Cette pittoresque cabane en rondins, maison de style studio est situĂ©e au centre de Traverse City, Glen Arbour, Empire, Glen Lake, Sleeping Bear Sand Dunes National Lake Shore, (qui a Ă©tĂ© Ă©lue # 1 endroit le plus pittoresque d'AmĂ©rique, par Good Morning America), et au milieu de la forĂȘt d'État de Traverse City.

Il se trouve à 100 pieds du sentier de motoneige n ° 3 du Michigan, ce qui en fait un paradis pour les motoneigistes !!

Lit king size et (2) lits jumeaux. Peut accueillir 4 adultes confortablement, mais cette maison spacieuse dispose de suffisamment de place pour 2 lits supplémentaires en euros. Wonderful carriage house. Conveniently located so perfect home-base for exploring northern Michigan. Loved sitting on the dock for enjoying morning coffee. Very peaceful for recharging after our daily adventures on the Peninsula.

Great Location

Girls getaway week

We stayed for 3 nights and couldn't have been happier. Bruce, the host, was very helpful and readily available. The cabin is beautiful and very centrally located, yet private and secluded at the same time. We would love to come back again. Wonderful trip for sure!

Best trip ever!

My friends and I stayed in Empire for three nights and had the best experience. The cabin was very clean and nicely decorated. Bruce was also an amazing host and made us all feel at home. Would definitely recommend for anyone looking for a peaceful stay in Empire.

Well stocked kitchen including a variety of coffee pods and tea, all the pots and pans needed to cook dinner. Very clean. Beds comfortable. No privacy except bathroom as an FYI. Lovely pond and frogs galore. Only bummer was the Trump flag especially for our group (various marginalized people). Regardless of intention it does not create a welcoming feeling for all.

Great stay!

We enjoyed our stay at this beautiful property. The grounds were immaculate, and the setting very peaceful. Great location with an east drive to the dunes, several hikes, beaches and Empire, Glen Arbor and Traverse City. We met Bruce, the owner, one morning and he was very friendly and gave us suggestions for hiking, restaurants and beaches. Would highly recommend!

Amazing Location-Beautiful Cabin!

This well kept Cabin is beautifully nestled off the beaten path in Empire. While secretly tucked away, still quick enough to drive to the surrounding areas for amazing activities to do and sites to see. We enjoyed Empire Beach, Tubing on Platte River, Empire Bluff Hike and Pyramid Point Hike. Breathtaking views of the beaches-never salty clear water so refreshing. The dunes can be hiked or beautifully viewed. Electric bike ride from Glen Arbor to Empire was an amazing last day activity. Bruce was an host! Anything you need he is easily accessible and communicative, while respecting our privacy. We would definitely book again!

It was a nice quiet cottage located up north.

The cottage was very nice and it had a great view overlooking a small lake. A nice quiet cottage off the beaten path. We would definitely recommend to future travelers who want to experience an "up north adventure.

This cabin was even better than the pictures online. 15-20 minutes from Dunes and shopping/restaurants. It rained one day on our trip, and this cabin provided us with a relaxing and comfortable place to chill.

Wonderful property!

We booked Bruce’s cabin for a trip to celebrate my daughter’s 16th Birthday. It was very comfortable and well appointed. We loved the dock for coffee in the morning and fishing in the evening. The best part though was watching his Labrador do zoomies around the property. Thanks for a great stay!

Great Weekend!

I hadn't had a vacation in about 2 years and needed a getaway. My husband and I originally had other plans, but work got in the way so we had to change them. We found the host and his cabin on Vrbo for a short stay and it was amazing! It was clean, welcoming, on a small lake with a dock, or a fire pit to sit and relax at. It was everything for a nice quiet weekend. The host was close by if we needed anything, yet we still had a nice private cabin. It was so fun and the area had tons of outdoor activities to do. The food was good too. I would totally recommend this space to anyone who wants to enjoy the best Michigan has to offer :)

Comfy/Cozy A-Frame Log Cabin

This is a perfect place if you like the woods, rolling hills, gorgeous sunrises and sunsets, beautiful small towns with quaint shops & restaurants, etc. This cabin is sizeable, perfect for 2 to 4 people. Very clean, nicely decorated, comfortable (& great TV/sound system), good location, everything we wanted. Thanks Bruce & Luna -- we love your place!

Just beautiful!

Absolutely loved our five days at the cabin. It sits on a beautiful piece of property and Bruce couldn't have been more of a gracious host. The cabin has everything you need and then some. Little Slice of Heaven

There have been a few occasions where we've stayed at a place where the pictures were better than the real thing. However, this was not the case. The cabin was beautiful, spacious, and very clean. The property was stunning and peaceful. What topped it off was that Bruce was very accommodating and hospitable. We definitely would love to come back! Perfect getaway

We had a wonderful time staying in the coachhouse. When we walked in, we instantly said “it’s perfect.” It had everything we needed to cook dinners and other meals. Nice small lake out back for fishing, fire pit for roasting hot dogs and s’mores. And it was so close to everything. We went to multiple beautiful beaches, sand dunes, etc. best of all, the owner who lives in the main house next door, Bruce, was very friendly and helpful, and gave us tips to get to the best beaches! We will definitely be staying there again!

Fantastic property and experience!

We had a wonderful 4-night stay. The carriage house is super safe and very clean and comfortable for a small family like ours. We enjoyed private off street parking and access to a fishing pond (catch and release), bbq grill, and fire pit. Water pressure in the shower is good and the kitchen is equipped with all the basics. The property is centrally located to numerous beaches, golf, hiking trails, and restaurants. The property owner is a fantastic person who was easy to work with, as well. Definitely an excellent experience in every way.
