to our friends home. This home was roomy & comfy & it had everything we needed for our stay. The beds are comfy, the walk in shower was wonderful & the golf cart was brand new. We would definitely rent this home again.

Beautiful home in an excellent neighborhood

This home was exactly as advertised. Home was very clean and beautifully decorated. The golf cart was an added bonus. Home is located in a very nice and quiet neighborhood. We would definitely rent this home again.

Pictures don’t do it justice

Home is more beautiful than the pictures do justice. Golf cart was so fun to ride around to the town square. We were visiting my parents who are Village residents and had so much fun with the local amenities. We also did a fun day trip to Clearwater beach. Would definitely stay here again! Beautiful property and area.

Wonderful

We had a wonderful time staying at the home on Yuma place. There are only two suggestions that we would recommend. One is that the shower in the guest bedrooms does not provide water that is very hot. The second is that the bed in the master bedroom is very difficult for someone only 5 foot two to get into. Really should be a little bed stool there to help

Great Location and Amenities

This Villages property was as advertised and had everything we needed for a 2 month stay. We had guests off and on and we had plenty of space. The golf cart is a nice perk and we used it a lot! The Villages is very crowded in February and March so expect heavy traffic and challenges with tee times and restaurant reservations. I recommend upgrading to the preferred golf program to get preferred courses and tee times.The only suggestions I would have with this property is to reconsider how we could use the grill as that is inconvenient to cook hamburgers and all in the house. Second, the linens and towels are pretty worn so would upgrade those, too. All in all, we had a great time and will come back.

Our Xmas Stay

Overall this property was great and we would definitely stay again.There are a few improvements the owners could make which would make this rental even better.A new up to date BBQ is needed,a few "pool" towels would be great also.During our stay the dish washer plugged on Xmas eve of all times but that wasn't the fault of the owners or management company as a metal piece probably from a pot or spatula ? had come off and blocked the drain pipe.The management company responded rapidly to my call on Xmas day and had it fixed in a timely manner.Overall great experience and this is our 5 th Xmas stay in The Villages

Reviewer Comments: This vacation property was amongst the best we have rented in the Villages.On arrival property was clean and well maintained.Beds were comfortable,in particular the package was great for our needs.Had an issue [unpredictable] with the dishwasher but management company answered my call in a timely manner even on Xmas day and had it repaired also in a timely manner.Golf cart was in good condition.Our only issue,and it is small but did affect our use,is that the BBQ is rather ancient and needs to be replaced or removed.Weather wasn't perfect for many pool days but supplied pool towels is another suggestion.Overall a great place and we would rent again.

The house was nice but there were a couple of cleaning issues and the TV family room didn’t work. I texted the rental representative but received no answer. There was a pile of black hair on drain in master bath which was a bit concerning. . There was a mosquito mashed on the wall in foyer. Someone had obviously smashed it and left it there. The area was convenient for us. Enjoyed having the golf cart.
