Rolling Birch Cottage est une nouvelle maison personnalisée avec de nombreux extras. Cette retraite haut de gamme vous accueille avec un porche enveloppant, avec balançoire porche donnant sur un jardin pérenne avec tonnelle. À l'intérieur d'un grand plan d'étage ouvert avec Great Room vous invite à venir et se détendre. 2 étages de fenêtres donnent sur le lac et ce cadre paisible. Cette maison bien équipée dispose de planchers de bois franc, foyer au gaz Ledgestone, TV grand écran avec son surround, cuisine spacieuse avec comptoirs en granit, Jen-Air Range et réfrigérateur en acier inoxydable. La chambre principale a un lit king size, 2ème chambre a 1 lit queen. Chaque chambre a sa propre télévision et son nouveau mobilier de style cottage.

La maison est située dans le village pittoresque de Lake Ann 13 milles à l'ouest de Traverse City sur le lac Bryan. Le lac est un petit pas de moteurs, le lac alimenté par le printemps. Chaloupe et pédalo inclus.

Great place to stay with a family. House was stocked with all the things you will need for your stay. Hosts were very kind and it shows in the presentation of this property. Lake is beautiful and quiet. Perfect place to relax and fish the day away. The surrounding area has plenty of access to beaches, fishing and other summer activities. Lake cabin with a view

Very nice and great amenities. Close to Traverse and Lake Michigan for day trips. Loved Lake Bryan for paddle-boarding. Would definitely stay here again.

Great Stay in Lake Ann

Our family enjoyed the surrounding area during our stay. Kayaking on the Platte River, visits to the beach, biking in the National Lakeshore, and a stop in Glen Arbor. A relaxing and fun filled time. The location of our stay was very convenient. The home is very comfortable and in a quiet area.

This is an excellent home on Lake Bryan!! Very clean, quiet and peaceful. I could not have found a better host than Jeanine! The house is centrally located to Port Towns, Lighthouses, and Traverse City!! Moomers Ice Cream is about 7 miles away and is a must have!! Would recommend this rental!!!

Lovely home away from home

We had a great visit here. We made a lot of our own food, and the kitchen had everything we needed. The house is well decorated inside and we loved the porch swing and patio. We had s'mores one night in the firepit, and enjoyed taking a kayak for a spin around the small lake.

Bryan Lake

This is a beautiful home with all the amenities one could want and more, nothing was missing. The location is central to all the activities in the greater Sleeping Bear and Leelanau area and was a comfortable, peaceful location to return to after an active day. I highly recommend staying here.

Bryan Lake peace

The pictures do not do this justice. A cool lakefront home with fantastic lake views and access on quiet Bryan Lake. Fishing was great. We even saw a paiir of Loons. Plenty of nearby attractions to visit, including Traverse City, Glen Arbor, and various Lake Michigan beaches. So relaxing we didn't want to leave. Thanks so much for a wonderful stay.

Wonderful cottage and retreat!

What a beautiful setting and cottage, set amidst tall trees and perched on a bluff overlooking Lake Bryan, its a perfect place to retreat and relax. Jeanine and Dan were very gracious hosts, making the whole experience just perfect. The cottage feels like brand new, was extremely clean and neat, and had all the items one would need. The lake is peaceful and quiet, perfect for fishiing and paddleboats and canoes. We had a great week and couldn't have been more pleased. I'm sure we'll be back!

Fantastic house

What a great find! The house is immaculate and very cosy. Everything has been thought of, it's one of the best places we have stayed, the owners have really thought of everything. Also the area is great, we had a small lake from the house, which the kids loved to fish in and managed to catch some great fish, the town is fab, we loved the brewery with the live music, we spent a few nights there with the friendly locals. All in all a great base to explore the area with owners that offer a great service! Would highly recommend to anyone wanting to stay in 5 star comfort and in the Northern Michigan area!

Cute town and beautiful home

The pictures do not do the home justice. It was more beautiful and spacious then the photos let on. We normally do not choose vacation properties with so many other properties close by, however, even with houses so close on both sides we never heard the neighbors and most days we had the lake to ourselves. The house is a 10min walk to Lake Ann Brewery, The Corner Cone ice cream shop, a small store, a restaurant, park, small beach, and coffee shop. We went to all of these locations and each was great. The brewery had live music outside nightly which we enjoyed. The lake itself was smaller and we set their swim platform up further out into the lake for the kids to swim as the water by the dock was caked with layers of leaves and the kids kept getting small leeches on them. Once they were father out the leeches were not an issue. Location was great for us to use a a base to go and hike sleepy bear dunes area, go to beaches there, and to do a couple river kayak trips. It was also about 15-20mins to Traverse City’s downtown area.

Relaxing in Michigan

The property was wonderful. Layout was nice for two couples. The water was warm enough for a swim. We liked the fact that it was central to many of the area's attractions.
