Bienvenue à Kuilima Estates, la propriété de condo située sur les terres de Turtle Bay de renommée mondiale. Les condos sont entourés de deux terrains de golf magnifiquement entretenus, et sont les seuls condos sur la Côte-Nord. C'est un endroit idéal pour se détendre, rembobiner et restaurer, et un monde loin de l'agitation de la ville. La propriété du condo est à quelques pas de l'hôtel et à une belle plage abritée, où vous pouvez nager, faire de la plongée et surfer. Then we walked on the golf course in the evening and caught giant toads! We also enjoyed the trails along the shore and the glorious surf at the Banzai pipeline where we watched some brave surfers navigate some gnarly waves! Our U of H student was happy to get away to this peaceful place

Excellent stay at Turtle Bay

Everything was exactly as pictured and expected. Condo was spotless and had everything we needed for our stay. Wonderfully located to all of our North Shore adventures. Very comfortable unit, very quiet. We had a lovely time. Would recommend to others to stay here, and plan on returning in the future. Thank you!!!

The location was great and the condo was conveniently organized for our family of 4 but unfortunately, we were disappointed in the kitchen facilities. It was our 3rd rental home in Hawaii in 2 weeks and it was the least equiped. No cutting board for food preparation, no left over salt/pepper, oil for base preparation was available. Also, we found out on the last day that there was a shuttle to the beach, it was never mentionned to us and would have used it had we known.

Good Location, Well Appointed

Excellent location on the North Shore. Well Appointed condo, nice furniture, comfortable bed, well supplied kitchen. We like that you can open front and back windows for the breeze, no need to use noisy, freezing A/C. Beach towels and chairs were nice to have. We even figured out how to work the TV!!! ( we are from the age of TV's with on/off switches, sigh) Not advisable if you have trouble with stairs.

Clean and recently remodeled.

I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Condo was clean and nicely remodeled somewhat recently. It slept 4 comfortably with a queen in the one bedroom and twin beds in the loft. There were very few bugs--only a few ants--which is hard to maintain in Hawaii. We did our best to get the cross breeze to maintain a comfortable temperature, but sometimes there wasn't much wind to work with. The AC units are loud and the one in the living room isn't enough to cool that space. The loft can be a hot place to sleep. Walking to Turtle Bay beach is short. Access to walking trails and north shore towns is convenient. Turtle Bay Condos are probably the best place to stay for the money on the North Shore.

Clean condo on golf course

Condo was clean and provided a good landing spot for our family of four. Location was great- close to a small pool, short walk to beautiful beaches/trails and the amenities of the Turtle Bay resort (separate), and a short drive from some great food trucks. Condo had very basic amenities. The air conditioner in the primary bedroom didn’t work the first night but was quickly replaced. Be aware that the air conditioning units are the in-window type and aren’t powerful enough to cool the upstairs, so the sleeping loft is very stuffy even with the overhead fans going. There was a floor fan upstairs, but it never worked and our kids seemed ok without it, so we didn’t complain about it. Kitchen and bath amenities were very basic compared to other VRBOs we’ve stayed at- only salt/pepper and coffee filters, besides the dishes and silverware . Just be aware if you plan to cook while you’re there. We nearly ran out of toilet paper and there was no tissue paper. The beach chairs looked old and child size so we didn’t use them. Overall the location was the big selling point so we overlooked the other stuff.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: First of all, the pictures shown when booking don’t do it justice. The place is much much nicer in person... a pleasant surprise! If planning to cook:Two pans, one large pot and one small pot. It has 4: wine glasses, cups, and mugs. Knifes are very dull and almost useless (if cleaning fish). Tons of soy sauce, and we left salt and pepper. Not much for seasonings. No grill but stove top worked for us. 1 King bed, two twin mattresses, and a couch that could be used. All beds were 8 out of 10 firm. Had extra sheets and comforters.You can’t see the beach from the balcony but the view is still golf course beautiful. Multiple beaches within 10 minute walk. Has 3 beach towels. Washer and dryer are in unit. Turtle bay had a nice beach but very small, especially during busy season. Other beaches nearby were reef beaches with intermittent sand. Pretty good surfing, but gets better as you get closer to Haleiwa. Head southeast for sandy beaches and beginner surfing. Getting an Uber was difficult, and you need one as you aren’t in town. However but transport was pretty good and convenient.One toilet upstairs in loft and one shower/toilet downstairs. Very clean.Would definitely recommend!

We loved our stay in Turtle Bay!

My family and I had the pleasure of staying this very well appointed condo with beach chic decor. We had all the comforts of home with the added bonus of being able to walk to the gorgeous beaches of Turtle Bay. We love the North Shore and prefer the "country side" of the island. Lots of dining options within a 5-15 miniute drive, everying from shrimp trucks to Haleiwa Joe's (a personal favorite). Plus Waimea Beach is just up the road and the botantical gardens are just acoss the highway (which hosts a loal farmer's market on Thursdays). This condo is in the perfect location to enjoy all the delights of the North Shore.

Short getaway

Just wanted a quiet place to relax and that is what we got. It was a nice and clean place in a great location (away from the city and close to the shoreline). For the most part it was pretty quiet. It was nice to take a walk to the beach.

The apartment was clean and as advertised. There was no fob for the gate and it took a day to get it.
